Our guide Thomas was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating. Since we had already seen a couple of places listed on the itinerary on our own, he made adjustments and took us to a few different places. He accompanied us to the museums and made sure we saw all of the highlights and explained everything. We also made a couple of stops for delicious local food!

We just got to our accommodation in Jiufen after an absolutely fantastic day! I'm so glad we chose to take this trip with our custom itinerary, it was absolutely worth it. We got to see 10 locations, including a few bonus stops that Berry recommended such as a cherry blossom temple. In crowded places we were able to scoot around the crowds, and make sure we didnt have to queue too long for the paper lanterns in Shifen. One of our highlights was also the lunch stop, we're we got rice dumpling, as well as local sea snails - something my friend hadn't been able to eat in years! Learned so much and saw so much in just one day, thank you so much Berry! We saw so many people on mass tourism bus tours at main stops like Shifen and Yehliu, and I don't think we would have enjoyed our time half as much - I'm so glad that we didn't choose that option just for the cheap prices. Absolutely worth the money cannot recommend highly enough.

Our tour guide, Mr. Chia Jung is an exceptional guide. He scheduled the sites to minimize our travel time and showed us everything we wanted to see and more! He also got us to the changing of the guard. And was that a sight to see. Not only did Mr. Jung provide us a fun and safe tour, he went beyond the call of a tour guide, he made sure we were comfortable prior to our flight. We highly recommend Mr. Jung and Justaiwan Tour when scheduling your tour.

Paul was a wonderful guide. He was super friendly and adjusted to our needs. He took us to the must see sites and a great place for lunch and even made great dinner reservations for us.

We had a 14 hour layover in Taipei so we booked an 8 hour tour. Although it rained, we still had a lot of fun getting out of the airport and seeing Taiwan. Our guide, Sam picked us up from the airport and took us to a few places. We got to see a market, a beautiful waterfall and release a giant Chinese lantern with our dreams on it in a mountain town.

It’s hard to say, which thing was the best because it was also good! Our tour guide Victor was amazing! Juifen was so cool. We tasted so many different things. The waterfall was gorgeous. Getting to paint our wishes on the lantern and then fly it was a great experience! The drop off at the cruise ship topped it all off.

The whole day city tour was great! Mr. Chia Jung was very accomodating and informative in all of the places where we went. For the newbies in Taipei, this is the best tour to acquaint oneself. Request for Chia Jung if you book this tour.

Had a great experience. Kevin is a very knowledgeable guide who personalized the tour to my interests and took me to places only the locals would know. He also knows the best spots to take pictures, and won't hesitate to take pictures of you if you're travelling solo :)

Ellen was Amazing. He took us to several places and included others that we didn’t even know that we were going and were the best part of the tour. He had good English. The transportation in itself is worth the whole tour. If we would have just booked the taxis to the different locations it would have cost us way more than this tour. Very amazing.

The tour is planless. However the guide seemed intent on showing us things that we did not want to see because the "company" said what we should see. Also they charged based on returning us to Keelung but we returned to taipei hotel and only needed pickup in Keelung. We wanted to see Longshan temple and Bao An temple along with Chiang Kai Shek memorial. There my husband did not visit because of all the steps to get to thew memorial, However afterwards we founf there was an elevator and he could have participated in thes activity. We made clear we wanted to avoid many steps. We kept parking in garages with out working elevators requiring us to climb even more steps.

Great tour to see the main sights of Taipei if you have limited time. Very knowledgeable guide who was very accommodating to our needs

Herman was a wonderful guide. Excellent English. Took us to many interesting spots. We loved the tour of the local markets. Lunch at a popular restaurant was a step into life with the locals. We only had 1 day to get a feel of Taipei and Herman did a super job!

Excellent experience - van was clean, clean, on time, and adaptable. Our driver took extra pains to ensure our group had an experience tailored to our needs. It was so easy to drive up to a site, hop off, and have a ride ready to go when we were ready. Would highly recommend over trying to do it on your own.

James is friendly and knowledgeable. We asked to include the Taipei Grand Mosque and Halal lunch in our itinerary. He brought us to a really good authentic Beef noodle place, which is frequent by locals. We planned to visit Taipei 101 in the afternoon, but the weather was cloudy. So I asked for an alternative while we were eating our lunch. He brought us to Yuifen village, which was amazing. My husband and I truly enjoyed our day
