Captain Charlie is a character. Lots of fun, info and verbal sparring. He provides a safe atmosphere in which having fun comes naturally. We will return to sail with him again. The wind was gentle, we enjoyed the sailing ⛵️Later we catch the rain, but captain gave us rain cover. It was also fun. The captain brought us safely back!

Fantastic! What an amazing afternoon aboard the Daffy with a wonderfully seasoned captain! After exploring options for excursions, we were grateful to be able to book an afternoon with Captain Charlie! We were greeted upon our arrival by Captain and felt quite comfortable, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Once on board we were provided a good overview to be sure we were going to have a safe and memorable time and we certainly did! Smooth sailing from the river to the ocean with amazing sites to boot! Captain Charlie was great! Took us to the reef so that we could snorkel. Enjoyed sunny weather and smooth sailing! He even trusted us to take the wheel!

Captain Charlie was awesome! Let us steer the boat and showed us the ropes, took us on a beautiful tour, and even extended it an extra hour for free as we were delayed arriving. I was seasick and he was very accommodating. If you want a relaxing sail on the ocean, this tour is perfect! Highly recommend!

We sailed with Captain Charlie on a beautiful April morning. He gave us a tour of the intercoastal waterway then it was out into the blue ocean, where we even got to take the wheel for our first sailing lesson! Highly recommended.

Amazing trip!! My boyfriend and I sailed the Daffy while visiting Fort Lauderdale and loved it! It’s a beautiful boat and such a fun way to experience the ocean and river. We were out for over four even and even got to try sailing it ourselves. Captain Charlie is a character!

I can't recommend this experience enough! It was absolutely beautiful! So relaxing, beautiful views and just overall fun! We brought our own drinks/snacks and enjoyed cruising all afternoon. Captain Charlie kept things exciting and was very organized!

Great day on the water. Everyone that was interested also got a chance to sail the boat, learn how to read wind direction and steer to a course heading. Bring a sense of humor and thick skin. Charlie likes to joke around.

This was the first sailing experience for my wife and me. It was as peaceful and fun as I’d envisioned my whole life. Also, Captain Charlie allowed (and encouraged) all to be interactive in the rigging and piloting. We will repeat this adventure for sure.

Great time on Daffy with Captain Charlie. My daughter and I did the 4 hour cruise and due to conditions, stayed on the river and intracoastal. We saw many amazing houses and went in for a swim for a bit, being pulled behind the boat—fun! Do make sure you leave enough time if you Uber—traffic can be tough. Enjoy!

Sailed with Sailing Daffy! It was my first sailing trip and I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. Needless to say it was an amazing trip! Captain Charlie kept us well entertained as he was sailing the boat. He was a hoot! Everyone had a blast with him. I highly recommend you try sailing with him. You will not regret it!

We took the 2:30 tour and the wind kicked up and changed directions on us. Captain Charlie and the boat handled it flawlessly. We had a couple people on our group that were worried about getting sick - but never came close. Charlie is very boisterous in a great way - his passion and enthusiasm for sailing shines thru. We asked many questions and he did a great job of educating us - allowing us to steer and work the lines. It was a fabulous 4-hour adventure. I highly recommend it, and will definitely do it again next time we are in town. WIND! :)

We booked this small group sailing to celebrate our god son's 12th bday. While the weather, water, and sailing itself were really spectacular, the Captain was not a match for us. He was so loud and obnoxious. He would have been perfectly suited for a party/drinking group. That was not us - we just wanted a nice family experience on the water. The Captain hooted and hollered throughout the 4-hour experience, really making it very uncomfortable. He had a complete inability to "read the room" and see that he was not coming off in the way he intended. If you want to get drunk and party on the water, this is the guy for you. If you want a relaxing time to enjoy one another on the water, choose something else...

We had great winds for sailing. The sea was a little rough at times but that is what it is like sailing and we wanted to experience the real thing Captain Charlie was an experienced captain and made it a good time.
