Had a memorable morning kayak with Karen. Encountered manatees and more! Our tour guide Karen was extremely knowledgeable..we enjoyed a new experience! Thanks Karen for a wonderful tour!

Our tour guide, Karen, was a treasure. She was extremely knowledgeable about the estuary and all of the wildlife in it. She was also kind and patient as we are not experienced kayakers. We got up close and personal with the manatees, which was an amazing experience. One of them was very playful and put her flipper on our kayak. As a manatee fanatic, it was absolutely magical. Of course, there are no sightings guaranteed as these are wild animals but we got very lucky. We also saw dolphins, many types of birds, fish, iguanas, and learned about the mangroves. After the tour, Karen sent us dozens of photos which we will keep forever. Lovers Key is a beautiful park and I would highly recommend this unforgettable tour.

It was a beautiful sunny hot day in April and the waters were very calm. We kayaked with another couple we’ve been friends with for decades and got to see over 20 manatee and hung out with them for an hour. Love was clearly in the water as we got to watch two different sets of manatee mate. These are amazing, large, graceful sea creatures that we could watch all day. Hardly anybody in the water. We felt like we own the place and blended in with nature for a day of relaxation aside from the physical workout of kayaking, which was fun. I recommend paddling your kayak closer to the edges as the manatee feed more in this vegetation rich environment, and tend to hang out there.

Our guide Steve was very knowledgeable and informative. His love of the local flora and fauna is very apparent! The kayaking was great for beginners and he gave us freedom to explore on our own too.

Steve was wonderful! He had tons of knowledge and love for the animals. We saw 3 manatee and you could tell they were comfortable with him and it seemed like they recognized his voice. We saw tons of wildlife above and below the water! Thanks so much! Next time we are in town we will do this again.

Had a great time. Got to kayak with manatees. Saw a dolphin and its baby, an iguana, green herons, and more. Great guide. Sent us many pictures. Would do this again.

Incredible and amazing!!! Our guide Karen was awesome. She was friendly, warm, kind, funny, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We saw sooo many animals on our trip! 2 manatees cuddled our boats (super friendly animals) and said hello for awhile, a momma and baby dolphin swam close by, and birds and iguanas were sighted as well! Waters were beautiful and Karen was helpful when guiding us with paddle boarding for the first time. Highly recommend!!

It was a fantastic experience! Took our Mom on her 81st birthday kayaking for the first time. Our guide, Karen was amazing and took such good care and concern with our Mom. She was so knowledgeable on the estuary and you could just feel the love and passion she had for what she was doing. We would absolutely come back again!

We loved our experience at Lovers Key Eco Experience. We saw a large group of manatees at the 9:00am tour. Later we saw a lone dolphin too. Our guide Steven was great. He supplied us with lots of information but didn't overload us.

Our kayaking trip was amazing. We watched about 4-5 manatees playing in the water for an hour. They were right under us and gently pushing our kayaks around. Stephen, our guide, was wonderful! He was very calm and gave us great information while we observed the manatees. Highly recommend!

Our Lovers Key Estuary Tour with Karen was amazing. It was a beautiful day to walk the trails and the beach. The best part of the day was the estuary tour. We saw and learned so many interesting things about the mangroves and wildlife from Karen, including many manatee sightings, and how to spot them, throughout the 2 1/2 hour guided tour. Karen was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, and she took care to make sure everyone understood how manage their kayaks, and could hear her on the water. You can really tell how much she loves being out on the water in nature and teaching. Thank you Karen!

Our family had such an amazing time on the guided kayak estuary tour! We got to see Manatees and Iguanas up close. Karen is very knowledgeable about the animals and ecosystem and was able to answer all of our questions. The mangrove trees were beautiful and the kayaking was very peaceful. Karen was very friendly and took some great photos of our group too! Highly recommend!

The trip was awesome. Our tour guide Karen was very knowledgeable, telling us all about the wild life and the vegetation. We got to see a couple different manatee which was awesome. We went for just around 2.4 miles and it was just the right amount of paddling. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking about going.

We had a great time with Karen and saw all the wildlife we were hoping to see including manatees. Definitely worth it compared to going alone!

Amazing experience! Rented a Canoe with 4 people, 2 adults and two kids (7,10). Went on the search for manatees and found one super friendly one in one of the dead ends as recommended by the nice lady at the gift shop. Thanks Kim! Super friendly, very peaceful out there. Make sure you bring a photo ID ;)

We had a wonderful time on our kayak/SUP tour. Our tour guide Karen had a great sense of humor, got to know all of our names, and even helped assist our grandfather for a short time when he needed a little towing. Karen will certainly ensure you have a great time. We got to see Manatees several times in the estuary, osprey that were fishing, and many other wildlife. Thank you Karen!
