Had a wonderful trip on our tour with our fantastic guide, Marty. Saw 10+ humpbacks, a pod of orca, dolphins, seals and sea lions. Water was calm, no wind, a perfect day for it. A terrific experience, highly recommended.

Laura was such an incredible pilot on our awesome whale-watching tour! With no whales on anyone's radar, she found us a pod of 6 Humpbacks. Laura shut down the boat engine for 20 minutes while the Humpbacks came to our boat & performed incredible acrobats for us. Then she took us to Mitlenatch Island to explain & enjoy lots of Sea Lions, Seals & ducks & birds. Thanx for such a memorable tour!

Great morning out with Laura. We saw a bear, porpoises, heaps of dolphins, sea lions and two humpbacks. Scenery was amazing and the weird tidal whirlpools were freaky, especially the section with sea lions playing in the current. Laura was a great guide, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Would recommend

We saw several Humpack whales, 2 of them were in a good mood and gave us an amazing show! So nice to see them having fun.

This trip was amazing. Nova was our skipper and guide and she was fantastic - so knowledgeable, competent, interesting - everything you could wish for. We were lucky enough to see humpback whales breaching which made our day, as well as sea lions, seals and bald eagles as well as lots of salmon jumping. There was a very tasty lunch in an idyllic situation as we watched whales diving and blowing. The suits you’re given at check in protect you from the wind ( we had no rain!) but do bring sun glasses to protect your eyes. This trip is a memorable lifetime experience in a beautiful situation and if you’re lucky enough to get Nova as your guide you’ll have an unforgettable time.

Could not have asked for more from a whale watching experience. We saw humpbacks and orcas and spent plenty of time with both. We also saw a couple of bald eagles. Marti is a great guide that walks the extra mile for customers and he managed to avoid the rain/storm that was going on in some parts of the area letting us have a nice sun show through the clouds instead. I was on the late afternoon tour which I totally recommend.

Becks was incredible and so knowledgeable! We learned so much! We were blessed with a show of 20-30 rare Big orcas and 3 humpbacks… Becks could spot the blow hole miles away! The zodiac was safe and comfortable! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our guide; she was excellent. We didn’t see any orca’s, but lots of humpback whales and sea lions. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We also felt very safe and secure, but the experience was still very thrilling.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Captain Lief was a great driver and knowledgeable on where to find wildlife in the area. We saw seals, eagles, sea lions, humpbacks and orcas. It was great to see a company providing reusable water bottles for guests. I was solo, but I thought it was very kind that Captain Lief seated the children first to ensure they had a good view. He did this without being rude to the other guests. But best of all, he brought us back a little late to let us enjoy the breaching humpbacks a little longer. Thank you Lief! It was an amazing experience.

Spend a lot of gasoline, but saw almost no whales and wildlife. Driver excused lack of animals with a long drive as if we appreciated that. We were there to see whales and driver didnt manage to find much, although we heard from others they saw plenty The same day/time. A more experienced whale watcher would have been good as Captain. Of cause never guarantees of seeing anything, but we where sailing fast for Four hours and not convinced The Captain communicated with others to find Wild life or had patience to look for animals

We had an unbelievable experience seeing 5 Orca and 7 Humpbacks in one day, and at one point, we could see them both at the same time. The guide was fantastic. I would highly recommend and would go again

This was a beyond words experience! Not only the whale watching experience itself (which blew our minds), but the zodiac experience combined with a wonderful captain as well. Highly, highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience with the 4 hour whale watching tour. Alex was a great guide, and was engaging and knowledgeable throughout the tour. We struck gold with an incredible show from breaching humpback, as well as a number of fluke dives, and tail and peck slaps, on a super calm and warm day.

Great day out with Tyler W . He took us out on the straight of Georgia , then a series of inlets and islands seeing sea lions, bald eagles, harbour seals and humpback whales. We tried to see bears too but unfortunately without success. Had a great morning and would recommend taking the 4 hour zodiac trip, we took the 8am to midday time which worked out great.

Excellent and knowledgeable guide, fun tour, saw orcas and humpbacks from a respectable distance but nonetheless impressive! Plenty of Stellar sea lions and harbour seals too, breathtaking scenery guaranteed!

Very professional company. Becs was our guide. Very informative and clearly passionate about her job. We were very lucky to see humpback and orca. Feel blessed to have seen them and Becs kept a respectful distance from the whales once we spotted them.

We had an amazing tour! We saw a lot of wales. Again and again we saw them and went to them with the Zodiac boat.Our guide told a lot and did the best she could to give us this amazing event! The way back to the harbour was very exiting. We all were wet but we did not care ! It was such an experience! We will never forget this! Thanks to Campbell River Whale Whatching!!

We had a wonderful morning on the water with Tyler W. He, and all the staff, were fantastic - friendly and knowledgeable. We had to detour to Campbell River, from Tofino, as the road was closed due to a wildfire, and we weren’t at all disappointed. Not only did we see plenty of humpbacks and some orcas, but we saw both at the same time ! Truly a dream come true to see these beauties in the wild, thank you !!

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff. Just walking into the office you can tell the employees love their job. No grumpy or stressed out faces. Nova, our "captain" was so knowlegable and fun to tour with. Loved every minute. We would go with them again just to be on the water. Since the tour companies all co-operate they let each other know where and when whales are spotted. Whales or no whales it was a great day. Thank you CRWWL.
