This tour was 100% perfect. We saw everything we were hoping for, and so much more (a wildebeest giving birth, a cheetah running after impalas). Our guide Freddy was the nicest and so knowledgeable about not only the wildlife, but also the country. I couldn't imagine having as much fun with anyone else. We were briefed by Daniel, who was also very lovely. This tour was so much more than I could have imagined.

Amazing experience with our outstanding safari-guide Ezekiel! We had a week of incredible safari, experiencing Serengeti, ngorongoro, tarangire, manyara. Frederick our guide and driver ensured that our expectations were met, a font of knowledge a great spotter, lovely sense of humour, very professional and a credit to Suricata and Tanzania, the whole process from booking, airport pickup the safari and airport drop off went smoothly our thanks to Hilary and the whole Suricata team, we chose the Angata camps which were very well run, thanks to all the teams at Sera, Ndutu and Ngorongoro camps, we chose February to hopefully see the great migration and calving of Wildebeest and Zebra were we’re not disappointed! We saw animals in their tens of thousands a truly amazing adventure and experience, of course we saw the big 5 and numerous other species of mammals and birds.We toured Tarangiri to Manyara Lake to Serengeti Central, Ndutu including conservation area and last but certainly not least Ngorongoro Caldera all National park areas managed very well by the government.

With Suricata Safari you will have a amazing experience. Our guide was just the best of all - we saw all big 5, and even so many babys. Our guide knows the best hotspots in the park. We drove over 150 km per day. When other companies stop at a small hippo pool, Suricata takes us to a sea full of hipposWe slept in the Serengeti for 3 days next to buffalos, zebras, hyena and lions, we had the best meals compared to other companys. Just book Suricata - take the 7 days, it‘s worth it!

Amazing 7 day tour, from the pick up / first night to the arrival. Organizing the tour was easy, flexible and quick, and we were fully taken care of during the trip and felt very safe. We got an amazing wildlife tour, our guide George spot the best wildlife moments and answered all our questions and needs. We got to see even more than we expected or dreamed of. Definitely 100% recommend, coming back with unforgettable memories.

An awesome experience with Suricata Safari company. Hilary helped us plan our trip from scratch and always was quick to reply even in different time zones and catered to our special dietary restrictions. Frederick was our guide, very experienced and educated in wild life as well. He was the main reason for our memorable experience. We got to see plenty of (50+) lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, rhinos and so many more… Guides in this company are incredibly knowledgeable and communicate with each other. Frederick even improvised on a tip from his colleague and took us to the northern Serengeti to see the GREAT MIGRATION happening across the Mara river. This was not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary and was conditional on the animal movements. He even took the longer route from northern Serengeti to central where we saw hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebras. The food, stays were really great and I feel is decently priced compared to other insanely expensive safari companies.

The whole organization, the route and the the accommodation was perfect. Fred is the best safari guide! We enjoyed it a lot and can only recommend this company wholeheartedly. Outstanding value for money!

My boyfriend and I booked the 7-day safari with lodge accommodation. It was the best holiday we have ever been on and a once in a lifetime experience. From the outset, Hilary was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and answered all of our questions. Hilary arranged our airport pick up and all of our accommodation (which was of a very high standard). Everything was extremely organised. All we had to do was arrive at the airport and everything else was taken care of. Our guide was Ezekiel and he was absolutely fantastic. We told him the animals we were particularly interested in seeing and he went out of his way to make sure that we had the best opportunity to see those animals. Ezekiel was very knowledgeable about the animals and made sure that we were having a good time. I cannot recommend Suricata Safaris enough. Thank you to the whole team!

What an experience! Suricata safaris went above and beyond for the safari. Everything ran very smoothly with transfer to and from the airport and the hotels and lodges they selected for our stay were outstanding. Our guide, Ezekiel was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we had the best trip possible. We saw literally every animal I had hoped to see and were very lucky but I don't doubt some of it was down to the skills and knowledge of our guide. Truly a once in a lifetime trip and I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you for a great safari!

We booked a 7 day private safari, meaning it was just the two of us and the guide. Hilary was fantastically good with his communication when we had to postpone our honeymoon because of the pandemic. We communicated both via email and WhatsApp and that not only reassured us but also made our life’s much easier. Everything was very well organised from the beginning: starting with a driver waiting for us at the airport, a member of Team arriving at our hotel minutes after us to brief us about our itinerary followed by our guide waiting for us the next morning to start our amazing adventure. Vincent, our guide, was outstanding throughout all our days, always going above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time and at the same time looking for all the different species with a great sense of humour. The places we stayed were a 10/10 and all offered a different experience. The food was a touch of class as we not only ate extremely well at night but also had a great, proper prepared meals during the safari. This was a game changer as we saw other companies offering packed lunches that weren’t as good as ours. We definitely recommend Suricata Safaris and don’t be afraid to come during the so called “low season”. We still saw the big 5, plus a few rare encounters (cheetah eating) and there were much less people at the different parks which made the experience even more special. We came in April and still saw the begging of the migration. Definitely recommend!

We are nearly finishing the holidays of our lifetime. We booked our honeymoon a couple of years ago, but due to the pandemic, we had to postpone. Hilary was always amazing with his communication, both via email and whatsapp, which gave us a lot of confidence and reassurance that everything was going to go well. Since the day we arrived, Suticata Safaris treated us amazingly well, starting with a driver waiting for us at the airport, to all logistics of our trip. We are forever grateful for our guide Vincent. Always going above and beyond to make sure we are having a great time, with great knowledge about the wildlife and fantastic sense of humour. We booked a private tour and therefore it was only us and Vincent, which we definitely recommend. The meals were a touch of class throughout all our trip. We saw a few companies providing packed lunches, but ours was by far the best, with proper meals prepared from the places we overnighted. The lodges we stayed were 10/10, not only because of the comfort but above all the amazing people that work there. We still have the last day, tomorrow, but we couldn’t ask for a better experience and a better guide! We do, 100%, recommend Suricata Safaris, especially the private tour package. We would also like to say that we came during the “low season” and that was the best decision as we not only saw all the wild animals we wanted to see but also the parks were not full of people - definitely recommended! We did a private 7 day safari which was tailored for us by the Surikata team (Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Datoga & Hadzabe Tribes, Serengeti, Ngorongoro). We booked on short notice and the Surikata team responded quickly, professionally and considered all of our wishes (even created a tailored broschure for us). During the tour we had great lodges with private rooms. On top of that all the activities were organized in a professional way and we had a lot of fun and unforgettable moments! Especially the hunting with the Hadzabe tribe we will never forget. Our guide Vincent was the best. He has more than 10 years of Safari experience, brought us to all the hot spots and we always saw more animals than the other tours ;)

We had an excellent private safari with the best guide (Ezekiel) and best cook (Tito) you could imagine. That made the whole trip just perfect. We saw everything we wanted on the tour and the two guys answered all our questions and were very patient while we watched some animals for hours.
