This was a dream come true for us in our honeymoon trip! Much better than expected, and our guide Felix had a lot to do with it, he was very pacient and very committed to show us as much as he could. We never knew someone with such a great sight, it felt almost as he could smell the animals coming. Asante sana!

We went on a 5-day safari with Serengeti Wakanda to Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro Crater. We had a phenomenal experience with Benjamin as our guide and Dullah as our chef. We felt like a little family because the two were so welcoming and kind. We could talk about everything and all our questions were answered. Benjamin was the best driver, storyteller and guide. He also has a passion for photography and so he drove us to the best spots to take amazing pictures of all the animals. Dullah provided us with delicious food and always made sure that we had a big variety of dishes to choose from. The campsites were in a very good location and the tents were very comfortable to sleep in. Overall we had an incredible experience and would strongly recommend a safari tour with Serengeti Wakanda and especially with Benjamin and Dullah. It was the experience of a lifetime - 10/10! Asante sana!

Our Tanzania safari with Wakanda was an absolute dream come true. From the vast Serengeti plains to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, every moment felt like stepping into a wildlife documentary. Edward, our guide, is not only phenomenal but also passionate about sharing his knowledge. He ensured that we encountered diverse wildlife up close and gave us enough time for pictures… and I take hundreds and hundreds of them. The accommodation organised by Wakanda was nice, we had two nights camping in the National Parks and I can't recommend it enough, it is a must in your itinerary. When it comes to the food, we were greatly surprised, Ashraf was our private cook and he did an outstanding performance. We did not imagine that we will eat that good in the Savannah. Overall, witnessing the incredible diversity of animals in their natural habitats was awe-inspiring. Definitely Tanzania has a lot to offer and well-suited for safari. Furthermore the entire Wakanda team's hospitality is phenomenal and we can't recommend it enough for those seeking an authentic and unforgettable experience!

Best Safari trip and would highly recommend. We saw all we wanted to see, big cats, elephants, rhinos, the entire Tanzanian wildlife…….. Our diver /guide Edward was an amazing host. Knows the nationals parka just like his backyard. He gave us the best views and knows where to find the wildlife. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and offers great hospitality. The entire ride was comfortable and accommodating. Wifi worked the entire trip in the car. Nice cold beers from the fridge for the journey, what more can you ask for,..cheers Special mention to our cook Ashraf who has been feeding us a feast throughout the journey. That kid prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday and puts up a great feed. He is a legend.

This was legit the coolest trip of my life!! Three of us went on the budget 5 day private tour safari right after we hiked kilimanjaro and it was FANTASTIC!! The car was very spacious and had lots of legs room for us after our hike which was so nice! Plus the 5 days gave us plenty of time to see every kind of animal we could have imagined! There wasn’t a single day that we didn’t see something new/ incredible! I would highly recommend a 5 day trip- you’re already in Tanzania, might as well stay long enough to see everything! Now for the guides, we had Freddie as our driver and Dula as our private chef!! First of all, Freddie is without a doubt the nicest man I have ever met in my entire life!! He was so sweet, friendly, professional, humorous, reliable, and very knowledgeable of all things safari! He also was incredible skilled at driving and had many many years of being at the company so he knew exactly how to drive the car, where to go to be safest, the good spots to see animals, etc! I honestly miss him so much already haha! He would talk to us about his family and I can just tell he’s an amazing father and husband. We always felt so safe with him driving! Dula was deemed “the best chef in the Serengeti” by almost every person that we talked to. I’m a pretty picky eater and my appetite was zero coming off the mountain. All I wanted was to go home and eat American food, but by the end of the trip I got so sad to leave Dulas cooking because of how absolutely delicious it was! The food was the cherry on top of this whole experience. Dula would prepare a 3 course meal every day with fresh baked bread and countless other delicious recipes that blew my mind every time. How he was able to cook all that in the middle of camping still baffles me!! Point being please please please ask for Freddie and Dula if you choose to go through this tour provider, I guarantee that you will not regret it!!

I just came back from a 5 day safari with Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safari and I can't stop raving about it. It was the most amazing experience of my life. The Serengeti and Ngorogoro crater are truly breathtaking and full of wildlife. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, rhinos, hippos, and more. It was like being in a nature documentary. Our guide, Freddie, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about his job. He always knew where to find the best animals and how to get close to them without disturbing them. He also taught us a lot about the history, culture, and conservation of the area. He made sure we were always safe and comfortable during the safari. Our chef, Dula, was incredible. He cooked delicious meals for us every day, using fresh and local ingredients. He was the best chef in the Serengeti, no doubt. He catered to our dietary preferences and allergies, and always surprised us with something new and tasty. He also had a great sense of humor and entertained us with his stories and jokes. Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safari is the best company to book your safari with. They are professional, reliable, and affordable. They provide everything you need for a memorable safari, from the tents, to the vehicles, to the binoculars. They also support the local communities and wildlife conservation efforts. They are more than just a tour company, they are a family. Thank you, Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safari, for the trip of a lifetime!

Superb safari with a great guide and a great guy, Andrew. We saw huge amount of animals, cheetah and lion being my favorites. We were well taken care of, for example we had warm meals in lunchtime, while most ate dry sandwiches. Not my first safari, but definitely the best one!

Our 5-day budget private safari with Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safaris was truly unforgettable. The itinerary took us to iconic wildlife destinations, with the game drives being the highlight—getting up close with the Big Five was a mesmerizing experience. Our guide, Benji, and chef, Nsanya, made the trip even more special. We're grateful for their expertise, kindness, and the unique insights they shared during the safari. Despite being a budget option, the accommodations exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The food, prepared by our private chef, was a standout—delightful local meals that were both abundant and delicious! Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safaris lived up to their promise of delivering an exceptional wildlife experience. The value for money was excellent, making it an affordable and thoroughly enjoyable safari adventure. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking a memorable wildlife expedition.

This was the most Incredible experience for our family. Possibly our best holiday ever - such a great holiday for adults and children (ours were 11 and 14 and completely blown away). Our guide Andrew was incredible and we felt completely safe and comfortable from the minute the safari with Serengeti Wakanda started. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and incredible with our kids. We would recommend him highly and suggest that you request him! He taught us so much about Africa, the culture and the animals and he knew the parks so well as he has so many years of experience. He took us to the best areas and found us rare sightings. The accomodation was all perfect - incredibly clean and always helpful and friendly staff that were so kind to my children . We stayed at Mawe Mawe for 2 nights - a hidden gem with incredible views and food and beautiful rooms and restaurant. The tented sites (Signature and Angata) were both magical and were like hotels and felt comfortable and safe with all the modern conveniences. We had elephants outside our tents and buffalo nearby - and were always safely escorted to and from our tents at night. We had a gourmet hot lunch every day in the National Parks with even table cloths and hot coffee. Serengeti Wakanda made certain that all meals were gluten free (suitable for a coeliac and a picky eater like our son!). Andrew went to every effort to make our trip comfortable he even made sure our car was fully stocked with drinks and always clean (not easy when on safari!!). We recommend Serengeti Wakanda tours and especially Andrew for an incredible holiday you will never forget. We saw 4 different parks and also had a perfect amount of time in the crater/caldera seeing every animal you can imagine because Andrew made it his mission to find them for us. If you want a well organised, comfortable and safe safari tour with an excellent company, then you should book with Serengeti Wakanda!! We saw lots of bigger operators but they did not seem to provide the personal service we received. We are so pleased we chose Wakanda!!

During the tour, tourists have to be with them for most of all days during the tour. So their presence and capabilities are trongly affecting the quality of the tour We hired both of photographer and guide/driver, Aisha and Benji, respectively, and it was successful!!!! Aisha, she is professional photographer who always find good image from the animals (And has a good chemistry with Benji) Benji, he is so fun and always find the animals which is rarely found by the others (I saw all BIG FIVES!) It was awesome experience :)

I own a business and every year pick 1 bucket list trip. I researched a ton and picked Wakanda. I joined a group one. The communication was superior from pre to post and during. Our guide was Andrew and our chef Abdulla. You can request them and they both stopped at NOTHING to make the trip everything our group wanted (even a smashed cell phone repair in the middle of a tour!!!). We saw the Big 5! A Hunt. Camped in the Serengeti. Great Migration. UNREAL FOOD (we saw other tours and ours was miles ahead). To me, when you spend 5 days w a group and dont want to say goodbye.....it means it was awesome! I travel the world and this was the best trip ever. I am forever grateful. And as for value.....we ALL agreed in our group we would have paid double for this trip. Insane value!!!!

Word cannot fully describe how excellent our safari was with Serengeti Wakanda, from initial communications to the safari itself, everything was effortless and we were really taken care of. We can highly recommend Serengeti Wakanda, and especially our great guide, Malissa, who was so knowledgeable and funny person to be with during our 5-day safari, THANK YOU! <3 We had booked a 5 day private camping safari ("Wakanda Special 5-day private safari") via Serengeti Wakanda tours. Before the safari had even begun, we were positively surprised at how easy communication was with our tour providers. Arriving in the morning in Arusha, our tour guide Malissa was already waiting for us with a big Land Rover car. After handling the payment, we were on our way to our first stop, Tarangire national park! We spent the day in Tarangire where we ate lunch in one of the parks picnic areas. To my eyes the park was very empty of tourists and other cars, but that made the experience only better. We saw lot's of elephants, giraffes, even lions there and it really was a great kick-off to our Safari. In the evening we drove to the Fig Tree Lodge where we would be staying for one night before heading to Serengeti. The lodge was nice and they also had a nice souvenir shop next to the restaurant. In the evening we had our first dinner, which really blew us a away! There was so much food, we thought that surely this food is to be shared by everyone else too but no, it was all just for us. Though after we could not eat even 1/3 of the offered food, I think the food was given to other employees and guests as well, which was really nice since nobody wants to see food go to waste. The second day started and we headed to Serengeti along with our tour guide and our cook for the camping trip, Dullah (I'm not sure if it's written this way, apologies if not!). The trip to Serengeti was not just any boring car trip, there were so many animals just on the way and our guide Malissa told us all about the animals we saw and answered every question we had. We spent the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day in Serengeti and the areas near it. For some reason, again there were not that many other tourists and cars there. We were told by Malissa that even though it is the time of the Great Migration, it's still low season, as the high season is always during the summer, when Europeans and Americans have summer vacations. This really surprised us, as we were sure that the Great Migration would be the season to have a Safari in Tanzania. We can warmly recommend the safari during November and the Great Migration as the temperatures are much more palatable (20-27 degrees celcius) and the animals very active with less crowds of tourists. There were short rain showers but they never lasted long and didn't bother us. The most memorable experience was of course seeing tens of thousands of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles migrating on the Serengeti plains. It was something out of this world. During the safari, our cook Dullah would prepare us excellent breakfast, lunch and dinners. Sometimes the we took the breakfast and lunches on the road but dinners were always at the camp sites in the evening. We were really surprised at the foods Dullah was able to cook for us in the camp sites, very nice 3 course meals for dinner in the middle of a national park! The camping part also exceeded our expectations, the tent was big enough so that we could stand inside of it and had plenty of space for two mattresses and even our suitcases (though sometimes we just left these in the car). The camping site in Serengeti was crazy, you could hear the lions roaring during the nights and hyenas speaking with each other. One night while eating dinner, a buffalo heard came within 10 meters of our dinner table, other night a hyena was seen lurking next to the kitchen area in hopes of food scraps. The animals did not bother us and we did not bother them! Our last day of the safari we drove to the Ngorongoro Crater, which was such a beautiful place, there saw the last of the big five, the rhino, which we had not yet seen previously. The crater area was really beautiful and it's hard to think that in its place there was once a big mountain. After Ngorongoro we started our drive back to Arusha. Our initial plan was that Malissa could just drop us off somewhere around Arusha where we would spend the evening wandering around the city and then during the night take a cab to Kilimanjaro airport when our 3am flight would leave. Malissa was surprised at our plans (or lack thereof :D ) and suggested that we should come visit Serengeti Wakanda's office/home, where we could have a room to ourselves and relax before our flight after which Serengeti Wakanda would get us a taxi to the airport, all of this free of charge! We were actually fairly tired from waking up so early so this sounded great to us. When we were leaving the office to the airport, we even got a little gift bags with goodies in them so that we can remember the safari for a long time.

Amazing trip, we were able to spot big 5 and more animals during our game drives. Guide Bashir was able to navigate through serengeti, ngorongoro crater and tarangire with ease & provided context wherever required. Food and stay were good especially at Sametu camp. Team kept us informed and supported us through our the trip. Expensive but a worthy private trip for us. P.S. We also opted in for balloon trip by Serengeti balloon safari which was unsatisfactory due to poor weather (no sunrise visible) and lack of animals in the flight path. So check weather and migration of animals on the pathway before opting in. We also missed to ask for masai village trip, consider adding it to itinerary for a cultural experience. Consider taking medication and mask on the trip if allergic to dust and pollen.

We had a 5 nights/ 6 days budget camping safari with Wakanda. 2 nights we slept in a budget lodge and 3 in tents. Our guide Barish was great. He managed to show us the big 5 and much more. Barish didn't hesitate to make an extra round and stopped to watch the animals as long we want. He knows the region very good and knows where to find the different animals and answered all our questions about them. Dula was our chef and prepaired 3 dishes every day. The food is excellent and diverse. My girlfriend is vegetarian and he always prepaired great vegetarian options. Besides that the sizes of the meal were always more than enough. Even you are a big eater...you will not stay hungry. Pick up and drop off at the airport worked very good and the communication with Bartho was great. No need to look further, Wakanda is the operator to go. Thanks to the team

I am very happy to have chosen Serengeti Wakanda for my first safari company. After reading multiple reviews and checking other companies, I've settled with them due to Bartho answering all my questions via WhatsApp. Bartho arranged everything for us and he was very professional. Customer focused orientated and this has been seen throughout the safari through his employees. Benji has been our guide and Idris our cook/chef. I'll start by thanking them again here as they went above and beyond to make our safari an excellent experience. These two singlehandedly made our trip full of lifetime memories. Benji went above and took us to area of the park which were not that popular and basically didn't see any other tourists, we had an amazing day that day. Looking back I can't believe we experienced so much in only 5 days. Learned so much about Tanzania, swahili, music and culture. Idris was an excellent cook and we've been spoiled. Always hard at work and making sure we always have amazing breakfast, lunch and dinners. One thing which I wish I knew was to ask specifically for guides and cooks/chefs which are mentioned in reviews. Would definitely go with Benji and Idris again, no second thoughts.

We chose Wakanda to do a 5 days safari with the 2 of us as a couple and had no regret, it was better then expected ! We never thought we would see that many wild animals from so close. We saw the big 5, and way more ! 1st day we went to Tarangire National Park where we already saw a lot. Then we went 2 nights in the Serengeti and finished by one night in Ngorongoro. All the parks are si différent and really worth it. Our guide Bashiri had 10 years of experience and knew all the best places to spot animals from early Morning to end of day, while teaching us a lot about the wildlife. We were also accompanied by our chef Msanya who cooked delicious fresh home made breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday to make the experience complete. We definitely recommend !

One of the most amazing experiences ever, there was a mishap before the start which caused a delay in the safari however Bartho and the team were completely eager to get things back on course and to provide the experience for me. My guide Benji was fantastic, extremely kind and knowledgeable, kept things interesting and fun even when everyone became a bit tired, he shared stories and answered all questions and by the end was more of a friend than a guide. The cooking from Machete the chef was amazing, delicious meals with a mix of traditional and comfort foods from home countries, we were never left unsatisfied or hungry. Overall we saw amazing animals and scenery and the team at Serengeti Wakanda were the reason behind it with their genuine want to provide the best service possible.

I did 5 days camping group safari with Andrew and Macheti! What a ride it was! I couldn't ask for better people to be with. Andrew has a lot experience, other tour guides were asking him if they can follow us. He drove us to see the big 5 and he even saw a serval! He also explains us about the Massai (his parent belong to the tribe!). And what about the food? Macheti I wish that you have a restaurant in Europe for me to go! Such a good dishes and such a good person you are! I had a fantastic experience! Thank you Taranguire, Serengueti and Ngorongoro! And thank you team!
