When I look at the weather forecast for our full day private tour of Seoul and saw that it was projected to be sunny little did I imagine that Sunny would actually be our tour guide. In all my decades of travel I have never had the privilege to find a guide with all the unique qualities that Sunny possesses. Vast knowledge of Seoul, Korea and the world. Perfect English, a personality and kindness's that rarely one encounters anywhere. Ultimately, she transformed a great day of touring into an unforgettable experience. The experience was very nice, we was able to get to know many places all around Seoul, we were able to get to know the history of Seoul but also the modern day culture. Nancy is a very professional guide and her explanation is very good and interesting. I highly recommend it.

This trip was the first time for our family to visit Seoul together and it was packed with so many wonderful memories and experiences! Our guide, Sunny, was truly amazing, so knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly warm. She customized our two days of touring together, even reaching out ahead of time to make sure to incorporate our "must see and must do" into our tour itineraries. She also gave us ideas and places to consider based on our interests on the days that we were exploring on our own. It was good if you just needed a driver and someone to walk you around. Nice and helpful with picture taking, but not much explanation or in depth history of places we visited. Tour also ended an hour earlier than expected. We travel internationally often and have been on many private full day 8 hour tours as a family, this one felt a bit rushed.

So Young our English guide has an excellent command of the English language. She is quite informative and has a real good sense of humor. The Royal Palace and the tower visits were hectic due to the crowds but she facilitated well that the group had great time and fun. We are grateful for all the work she did.

Our full day trip to explore Seoul was as perfect as it could be only and only because of Sunny , who made it so so memorable by taking us to the best of the places in the given planned schedule , special thanks for the lunch at Indian restaurant and also taking us to lotte world tower for a splendid view , not to forget how sweet was it of her to take us to the best bakery in Seoul - Passion 5 and then stopping by Artbox for helping us pick some stationary ! The trip was extremely fruitful and enjoyable. We learned so much about the DMZ and the history of the conflict between south/north Korea. Moon, specifically was our tour guide, and she was extremely energetic and sweet. She spent her entire time educating us about the history of the conflict and did it with so much passion and effort. Her enthusiasm is amazing!.
