Can I leave more than 5 stars? This was, by far, our favorite experience of our trip to the Dominican Republic. It actually ranks in my top 5 experiences of all trips we've ever taken. I think I said "I'm so happy" about 20 times as the tiny monkeys leaped from my hand to my head, sat upon my shoulders and let me lean my head against their backs. I wasn't expecting to enjoy this so much! The employees clearly LOVE their jobs and took incredibly good care of not only the animals in their charge but also the customers who were visiting. We combined this day with a ziplining adventure and it was ALSO really well run, even in a day of constant rain. (actually made it kind of cool to be in a rain forest, in the RAIN). Highly HIGHLY recommend and thank you to the employees of this facility!

Monkey Land and Zip line adventure was a real blast. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide, Baldomar. He provided a lot of information about the Island and the life of the DR people. Our Driver, Edison, kept us very safe on some challenging roads. The Zip line tour has 12 zip lines. All with double cables, so you felt very safe. Attendants were on every platform to make sure your were doing things safely. Monkey land was really fun. There were approx 30 monkey that followed the tour the entire time.

The experiences themselves were great, loved the monkeys and zip line. There were two major problems. Lunch was a sad hot dog, a ravioli sized empanada and a couple pieces of fruit with no variety or taste. Then transportation was unnecessarily slow and inefficient. They were combining a bus to transport our activity with a dune buggy group, but they were an hour behind us, so we had no choice but to wait. After a long day of activities outside, the last thing you want is to stand around in the sun. I urge the owners to invest a little more in food and transportation to make sure the experience is positive from start to finish.

The Ziplines and Monkeyland are amazing!! Staff during the Zipline were funny and so great helping people that were a little nervous to step off the ledge. We had rountrip transportation and loved the driver "American Tom Cruise". He took the time to share information about Dominican as we drove. The only downside to this excursion was the waiting around time. It was an 8 hour day and only 2 hours was actual activity. There was long wait to get on Zipline (especially the start of it) then it was backed up a bit at the other ones too. Visit in Monkeyland was only about 30 minutes but we waited around a long time before and after. Of course they give you additional time to look in gift shops as well. BRING A LOCK is important information too. We had a bag with money/phones etc and had to spend $5 to lock it up.

The location is about 30 minutes from the resorts. The tour guide, Angel, passed along some information about daily life in the villages outside of the resort. Brian, the bus driver, was safe & courteous. The ziplining was fun. The staff were professional, cheerful, and efficient. It’s obvious they love their job. Be warned, there are a lot of steps so if you have mobility issues, you should skip this one. Monkey land was amazing. The tour guide, Hamlet, made sure that everyone got ample time with the monkeys & time to take pictures, but you have to be quick. There is a professional photographer that you can buy zipline & monkey pics from. My only complaint is that I was not interested in the food tour at the end, but it wasn’t anything you could skip.

This is the second time that my wife, daughter, and I have been at a major ziplining course. Our first time was a massive zipline course in Cancuun a few years ago. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed this zipline course and the staff that helped pull it off. We asked for pickup at our hotel, and the transport company arrived at our resort promptly. We made our way to the Zipline Course, and the staff got us checked in and rigged up quickly. Lockers were available at the HQ for stowage of purses, wallets, and the like. You have to pay for a lock, but it didn't cost much. The course we did was 12 lines, including 2 ultra long ziplines (over 1500 ft plus). Very exciting. Prior to executing the course, the staff gave a very thorough briefing on safety and proper technique. The equipment was in pristine working order and the experience went off without a hitch. Given the altitude of the course (it was fairly high up in the hills) and my overall level of fitness, I found myself VERY winded making my way between Lines 8 - 11. Executing the zipline course is not what I'd call athletic heavy lifting per se; however, you do have to climb MANY steps and manage your body fairly strenuously to safely traverse some of the lines. I would NOT recommend this if you're someone that gets very tired or winded climbing up 3 flights of stairs in an urban building; however, you don't need to be super athletic to do this. After the zipline course we went to visit the Squirrel Monkeys. OMG, they are off-the-wall CUTE and super smart. It was a super charming visit with the Monkeys and a good way to cap off what was a fairly long and strenuous couple of hours ziplining. Again, the staff were professional and gave us plenty of instruction for how to engage with the monkeys including what to do and what not to do. In short, I thoroughly recommend this experience. Between transit times and the activities between the zipline course and the Monkey Park, this is totally an "all day" experience. Thus, plan accordingly.

Zip lining was fun but the group was WAYYYYY too big initially at the start. The course itself was decent. Monkey land was fun but we only spent about 40 minutes here. Our guide, Luis, was really great. I'd say this would be a fun day for younger kids or teens but as a 37 year old I wouldn't do it again.

We were picked up at our hotel resort by Angel and his driver(sorry can not remember drivers name). Agnel was very nice and said we could ask him any questions about the Dominican. He was great and told us about life there and just things we would not have thougth about. Our tour was also very good from start to finish. This is a great tour to do with family that have kids, they will love the monkeys. I would recommend anyone to take the tour and hope you get Angel as your guide.

Zip lining was phenomenal, better than any we’ve before in Mexico. Guides were extremely thorough. Monkeys at Monkey Land are so amazing and fun!! They were so gentle! Coffee and cocoa demonstration was great! We even had an unexpected lunch! Would highly recommend this excursion!!! Traveled with friends. Our ages are 67-71. Had a blast.!!

The workers were absolutely wonderful! The view was breathtaking. Definitely recommended! Most of the workers spoke very good English and were there the whole time to make sure safety was a number 1 priority. The monkeys were adorable! Despite what we heard ahead of time - the monkeys there have it MADE! They get fed every hour and have a very special relationship with the workers. They are able to run and jump freely and they have water for them ALL over the property. It was such an amazing experience!

Zip lines were very fun and so were the monkeys. Pick up was very disorganized and late, and it took forever to get ahold of someone (texting worked finally)

We did the zip line and monkey land. That first time zip lining. I was very nervous, but they explained things well and made me feel comfortable. I had a blast. I would do that again! Then we went to monkey land. Our guides were Hamlet and Sergio. They were awesome. They informed us about the monkeys and did a good job of making sure we all got a chance to feed them and to get monkeys to hop on us. The monkeys are really tiny and adorable! Great trip if you’re in Punta Cana!

Incredible experience! the ziplines are absolutely thrilling with gorgeous scenery . The monkeys were unbelievably cute and it was so much fun to have them jump on us . I didn't let it affect my review but we did have a demeaning experience on the return. We asked the leader, who was holding the list of hotels/busses, which bus for Zoetry Agua. He directed us to a bus. We got on that bus and when the driver asked where we were going and we told him Zoetry Agua, he said it was the wrong bus and told us to get off. We went back to the director and he said "o no, you are supposed to be on that other bus" and pointed us to another bus. We went there and said our hotel name again and they said Yes. We got on and then no buses left for quite some time and then a guide jumped on and asked if we were going to Zoetry. We said yes and he said we were on wrong bus and brought us back to the first bus. The guide on that bus then scolded us on board in front of everyone saying we were holding everything up and he was looking for us saying 'zoetry zoetry' and we were not asking. I have no idea of where he was doing this because neither me nor my grown children heard or saw him and he said "it's an expensive cab ride to your hotel" . This was not OUR fault. It was their fault so to berate us was incredibly disrespectful. THAT SAID, the excursion it self was AMAZING and we had a wonderful time . The staff was very warm and friendly and helpful and the views were surreal
