Tour guide, Dana, was amazing. She provided detailed information along with pictures of before 9/11. Plus, losing a sibling in 9/11 made the tour more engaging and informative. Excellent t tour guide.

The 90 minute tour of Ground Zero was touching and very informative. Really glad we did this. Hélene was a terrific guide. Only issue was the city noise (traffic, sirens) that sometimes made it hard to hear. The museum is overwhelming!

Our first ever guided tour and Jaclyn proved that with the right guide, you can experience even more. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Passionate and knowledgeable with so much respect. She brought the 9/11 story to life and allowed us time to gather our thoughts in different areas. A small group helped, it was more intimate. Thank you Jaclyn.

Fantastic tour. Guide was great, he made the experience. Learned way more than if we had seen the sites ourselves. David was very eloquent at recounting the events and subsequent recovery of the city

Dana was a fabulous tour guide. She showed us the reverence the tour needed while still celebrating the memory of lives lost. Her personal tragedy of losing her brother made it more personal, while still sharing facts of that tragic day. I would highly recommend the entire experience.

Jaclyn really knew what she was doing. You could definitely tell the whole tour meant a lot to her. She answered any questions we had. The whole 9/11 attack was horrible but seeing the memorial and seeing all the names associated with it made you realize just how devastating the whole thing was. Jaclyn was very informative and you could tell that the whole memorial meant a lot to her as well. She was truly amazing!

Emmeline, our guide brought the 9/11 experience to life, even though it was a very serious experience about death., she shared incredible stories of the human spirit, and of love.

David was very knowledgeable and enhanced our experience of seeing the 911 Memorial and the surrounding area. My husband and I felt that this guided tour and the guide himself did a very good job in explaining everything.

David Fine was our Ground Zero tour guide and he made all the difference in making this a MOST enjoyable tour on a freezing day in New York. He articulated very clearly the chronology of that sad tragic day and then led us step by step to historic spots and gave a heart rendering account of some the individual heroes of that day. He definitely made it a better tour.

I loved this tour. It was informative and so interesting. I would definitely consider doing this again but with better weather! And, ask for Jacqueline as your tour guide. She was wonderful!

Russell was a fantastic guide. He taught us so much and kept us moving throughout the tour so we were able to see everything and stay on time. We had a lot of good side conversations with him, too, in which he gave us great advice about other things to check out in New York like Joe’s Pizza, which was amazing.

Dana was incredible! The way she wove her own experiences and loss from 9/11 with the heroism of that day made the tour engaging and personal. We learned so much and walked away with a new appreciation for the everyday heroes of NYC and beyond.

Our guide, Jon, was amazing! He is truly a walking-talking 9/11 encyclopedia, and has a great personality! He had answers to the most obscure questions.
