Private driver and car in Ubud was great. Driver Kodeng was a pleasure to ride with. He even recommended places to go that I really enjoyed. He waited patiently for me to enjoy my time and I just messaged him when done and he was there quickly to pick me up.

Ballon took us a day trip to Ubud, he was very friendly and punctual and knew a lot about the local area. Using a driver allowed us to see more than if we did the trip on our own and Ballon was very flexible when we wanted to change plans later in the day. It was a great experience!

A great day out with my driver Justin. He took on board all my ideas and suggestions for places to visit during our day out, and he offered some of his own suggestions and advice regarding timing and distances. We settled on things that would work for me, given my limited walking ability up and down stairs, whilst meeting my desire to see as many beautiful waterfalls and as much Bali culture as possible. He recommended Tanam Sari Falls ( not on my original list) and confirmed the accessibility of Tegenanungan Falls (which was). He gave me time on my own to sit and listen to each of the falls, and to explore the centre of Ubud at my own pace, being ready to pick me up and move on as soon as I was ready to do so. In essence Justin took good care of this old lady and made sure that she had a great day out. A good photographer and driver too!

I had lea as my driver. When I saw that a woman pulled up I was so excited especially since I’m a solo woman. I instantly felt comfortable. She was so nice and friendly and we had good chats. She came with me and took pictures for me even after I drug her down all the stairs for the waterfalls. Then she took me out to Uluwatu and she was always where she said she would be to meet me. She then got me back safely. Thank you so much Lea !! I enjoyed our day together. Thanks for being my friend for a day!!

We booked car rental service from SUN tour Bali through Klook. They provide very friendly service. We booked for 8 hours and got Ajik as our driver. The vehicle used is quite comfortable commensurate with the price offered.

Beno was an amazing and friendly driver who took into consideration our needs. I showed him a list of what I wanted to do and also asked him for what he recommended, which he provided to us easily. His command of English is also good so we did not have any trouble communicating with him. Overall, we had a pleasant time with Beno

We really felt cared for by the car charter company. Atu our driver contacted the night before the day. He is a very nice and professional person. The ride is very smooth and makes us calm and feel safe. We were greatly helped while using his services during our holiday in Bali.

We were picked up promptly by our driver who made contact with us by WhatsApp prior to the trip and when he arrived at the hotel. The car was good with fresh air conditioner. We drove it on a long route around Kuta and Uluwatu without any problems. Our drivers (Mas Agus) are also very reliable and skillful. We will definitely use this company service again when we return to Bali.

It was our first time in Bali and we wanted someone to take us around to see sights we were interested in. We only had a half day available to see Bali before boarding our cruise ship. Our tour guide took us to see the best of Ubud. We toured the Monkey Forest and the Tegallalang rice paddies where we got to swing out over the rice fields. It was so much fun!
