They did not pick us up directly in front of our hotel. We had to walk a mile from the lobby to the security. They were 45 min late picking us up. The ride to the excursion was 45 min. When we arrived they had no drinking water, for sale or otherwise. We were bombarded by people begging for money. Then bombarded by a group of men luring us off coarse to buy from them. At least 15 of them. It did not feel safe. Everywhere they took us felt like a set up for people to try to get money from us. Some places were extremely dirty. The experience was very long.

Shuttle service is a joke, our machines engine light was flashing the entire time and was way down on power, handlebars were broken, and had no rear brakes. Chocolate and coffee tasting felt like a money grab. Only good thing was the 15 minute swim water cave. The reason it has so many 5 star reviews is the guide will have you connect to WiFi to have you pull up the review tab on your phone where he will then press the 5 star option for you. Do not recommend!

I had a wonderful time! Ask for Kitson for your tour guide! He was great and made sure we were safe.

Driving the AVT was fun and the beach and cave were nice places to stop and swim. The coffee and chocolate tasting felt rushed and more like a sales pitch. Be aware you will be pestered by vendors at all 3 sites to purchase their products (they’re not linked to the company so just say a firm “No Thanks”). Our pick up instructions were not sent 24hrs before so we had to contact them but they quickly responded via WhatsApp and were very helpful. Note the pick up time will be nearly 1.5 hours before the time you select if you’re at a Punta Cana Resort and over 2 hours from Cap Cana and it will be from the main road, not your hotel lobby. The bandanas are not included so bring your own or you can purchase one there. Professional photographs are also optional.

Derly and his staff were great and we had a super enjoyable experience. This is mine and my husband second time and we enjoyed it as much as the first. This time we went with friends who enjoyed it as well.

We had such a good time at this excursion. Gregory our tour guide was very enthusiastic and polite! The cave and beach were so beautiful, I would recommend this place to anyone trying to visit!

It was a great experience. We enjoyed the cave and the beach. I enjoyed get a real chance to view the local natives. It was worth every minute of it.

It was a good experience and great activity for the price to get off the resort and see the island! Keep in mind that they do try to sell you a lot of stuff and pressure you at the end to write a good review on here. They would not let you leave unless you wrote a good review which was a little unsettling. However, for the price I would say it is worth it just keep in mind these few things.

We went to the cave that was over crowded. The beach smelled terrible due to the seaweed was not cleaned up. We got back late from our excursion and missed our dinner reservation. And the path we took went past people's home and a family was hosting a funeral We went past 2 times.

Gregori was amazing! He was very helpful. One guy on the tour charged me extra at the cave & he made sure to get my money back because the one guy lied to me. Gregori stood up for me. He really cared about the riders. We started at 3 & ended at 6. We went to a cave, tasted some drinks & went to the beach. This company was very organized & everyone was sweet & professional. This was the best thing i have done while being in Dominican Republic! I had so much fun! Highly recommend everyone to do this!🤍

Awesome experience. Very adventurous and fun. Family of 6, from kids to adults. All were able to enjoy it. Cave, coffee and cocoa and beach stops were all memorable. Highly recommended.

What a great day!! Our tour guide was Felix, he was wonderful!! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely bumpy but we loved it. Macao beach was so beautiful. Wish we had more time there!!

Everyone we met were so welcoming and sweet. Estabàn was amazing overall, he takes amazing pictures and is so nice. However, if you are bringing children prepare them to see things they don’t usually see such as homeless people, naked children, and etc. The water cave was very nice as well, the whole group was there for about 30-45 minutes. Somewhat false advertising, there was no coffee or chocolate tasting other than letting people taste hot chocolate and smelling coffee. Overall, the tour guides made sure we had a lot of fun. DON’T STOP FOR ANYBODY THAT ASKS FOR MONEY while on atvs!!

Staff was friendly, but the experience was very disorganized. It took over 30 minutes to figure out who was going to be and what group, and in what vehicle ATV or dune buggy.

Gregory was a great tour guide!! We enjoyed our time on the ATV’s!!! The water cave was beautiful and so was the beach. Thank you for a great time.

It was a very fun experience. We had the buggy’s and we all got very dirty which was fun but if you do not want to get dirty get the ATV. Also, if you are getting picked up at the hotel the pickup is at 7:30. We had a really fun time and Felix was a great guide.

Overall, had a great time on this excursion. Gregory was a great tour guide and explained directions really well. We went to multiple places and enjoyed every second of it!
