La variedad de aves que pudimos observar fue lindo!!! Todas las personas muy atentas, excelente guía!
It was a wonderful fun experience to see alligators in the wild, I definitely would recommend this to friends and family .
We had an amazing tour guide named Chris who was very knowledgeable and was able to get our group pretty close to a couple of alligators including a baby!
Jeremy was an entertaining and awesome tour guide! He made the experience super fun! The live alligator show was also very impressive! A very fun adventure!
We had booked the 60 minute tour ticket and arrived just before lunch expecting a long wait. We only had to wait around 15-20 mins for our tour which was a great experience out on the Everglades. Our guide, Jimmy, was really informative and engaging and really made the experience that extra bit special. We saw 6 gators out on the river which was unexpected for that time of year, though as we neared the end, there was a very strong focus on tipping. While I happily tip for good service, I don't like feeling like I am being forced to. After the tour we went in to the rescue area for the show, which again was good, but pushed to tip at the end. We then had our photo taken with the baby gator which was a lovely end to a great afternoon at the park.
Captain Rocky was fantastic on the airboat ride. Very informative and found us a couple gators, many species of birds and beautiful scenery. We also enjoyed the Alligator Show.
Nice experience, cool rustic boat. The driver was really nice and informative. We got to see some alligators and other wildlife.
We enjoyed our air boat tour! Mike was informative and funny! Loved seeing the alligators, birds, and iguanas.
interesting, informative, Captain Jeremy was funny and had us all laughing. We had a great time. only thing we thought would help ,some hearing protection be made available
It was nice to see 4 alligators but was quite disappointed to not go fast and do the spins and turns I expected on the airboat ride.
Our tour guide was very informative and friendly. We saw 3 gators and many birds and plants. It’s a fun way to have fun while learning about the Everglades/wetlands habitat.
We had so much fun on our airboat tour yesterday. I have been here many times but I must say that Captain Rick was awesome! We totally loved being in the open air boat that he was driving. He had such a cool personality and we all learned so much about the Everglades. I highly recommend this trip to anyone that happens to be visiting south Florida or if you are like me and live in the area.
I lived in Miami in the late 1980s and took plenty of enjoyable trips into the Everglades. I stumbled upon this one and with kids decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE. If you enjoy expensive prices, crowds, long lines, stupid talk from guides, a pathetically short ride up and down two canals, a distorted PA system which gives you a migraine and a so called gator show that is nothing short of embarrassing, then this is for you. Otherwise, AVOID ALL COSTS. This is a huge rip off and has nothing to do with the natural treasure that is the Everglades. It is a business run by rude and ignorant morons and aimed at morons....enough said....
Nicely done. The airboat ride was a bit anticlimactic, not much to see although we did see 3 alligators and a handful of birds. The alligator show after was short, but entertaining and impressive. Nice staff. Especially JR and Kevin.
Our tour guide choas was excellent. He knew the area well and was funny as well as informative. Worth the time
This airboat ride was fantastic. Captain Kris was awesome. She took us in all the nooks where there were alligators, beautiful birds and she would make sure all passengers on both sides of the boat would see the site. She was very informative and really took her time showing/explaining things. You can tell she loves her job!!
Not sure where I got the idea that the boats would have fewer people, due to covid, but our guide was amazing at spotting gators (we saw 3 or 4) and telling us about the area. The gator show afterwards was cool for the kids but a bit lack luster for the adults. Overall not a bad first experience of the National park for the kids.
Boat captain was really good at his job. Good info on Everglades. Saw several alligators, birds, fish and turtles.
Beautiful trip! The boat comes right up to the gators! Very scenic ride with blue skies and tall sawgrass.
We went during a weekday afternoon so it wasn’t super crowded. Thought it was worth to e money for the airboat tour and gator show afterwards. Had Captain Chino who did a good job with what he had to work with. You are on the water for an hour and it got to be 40 minutes in and we hadn’t seen a gator. Luckily we ended up seeing 2 so it made for a good trip. Also saw a few birds, iguanas and a turtle. The gator show was a blast. Paul from the Gator Boys reality show was a really funny and entertaining guy. Kind of was rushed through the “zoo” area at end but it was close to closing time. Kids got to hold a baby gator which they liked and got a group photo. Nice place to spend a few hours.
Captain Chris was just awesome and very knowledgeable of the many everglades critters we encountered!
Very informative. Our guide Jeremy was Awesome! We seen 5 alligators up close. Very glad we went. We would definitely do it again!
My wife and I did this tour from Miami through Big Bus Tours. The Airboat tour was good but expect this with few sitings of animals and gators. We did see a few gators on the tour. After the boat tour, I recommend spending no more than an hour here which includes a fairly entertaining show and the petting zoo.
Had the best boat ride with Rick. He was an awesome guy and very knowledgeable about the Everglades . Also was able to see alligators in the Everglades. Definitely an awesome experience.
Airboat ride was great! Informative, nice to see the birds & Alligators in there natural habitat. We were able to see 3 gators
During my childhood, I adored the Everglades. The untamed beauty was inspiring. The tour rekindled that same enthusiasm and curiosity about nature. Tour guide was creative, informative and engaged. Highly recommend the tour.
everyone had a wonderful time! Our boat captain did a great job touring and explaining and educating us along the way, kids were super excited to see the Alligators swimming so close by. The Gator show in the end was a fascinating and captivating experience! ! Definitely worth the $$!
There were plenty of gators. We really enjoyed learning about the Everglades and the wildlife that inhabits it.
Efficient, well run operation. Nice group tour. Family friendly. Food was good. Wait was acceptable.
