Ibrahim is not an honest man! He scammed my group into paying thousands of dollars and never provided any of the services promised- NO airport pickup, NO hotels, NO Inter-country flights, NO meals and NO guided tours. Finally after 3 months with No contact, he finally reached out last week, but only to request that we remove our negative reviews. NO accountability, NO apology, and he refuses to refund our money and make this right. We did nothing wrong, we paid in full, and showed up in Ghana on the date, time and flight as provided to Ibrahim. He was a complete NO SHOW, NO CALL and NO PICKUP, NO NOTHING! I have never heard of a no-refund policy when the BUSINESS is a no show! The craziest part is that Ibrahim fully admitted to losing his phone and not being able to contact us- but somehow this is our fault? The address Ibrahim provided is a PO Box, not a physical address and it is over 10 hours away from Accra- how could we realistically show up to his office as he mentioned? And why would we make that journey when he was clearly reading our Whatapp messages and not replying or picking up the phone for any of our calls! But he is asking us to believe that instead of simply going to get another mobile phone, he tried desperately to pick us up from the airport. Then when he could not find us, drove 10 hours to his "office" to sit and wait for us to stop in... come on! Aave yourself the headache and please don't use this business, it was the worst vacation decision I've ever made!

To all, Do not let this man distort the truth. Nobody in their right mind would pay thousands of dollars and not show up, especially when the money was non refundable! He left us stranded not only at the airport, but we also never heard from him the entire time while in Ghana. Then, 3 months later, his reply is he lost his phone…(that’s as old as the dog ate my homework) What type of business knowingly has a party of 10 coming from another country, for an entire week, yet doesn’t replace their phone and reach out within 24 hours? (Apparently his does) Buyer beware!!!

Incredible experience, the driver guide was very helpful,reliable and very knowledgeable and this made a great companionship on our tours,the room were stay was very neat and the food was nice. If you looking to have a better experience,look no further than mole boy tours

We booked a 5 days tour with mole boy tours and it was a one to remember trip,they very reliable and trustworthy and I can not recommend their service enough, they were very time conscious from pickup to tours,they tour guides were very knowledgeable,if you looking to have a good experience look no further than mole boy tours. Scammed and conned by this person. Do yourself a favor and find a better tour. No one wants to have their money taken and left in Ghana with no transportation or sleeping arrangements after paying for the trip months in advance. Unfortunately, Im not alone as 9 other people on this trip were conned also....SCAM!!!!

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews! This man is horrible. He is a scammer! It appears that he pick and chooses who he scams. I traveled to Ghana with 9 friends. We paid him collectively about $10,000. This man provided NO SERVICE. He has ignored our messages. Please people, do not book! You may just be the one he chooses to scam.

This man/company was paid in full (est. 10K USD) months before arrival and never showed up nor answered any calls made by myself or the rest of my party. He single handedly ruined what was supposed to be an amazing experience. Travel Advisor should be ashamed of promoting such a person/ business on this platform and continuing to allow this to happen without any repercussions.

We just finished a trip of cape coast,Kumasi tour and it was great, we were looking to book a tour of those places and mole boy company came up highly recommended, we used their services and it was one to remember, the tour guides were very patient,friendly and reliable and I would like to recommend their services to all. Highly recommended

ABANDONED!!!! Don’t book with this company. Ibrahim from Mole Boy Tours has collected over $10k dollars from my group of friends. We arrived to Ghana from the United States and Ibrahim has abandoned us! We had no transportation from airport and he hasn’t responded to us AT ALL. We had to find somewhere else stay and figure out new tours to attend during our stay. I’m disappointed and I want a REFUND now! Terrible experience!

We just finished a trip to Mole,cape coast castle and Kumasi and it was one of the most amazing experience we had and I would like to recommend Mole Boy Tours to all as you won't only experience the attraction site, but would also have a wonderful time. Highly recommended

My husband and I contacted Mole Boy during our recent trip in Ghana. He was most helpful, followed up with us daily at the Park and was flexible to meet our needs…… which in our case, was a 5 days adventurous wildlife safari package of the mole Park only. Mole Boy seems to know the area well and wants to delight his customers. He needs to be sure his contacts are equally responsive, so his always checking up on us. We would recommend Mole Boy if you need a tour package of the mole national park as he also offers tours within Ghana, more attention or structure once at the Park or for information/assistance during your stay in Ghana. This guy is simply amazing. I drove some Canadian tourists to the game reserve and mole boy was splendid in receiving and attending to them. After the safari, mole boy hosted the group to a sumptuous meal for lunch at his own cost. Any day and any time, I will highly recommend mole boy for any tourists because he is one of his kind, simply a rare spice.

Mole Boy went an extra mile to make sure we had the most wonderful experience,my wife and i booked a 3 days northern tour with Mole Boy and it was the best decision we made.excellent packaging and nice experience. Incredible experience,we had a 5 days adventurous wildlife Safari holidays package with Mole Boy and it was the most wonderful experience of a lifetime,this guy has a way of letting you see elephants and other animals,his very professional at his work and his tour guides were very interesting and fun to be with,his very patient and our trip to the mole national Park could not have been better without him and one thing we loved about him is,his giving employment to some of the communities guys,and we do say thank you very much for the incredible experience. Mole Boy provided a once-in-a-lifetime tour for my group. He is energizing, an expert on the history of the region, and able to adapt the tour literary to any traveler's needs. I can confidently say our time in Ghana would not have been the same without this tour and I recommend Mole Boy highly. We went to several local villages to experience the oldest mosque in west Africa, traditional weaving, and local shea butter making. On top of that, we had a fantastic experience at Mole National Park seeing countless elephants and other wildlife.

Visiting the oldest Mosque in Ghana and the Mystic Stone was a moving experience. I was able to purchase 4 prayer mats and have them blessed for friends in the United States. Eco Village was phenomenal. In Mole National Park it was wonderful to see animals in their national habitat and not in cages. We were invited into the home of a resident and watched her make Shea butter from the beans. In another area we watched skins being processed for belts, clothing and other commodities. We were able to support locals in there hand crafts. Ibrahim Owner of Mole Boy Travel Tours provided an enjoyable informative visit.
