This is our first trip to Jordan from India, I was very skeptical at the beginning if I should contact a tour operator in Jordan directly or look for someone from India. I followed my instincts and opted to go with JORDAN PRIVATE TOURS AND TRAVEL. Ms Haneen was our tour co-coordinator who did an excellent job with the itinerary as per our requisitions. It was a 5 night 6 day tailor made itinerary starting from Amman, Jerash, Petra, Wadi Rum & Dead Sea. Mr Khaled received us at the airport on 4th April 2024, the good thing about him is communication and punctuality. He contacted us a day before our travel from India and conveyed the airport pick up timings and where to meet him. We started our trip from Amman then to Jerash followed by 2 nights at Petra. Before leaving Petra, Mr Khaled suggested us to visit Aqaba (Red Sea) if we were interested as there was enough time. We were so happy that he suggested us the same, we had a good time there and returned to Wadi Rum. The camp suggested by our tour operator was one of the best for sunset view and the food served there was excellent so was the deluxe camp Overall I would like to recommend Jordan Private Tours and Travel if anyone traveling to Jordan. My special thanks to Mr Khaled our personal chauffeur through out the trip, he is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us what to do and what to see from the start of our tour. He very patient, trustworthy, excellent and safe driver. Thank you for the entire team and my special thanks to Mr Khaled for making this trip a most memorable one. Will be back soon.....

I had contacted the company to set up a private special itinerary with JPTT Tours . The staff always responded immediately and very professionally to my questions and suggestions for the itinerary. When BA twice changed our dates they were ever so helpful and accommodating. We then had a fantastic local guide Mr Jihad and a brilliant careful driver Mr Mohammed and enjoyed our trip very much. The hotels chosen also were very good. The minibus was clean and we were supplied with free water and wifi on board. It was brilliant! Thank you very much!

Excellent experience and overview of Jordan. Visited Amman (and the sites there like the Citadel), Jerash (Roman ruins and biblical sites), Petra, Wadi Rum, and Dead Sea. Petra was amazing as was Wadi Rum. Hot air balloon ride in Wadi Rum was optional but well worth the price....early morning sunrise trip. The tour guide as informative, easy to get along with, and knew how to handle a group of 15 people. Overall, an excellent experience.

Excellent company to deal with. Our driver Ahmad Al -Ramahi was fantastic. He made our trip very special. Excellent driver, lovely cold water in the car. The car was spotlessly clean every day. Ahmad was a cautious and safe driver. Had a fabulous trip in Jordan, the country and people are amazing

As two tourists having never visited Jordan but with much traveling under our belts, we didn’t know what Jordan would be like – even with detailed planning. Our week-long tour of the country after all is a long time! Having Murad drive us between locations, coordinate with various vendors/businesses and be such a consistent support for us was invaluable. It was absolutely worth every penny. Of special note, there were a number of historic sites we enjoyed exploring at our own pace without a site-based tour guide. Knowing that Murad would be available when we finished to expediently take us to our next location, with wonderful Turkish coffee in our bellies, gave us more peace than we could have imagined. It was such a pleasure to understand more about Jordanian culture and Murad never tired of our questions. In fact, he encouraged us to pepper him with questions all day. At the end of our trip we needed to cross into Israel for a wedding and ended up getting stuck at the border for a couple days. Murad, although we had said our goodbyes and paid for his services, stepped in to help with translations and was clutch in getting us lodging last minute on the Dead Sea shores. Overall, all of the hotels were great, we were able to customize the trip to our needs and the in-car wi-fi was extremely helpful. Some of the hotels were not within walking distance of anything else really, like shops, with the exception of the Petra-area hotel. Petra btw requires a full day to get to the monastery. Also, the Bedouin camp was more of a resort and not traditional but the setting and food were amazing. We would book with them again without hesitation. Thank you Murad!!

The communication with the company was great from the beginning. Everything was answered patiently and we were totally satisfied. Then came the driver, he was d best I can ever imagine, his name was Qutaiba. Even though we were always late, he had the patience to wait and to bother us for 6 days. Also he is a very good human being, took exceptional care about us. If you have the chance, ask for Qutaiba. Finally about the tour. The itinerary covers everything from north to south with ample time to visit all the important places. To top it up, we spent around 7 hours in Petra.

We had the most wonderful trip ever. Every day was truly magical and we enjoyed every second of it. Our guide Ahmad Habibi went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable, he took us to the best spots, viewpoints and gave us many useful tips. He was the best guide we could have asked for, we are very grateful to him for making this trip an amazing experience. Also, he helped us get amazing photos so that we will never forget this trip. We 100% recommend this tour, it's an incredible once in a lifetime experience and this company, and in particular Ahmad Habibi, make it very comfortable, fun and extraordinary. Don't doubt about booking your trip with them, you will not regret it!

Murad was a fantastic host and a great ambassador for his country. He provided us with information along the way about the things we'd seen, and about Jordanian life in general. WIFI was provided in the car as well. Everyday started on schedule and with the kind of care you would expect from a friend. All of our accomadations were comfortable and conveniently located, and were able to cater to our special diet. We're still processing all of the things we we'd seen and did. Many thanks :)

Murad make the trip 100% better. He was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, professional and we enjoyed his presence during our trip. Our tour was incredible from day one! Murad make us feel like family, he was super chill and going with our schedule never felt push or rush, he show us amazing site outside the itinerary, help us with good prices and places to shop and always flexible with us! I really appreciate it our experience was unique!

Jafar did a fantastic job showing us Jordan. He went out of his way to explain the sites and their importance. He was a very good choice for our tour group. He was able to manage a wide range of ages. Our group had many questions regarding multiple subjects on Jordanian history, sociology, religion and a range of other subjects. Jafar answered all our questions and inquiries. We had several unique lunch experiences, and many more vacation highlights. He was especially helpful with currency exchange, COVID testing, site visiting and shopping advice. Jafar was able to deliver our group safely to all places on the itinerary. We felt safe and comfortable knowing we were in good hands. He was a joy to be around and we enjoyed his company immensely. We will always remember this trip with Jafar. See you tomorrow!!!

We planned our 7 days tour with Jordan Private Tours and the results have been above expectations. All the staff has been very professional and kind since the first email contact. Highly recommended! We had 2 drivers over the 6 day tour (Khaled and Ihab), both were safe drivers and very knowledgeable. Loved the flexibility of the private tour, as you are able to spend as much time as you want at each of the sites. Would recommend also visiting Jordan Museum on day 1 (very interesting museum about both historical and modern Jordan) and maybe doing the Wadi Mujib hike on day 6 as there is lots of free time in the afternoon (unfortunately found out too late to do this ourselves - looks like an amazing hike). The hotel provided in Amman could be a bit better (very dated) but we loved the location of the hotel in Petra - allowed for a very early start to beat the heat and crowds. We also enjoyed the Wadi Rum camp stay and meeting others also taking the Jordan Private/Group tours. Our drivers took us to cheap tasty places for lunch and provided bottled water.

We had a great time touring Jordan with Jordan Private Tour. Our driver Nidal was so very knowledgeable about the attractions and provided great recommendations. He was from the white dessert area, and so unlike other drivers, he actually guided us into Wadi Rum. We also learnt a lot about Islamic and Jordanian culture from him. We had a blast.

I highly recommend Jordan Private Tour! Our overall Jordan experience was amazing and Jordan Private tour delivered a better experience then the one originally promised. Ahmed was amazing through out this 6 day tour. Very polite and took good care of us. The 6 day tour gave us the opportunity to get to know Joran from north to south. If you have time, do the 6 day tour and go for the full experience.

Our honeymoon trip with Jordan Private Tours and Travel was nothing short of exceptional. Having Murad with us to give us tips on what to do, how long to spend where, where and what to eat and where to catch the sunset made the trip personal and ensured we got to really experience Jordan rather than just seeing the touristy stuff and calling it a day. There was always a fresh water bottle waiting for us in the car, and Murad patiently answered all our questions about Jordan. We were able to customize the 6 day tour before booking to accommodate our flight schedule, and the customer service ahead of booking was super quick (even on weekends) and always friendly. We can't recommend JPTT enough!
