First time experience. Enjoyed interaction, safety protocols, upbeat fun with my group. Gerard and Kyle made me feel comfortable and well taken care of as an older participant.

This was my second time doing the Kapalua Zipline excursion. This time we had to deal with rain and windy conditions but it was STILL SO MUCH FUN! The guides were amazing (just as our guides were five years ago) and made the experience that much more enjoyable. This is a top notch zipline company.

Absolutely a must! Entire experience was amazing. The staff - Owen and Max- made the outing so much more entertaining. I felt completely safe and the zip lines were incredible. The views were amazing. Highly recommend!!! Don’t leave Maui without doing this!

This was one of our favorite zip line tours! Our guides made sure that we understood the safety requirements and rules and honestly, it was one of the most enjoyable and safest that we have ever been on. We really appreciated the attention to detail, top-notch equipment and personable guides, especially Owen! I cannot recommend this enough... if you have a fear of heights, the guides are patient and will "test" you on the first run to see how you do. We had a couple of people in our group that were a little aprehensive and by the end of the tour they were jockeying for position to go first. Go. Enjoy the ziplines and breathtaking views and you might even see some local wildlife or get a chance to be educated about Maui and the local flora (and maybe get to see and eat a wild Guava). Book this trip... ask for Brittany in the office and Owen on the lines.

We had so much fun. What a great way to end our trip to Maui. Owen & Dylan were a blast! Our entire group laughed and had so much fun. The Ziplines are great - wish there were more.

Our trip was great! I’m not a huge fan of zip lines but my son really wanted to go and I ended up really enjoying it. The views were amazing. Our guides Max and Owen did great interacting with everyone and keeping it light and fun. It was the highlight of our vacation for my son!

From the check in process, to jokes by the "Legend", a fun ATV ride, and 6 zip runs, it was a great adventure. Our guides, Jarod and Rylan are skilled and fun! They made it non intimidating and accommodated different ability levels. Leggings or long pants protect legs from straps. Rain jackets are available and will likely be needed. Views are breathtaking and I highly recommend this adventure!

My daughter and I had the best experience all around! Max and Jarod were our guides and they created an all around fun/exciting/safe experience for us! Max could work on his dad jokes a bit…but my 10 year old taught him a few things ;) Would highly recommend this to everyone.

Justin and Mills NAILED IT. The weather was not our ally on our adventure, but the crew showed us an amazing time that was breathtaking, informative and incredibly fun. The tour was very well designed and this company clearly has it down to a science. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing time with Kapalua Zipline. Our guides Ryan and Dylan were extraordinary. And our driver George had some really good dad jokes. The entire crew from check in to check out— made us feel welcome and each uniquely insured that our zip down the mountain was filled with incredible knowledge of the area as well as feeling excitement and safety when dropping a thousand feet. You could not be in better hands. We took GoPro cameras, but you do not need them because their photos at the end were better than ours. We would highly recommend this adventure and would do it again when we are in Maui. Ryan and Dylan are a phenomenal asset to this company. Looking forward to visiting again.
