We booked through Viator and were looking forward to doing the 6-Line Zip at Night Tour. Unfortunately, we arrived no more than 5 minutes late due to traffic and were turned away and told we were supposed to arrive at 6:30 for a 7pm booking. No where on the listing did it say we had to be there 30 minutes before to sign paperwork and do safety training. Their customer service skills need some work as well. If you plan to go make sure you arrive 30 minutes before!

Our reservation was for the 7pm 6-line Zip at Night Tour. We arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic and were turned away and told that we were supposed to arrive at 6:30 to sign paperwork and to learn safety. I have gone back and looked over everything on the Viator posting and have seen nothing about arriving 30 minutes early for the 7pm booking. We’ve reached out for our refund and hoping we can at least get our $140 back. If you’re thinking about going, make sure you show up at 6:30 even though the listing is for 7!

Our tour guys were very friendly and informative. Seamless experience. I especially enjoyed the longer zip lines and the view. We’re only in town for a few days but our next time, we will use the same service.

Absolutely terrible. We were late by 4 minutes. The lot was locked & empty. No one answered our calls or email either.

This was the best fun and we had such a positive experience! BJ and Jerrod made this experience so great for our group of 9 from 61 to 3, and they made taking cart of us so effortless. From making sure that the 3yo had a great time, that the 5yo who was somewhat scared of heights did great and gave him so much confidence, to me, the Gigi, who was having a hard time braking too much, we all came away with smiles and happy exhaustion! This place has 8 zip lines of varying degrees and they all are full of beautiful views. I don’t think you will find a better price for the value. The package deals seem very good, too. BJ and Jerrod had safety in mind all the time and you can tell they don’t cut any corners in that area. Every employee was gracious and nice. Don’t hesitate to take on your zipline adventure here!

I've ziplined before at another company in Pigeon Forge during the day, but the night time experience was equally as fun. You can't see the landscape at night going through the trees because it's so dark, but I think that made it even more exciting. You are literally jumping into darkness! Our guides were awesome and very knowledgeable so we felt safe jumping off the side of the mountain in the dark going 50mph. I would definitely recommend day ziplining too if you want to view the landscape, but the night zipling was a really exciting experience that I would definitely do again with this company!

The tour was incredible, they added two new lines but that’s not even the best part. The guides made the experience that much more enjoyable (Jacob and Blaise) they were funny, very knowledgeable about each of the lines, they made my girlfriend feel more comfortable about it since it was her first time ever zip lining. Definitely recommend checking it out. We went as the sun was setting and the view was spectacular!!! Thank you again jacob and Blaise hope y’all are our guides next time as well!!!

We had a great time as a group of 9. Nick and Kyle were the best guides. They helped the youngest feel comfortable and took him tandem when he was to scared. If your scared and don’t remember how to break correctly( yes this was me) they do have you ride tandem on some of the faster lines (adult timeout) which was way easier. Don’t forget to tip these guys they work so hard to keep us tourists comfortable and safe!!! Definitely would recommend this trip!

Our guides made the experience awesome, they were funny and knowledgeable. My son was nervous at first, but our guide joked around with him to help him relax. Absolutely loved it. I wish I could remember our guide's names, but I can't. 1 is pictured in the blue shirt by my daughter and the other is in the red shirt by my husband.

Fun for the whole family. Kids age 16 down to 5. All had a blast. Bobby and Sky were excellent guides, made us feel safe and relaxed

I would give over 5 stars if that was an option! Sam, Bob, and Jordan provided a great zip lining experience. Even though I was very scared and ended up being horrible at zip lining. I did have to ride with one of them on 2 of the lines, but that didn’t take away from the experience. It also made me way less scared. My niece was with me and a trooper that did great despite being nervous. She actually knew how to break when backwards, which impressed them apparently. Would definitely not go back due to my own fear, but it is great for anyone looking for a thrilling experience. Even if you are scared trust that your guides will take good care of you and make sure you are safe.

Perfect course for first time experience. Guides were patient and made everyone feel comfortable! Even had a lil comic relief!

We booked for 7pm. Wanted to get a sunset view or something of the like in. Got a text 2 days before saying they needed to move it to 5. We couldn’t do 5 because of previous engagement so they moved it to 6. But again it wasn’t what we booked and didn’t get what we were hoping for. The experience itself was awesome. Guides were great. Believe it was Chris and Nick.

There was a group of 6 of us that decided to do a night flight on April 7. It was a blast!! I'm a novice & fairly fearful, but had to prove to myself that I could do it! Our guides, Skylar & Nick, were fantastic! They were funny & supportive & just fantastic to alleviate my fears!! Thank you so much!

Had a legendary time, 10/10. Jared & Krystal (Crystal?) are approved legends. Would love to do again
