My friend and I had the most wonderful experience with our driver, Kris! He could not have been more attentive, professional, and educational for our entire trip. At each stop he would share the history/background & guide us, which made my friend and I (two young female travelers) feel very safe! We would quite literally be lost without him. Not to mention, he went above and beyond to drive safely on the road, even taking alternate routes to avoid the expected Bali/Ubud traffic. The Monkey Forest was definitely our favorite stop, but each along the tour was perfectly unique. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone wanting to travel to Ubud for the day!

We started the morning by the beautiful rice terrase, which was peaceful and on our “must see” bucket list. Further we went to the monkey forest, just at the right time for when they feed the monkeys!! Before we visited a temple and tried on traditional saris, we visited the coffee plantation. the staff there was so caring. Last but not least we got to the waterfall and enjoyed food and drinks by looking at the fantastic view. Ma-de has been the most kind guide I’ve ever had before. Fun to talk with and very caring for our needs on the tour. A lot of fun facts were shared and I’ve learned super fun trivia about Bali. I highly recommend this tour with Ma-de!!!!

We went to many different locations around Ubud, including rice terraces, monkey forest, a waterfall, a temple and to a coffee tasting. All of it was really great and our guide Ma-de was very nice and good at explaining the different sights. I highly recommend this trip both because of the attractions and the amazing guide! I will however advise you to tell future participants to bring mosquito repellent to the monkey forest🐵

I highly recommend this tour as it shows most of the must-sees in Ubud! And our guide Ma-de was very kind and insightful of Bali culture. We started at the rice terraces at Tegalalang which was absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to see them in the morning. I really recommend seeing this. Then we went to the monkey forest. The monkeys there were very sweet and used to humans, so they were not aggressive like you would think. It would be nice if they recommended tourist to bring mosquito spray, because the forest is full of mosquitoes… Afterwards we went to a coffe plantation where we tried coffe and tea for free. That was really cool as well and definitely worth a visit. Then we saw a temple which was beautiful, but you can easily visit these on your own however it was nice to hear about traditions and so on from our guide. Afterwards we went to a waterfall which unfortunately was dirty from the rain last night so we couldn’t swim in it however the view was beautiful.

The rice fields were amazing and definitely the best of the trip. After we went to the monkey forest which was also really fun. The Tempel was nice as well. The jewelry shop we saw was nice, but it could be skipped. We didn’t get any specific information about how they made the jewelry. The water fall was unfortunately brown because of the rain, which prevented us from swimming. That would’ve been the highlight of the trip, so it was kind of sad. But all in all it was a great experience. Ma-de was also a nice guide.

The tour was amazing, we went to rice terrace, monkey forest and coffe farm. Ma-de knew everything about rice fields and so much interesting information about the monkeys 🐵 We got to try 5 different coffee and 5 different tea, it was super tasteful 🙏 Ma-de took us to these places it just the right time, to rice terrace early in the morning when no one was there. It was so relaxing and beautiful 🤩 Later at the waterfall we went to restaurant with amazing view and local food 🌸 Ma-de was perfect 🤩 would recommend everyone this tour, especially with Ma-de 😎 We got even to chose when we had spare time if we wanted to see something extra, like jewelry town, or wood carving town 🌸✅ Best ubud tour ever ❤️

Our experience with our tour guide, Hendra, was outstanding!!! Hendra was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to our needs throughout the day. What impressed us most was his ability to plan our itinerary perfectly, avoiding crowds and rainy weather. When rain interrupted one of our temple visits, Hendra quickly adjusted our plans to keep us dry while still enjoying the sights. His excellent English-speaking skills made communication effortless and added to the overall experience. Hendra's deep knowledge of the culture and traditions helped us to understand Balinese culture better. Also, his talent for capturing amazing photos made each of our stops unforgettable. Additionally, Hendra showed exceptional care for our safety, particularly at the Sacred Monkey Forest, ensuring that we were well-informed about how to safely interact with the monkeys. His expertise, flexibility, and great conversations made our trip unforgettable. We had so much fun and we highly recommend Hendra to anyone wanting to visit and tour Ubud.

Omg talk about beautiful views…. Everything was amazing the jungle swing, the water Fall , the temple and the monkeys 🐒, everything was so much fun and beautiful. And what made everything even better was our wonderful driver Wayan Suyasa he is super nice and professional, he has humble and great personality very helpful as well. Definitely looking forward to coming back and having our new friend Wayan as our guide and driver again.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough we booked the night before around 11pm and our driver, desna, picked us up from our accommodation the next morning at 9am! Our tour guide Desna was amazing and so helpful I would definitely request him if you’re able to! He made the trip so enjoyable and stress free. This has been our best day out in Ubud!

We did a small numbers tour ( just 4 of us) Wayan Suyasa was our driver / guide (friend) I would recommend him 100% and would use again, and recommend to family and friends, he is so friendly and personable, gave us so much information on the area, history, culture and the way of life in Bali. He also offered a few stops that weren’t on itinerary along the way, always happy to take photos ( good photos)! He’s a real legend! Wayan made our trip so memorable, he’s an absolute legend!

Radi was the BEST driver and tour guide ever! Such a lovely guy with so much knowledge of not only the places we visited, but was happy to answer all our questions about the Balinese culture and traditions. We came away with a much greater knowledge of life in Bali and enjoyed the similar connection that this county shares with our indigenous Māori culture in NZ. Radi had excellent English, driving skills and was an all round great guy. The tour itself was awesome, a great, super full day, with lots of info, amazing sights, delicious food and was not rushed at all. Radi let us explore with no time constraints at all and had the vehicle ready with crisp aircon on, ready and waiting. I had a memorable trip to Ubud, thanks to Bali driver, Ngurah Oka, he is the best! He made sure I enjoyed the trip, felt comfortable during the travels, explained the history of the place, safety protocols and assisted me during climbing so I dont slip. He also made sure that I had lots of good photos. 😊 Ubud is very beautiful, I love the relaxing scenery of the Tegenungan waterfall, the green paddy field at Tegalalang, the picture perfect Jungle swing and delicious lunch at d’Alas and the mischievous monkeys of the Monkey sanctuary.
