This was a birthday surprise for my 8 year old daughter, who was treated like royalty throughout the whole visit, by Keith and Chris (tour guides) They gave us a fantastic tour, answered any questions thrown their way and were great photographers! The stadium speaks for itself. FANTASTIC!! Lovely staff, everyone was welcoming and full of knowledge about Manchester City. We will be back again. Well worth the travel from Cardiff.

Very entertaining Stadium Tour. The guides Mick and Harry were very knowledgable and entertaining. We were impressed with everything about the tour especially how welcome they made you feel including the non fans of the Manchester City team. i would recommend this tour to any football fan!

I was fortunate to get tickets for the Manchester City v Real Madrid UCL Quarter Final 2024. I took my Dad and step son for our first Etihad experience and we travelled down from Sunderland. We signed up for the stadium tour before the game and I am so glad we did. What an incredible experience. Our guides were Pete and Graham E. They really are an asset to the club. Both are very knowledgeable and were very good at explaining and drawing you, the tourist into the magic of Manchester City. There were many great vignettes and anecdotes. My Dad, step Son and me were in the palm of their hands. Fantastic. Pete performed like an actor and was very quick to incorporate the audience comments into his story. Unfortunately, the result went against us but we would love to visit again and look forward to the next opportunity. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience. Good luck for the league and FA Cup.

My husbands favorite part of our Europe trip! A huge man city fan so it was awesome getting to go behind the scenes and tour the stadium. Highly recommend to any fans!

The tour was a Christmas present from my daughter. I've been a life long fan of City but never have been able to get to a match. So this was the next best thing. I was amazed by the stadium and what it offers. My wife also enjoyed it even though she's an Arsenal fan. I would like to thank Tracey and Eric who were our guides. We followed up with watching the women's team win 5-0 against West ham.

Between our group we have done done dozens of these tours. This one is different & a total game changer. The tour guide, Ian, apart from Pep is City's greatest asset, Effusive, fascinating, and inclusive to our guests he made it seem as the club has shut to personally show our group around the club. If you are reading this and wondering about doing the tour my advice is to do it. i would give it 6 stars if i could

Tim was our guide for our city tour and was excellent. He made sure the children were involved and had a good time and he provided lots of useful information throughout the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we will do this again, and, we would recommend this. Well worth it whether a city fan or not!

Ray was very informative throughout the tour made it very enjoyable. He kept the adults and children entertained with information and facts. Lots of photo opportunities.

Pete was an engaging presenter and the information he shared was perfectly balanced for both adults and children - with lots of fun too. It was great to live the life of the players on match day and see so much behind the scenes of this amazing stadium. My son absolutely loved it, as did I. 😊

Brilliant tour and fantastic warm friendly guides. Karen and Linda were great. Really friendly and made everyone feel welcome. Loads to see and plenty of time to take pictures. Really enjoyed seeing behind the scenes. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in football. Great fun.

We had an absolute ball! I have one Man United fan & one Man City fan and they both enjoyed this tour. Great guides, personable, fun and took us in secret rooms too (shhh)

Excellent tour and very informative. It was also fun and made enjoyable by our tour guide Martin and colleague. They made interesting for all ages and whilst I as a Man City fan for many, (many) years found it interesting I could see how much the young ones enjoyed it, especially in the dressing room, the dugouts and the side of the pitch.

We went on the stadium tour and Peter and David was our tour guide and what can I say they was fantastic they went above and beyond the kids absolutely enjoyed every minute of it can’t thank them enough deffo worth the visit thanks again

Had a great time on the Etihad Tour. Ray and Steve were brilliant and very funny making sure the kids were fully involved adding to the experience. As season card holders was really interesting seeing behind the scenes and having access to areas you would normally only see on TV but sure it would be every bit as enjoyable for fans of other clubs from all over the world as was the case on our tour. Will do again in the future once the Stadium expansion is finished as plans look fantastic.
