Incredible experience and Holgar was a brilliant pilot giving us the full time in the air. He was funny, made sure everyone was comfortable and was a very skilled pilot. This wasn't just a hot air balloon ride, but a fantastic and well- organised experience.

This is a must do visit if you go to Marrakech. Amazing experience with the balloon followed by a sumptous breakfast. Considering my wife is scared about doing these adventurous things she enjoyed it. The landing is a bit bumpy but very safe.

Generally a good experience. We were picked up in a relatively old Land Rover. It was raining and we were driving fairly fast. Only after we were a few miles in did my kids tell me their seat belts were broken. On the drive back, I insisted we have working seat belts. They told us it was OK, and to just get in the car, asked me to sit in the broken spot instead of one of the kids. I refused, and we were in a standoff briefly. There was one other passenger not in our group, and eventually they offered to take a seat with no belt, which I felt bad about but she insisted, probably wanted to get back. Two of the seven seats had a broken clip. I would expect this in a cheap taxi in a third world country, but for the cost of the trip they can afford to fix their seat belts. Seat belts are also required in Morocco, and drivers will get a point and a fine if passengers don't have one. I hope the balloons safety equipment is taken better care of. Breakfast was good, staff otherwise friendly. Flight was cancelled because of weather and we did not go up, but they were accommodating and provided us with an immediate refund.

I had an unforgettable hot air balloon experience with Marrakech Dream Ballooning. The service was superb, and everything was handled with utmost professionalism. What a wonderful experience!!! This is a must, so glad we booked it! If you don’t mind heights this is for you. It’s an early start but well worth it. A huge thank you to all the flight team and the pilot for an unforgettable balloon ride. The transfer drivers were excellent too, arriving on time and kept in constant contact. The light refreshments before the flight was a welcome pick me up. The traditional breakfast provided after the flight was bursting with fresh fruits, melons, breads, olives, pancakes and fresh mint tea.

Amazing Morning from start to finish! Transfer driver was great, food and mint tea was lovely all staff were so polite and friendly especially our pilot Mostafa really great guy! Amazing views so peaceful great value for money too would highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible, can't put into words how beautiful the view was. Very well organised, the driver even sent a photo of the car so we would recognise him at pick up. The welcome with coffee and cake was lovely and the breakfast after the flight was magnificent

Pick up was smoother, we had tea and a snack before leaving and then a full breakfast after. The actual ride was incredible, as well as the footage they took of us in the balloon. I would highly recommend doing this!

The whole entire experience from start to finish was excellent! Also please pay for the drone video it is worth it. The breakfast was good as well.

This was an amazing trip from start to finish. Booking easy, pick up well arranged - and worth the very early start! The driver Driss was great - messaging and checking things were OK. A quick coffee/tea/water on arrival at the base then watched them prep for our trip. 4 balloons were from our company and there were a lot of others also in the area - which made the experience even more spectacular. Moustafa - our pilot - was brilliant, very safe, explaining everything and also had an excellent sense of humour. Overall about an hour in the balloon. The landing was v gentle! And after a quick journey back to the base we had a lovely breakfast before returning back to Marrakesh. The overall trip way outstripped all of our expectations - from 21 -60yrs and I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experienxe with Marrakesh Dream Balooning and Captain Holger. Everything worked with the pick up from the hotel, and great communication beforehand. The balloon flight was a true bucket list experience and Captain Holger made the flight both feel safe but also very entertaining. Looking out at the mountains at sunrise from a hot air balloon is just breathtaking. The breakfast afterwards was delicious and plentiful.

This was our first hot air balloon experience and we all were a bit nervous. This company had a great reputation, based on previous reviews and we now know why. From the beginning communication to how everything was handled, it was fine in a very professional manner. Our driver Driss was on time to pick us up and helped everyone throughout the excursion. Our pilot Mostafa was simply amazing. His professionalism, knowledge, confidence and demeanour allowed us all to not just relax but have a once in a lifetime experience. Our kids have been talking about the experience and sharing their photos with everyone. Mostafa was not only a great pilot but also possessed a very good sense of humor. Highly recommend!

The Hot Air Balloon Flight over Marrakech was an absolutely incredible experience! From the very beginning, the organization was impeccable. I was picked up from our hotel and driven to the launch site. The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. The balloon ride itself was breathtaking. We were fortunate to have clear skies and perfect weather conditions. Our pilot was knowledgeable and ensured everyone had a good view of the sunrise. After our flight, we were treated to a traditional Moroccan breakfast that was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend paying a bit extra to include the drone footage. The aerial shots provide such a unique and beautiful memento of the experience. They really capture the scale and beauty of the hot air balloon ride in a way that our personal photos simply couldn't. This was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakech. The entire experience, from start to finish, was incredibly well organized and worth every penny. I can't recommend this excursion enough - it's an absolute must-do activity!

Most Beautiful experience! And absolutely safe! Perfect organisation. See rhe sun comming up in a sky full of maybe 50 balloons, is fantastic, not possible to put the feeling in a view fotos or words. Do this when in Marrakech, you will not regret!

Absolutely loved it. From the incredibly friendly Driver who picked us up at 4am, to the jovial tea pourer at breakfast! And of course, cannot forget our Pilot Mostafa. Very very funny and personable guy who made the journey even more special. 10/10, would fly again.

What an absolutely amazing, beautiful experience! I would highly recommend booking with this company. They were great communicators, helpful and kind with my 76 year old mother and very skilled and knowledgeable. This was well worth the money for an incredible experience.
