We spent two nights in Serengeti and one night in Ngorongoro. We booked at the last minute, and everything was tailor-made for the two of us by Bartho. We flew right into the centre of Serengeti on Seronera airstrip, the perfect beginning of a fabulous trip where Felix, our four-day guide, collected us in his Landrover, taking us to all the right animal spots and driving us safely. We highly recommend Wakanda and our guide, Felix; all went well without flaws.

Our safari was incredible. We got to see the big 5, countless amounts of lions and elephants and even a number of the rare rhino!! Our tour guide Andrew was incredible and super friendly and well informative. Any questions we had he was able to answer, I could not recommend enough. From the first enquiry the team at Serengeti Wakanda were really good to work with and kept in touch with any questions or extra information that we needed/wanted. Again couldn’t recommend enough. The food was really good and was freshly cooked meals each day not sandwiches and we had a wide variety of refreshments from beer to wine, soft drinks and bottled water. The accommodation was unreal, throughly enjoyed our experience. Thank you Serengeti Wakanda and more importantly thank you to our guide Andrew!! I could not recommend enough! We will definitely be doing it again!

We have just completed our 4 day private safari with Serengeti Wakanda and it has been more amazing than we could have ever imagined. From booking through to arriving in Tanzania, the communication and information received was super helpful and informative. Our guide for the 4 days, Andrew, was simply brilliant. He had so much knowledge about all the areas even before entering any of the national parks, so much knowledge on all the animals and just made the entire trip so much more enjoyable. The accommodation provided through Serengeti Wakanda was also brilliant, the warm lunches provided each day rather than sandwiches and even the beers and wine in the safari vehicle, these just made the trip feel extra special. I don’t have a bad word to say about the entire trip and we have been sad to leave. I will be recommending Serengeti Wakanda to everyone I know and will definitely use them again if we were to return to Tanzania for another safari. We booked the Fly in-Fly out Safari from Zanzibar with three days Serengeti and one day Ngorongoro Crater. The booking and communication with Serengeti Wakanda leading up to the trip was very friendly and easy. The organization from Pick up to Drop off was seamless, but what really made a difference was our guide Andrew. If you have a chance to book with him, we highly recommend you do that. He is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and very easygoing, always putting the best possible guest experience first. If you want to do a Safari in or around Serengeti, this is the company and guide you want to choose!

Just got back from our first ever safari and the experience was amazing. After searching and comparing several companies, we booked through Wakanda and we did not regret. Their organization is beyond expectations, they do everything to make sure you have the most memorable experience. They also helped us throughout the rest of our trip in Tanzania, and we had always the best accommodation, food and guides. We've booked a 5-day safari trip (Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro) with Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safari. When we booked the tour we got an immediate response. Everything was well organized & explained in a travel overview document. The whole staff was very friendly & helpful from the beginning till the end. Our guide Edward had a profound knowledge about the wildlife and the country. Even though the roads in the park became very muddy he always managed to drive us through safely. He also drove very cleverly which made it possible for us to see the interessting animals before all the other jeeps where on site. During our journey we had deep conversations. Edward found a good balance between professionalism and friendship. Our chef, Asharaff, always treated us with various delicious 3-5 course dishes. Overall we had an extraoridinary adventure with Serengeti Wakanda Tours. We booked several activities abroads and this was definitely the most exciting trip. We had an amazing experience with Andrew, we could not ask for a better experience! We have been on a safari in Serengeti before, so we had high expectations but Andrew and the team delivered 5/5 on all aspects. We saw all the big 5 several times and Andrew has done the extra effort in all areas to make sure that we had an amazing time. Also, a very good driver and great story teller. Also, the fly in fly out experience was perfect. Such a smooth process and a luxury experience, that is a must if you want to maximize the time in the safari. I have never written a review in my life, but this was too good not to share.You will not get a better experience than this, thanks for the great time.

This really was a truly AMAZING experience going with wakanda and the guide Andrew. We couldn’t be more happy with the experience. We got to see so munch and all the big 5 animals, most of them plenty of times. Andrew knows all the best spots and we even got to see rare things like 4 lion cubs together with its mum and dad. I could not recommend them enough, it will be the best trip of your life. Everything felt super safe also, we got delicious food and they had the fly in fly out option which was great.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime, amazing experience for me and my husband! Ushma in the office was very fast to reply and accommodate to our travel conditions from the start. Benji was a superb driver and very knowledgable with wild animal viewing - we were always in the best spots to see them! Aisha was a wonderful addition, she did not miss any photo ops. Good music and good conversations all around - so important for long road trips - we couldn't have asked for better company. Benji made sure we saw all that Tarangire, Serengeti. and Ngororngo had to offer - he specifically catered to my husband's wish to see a rhino :) Would recommend these guys 100% and would definitely book again!

It was a great experience with Wakanda on our Serengeti safari. Whole team work professionally. Their reservation Ushma is always on top of everything to make sure our trip planned smoothly. Our driver Bashiri is awesome, he is very knowledgeable about park and animals. The game drive was fun, successful, educational. He works above and beyond to our expectations to make our Africa safari dream coming to true. High recommend.

My mom and I went on a 4-day mid range safari with Serengeti Wakanda and everything went absolutely perfect! Our guide, Malissa, was incredible and very knowledgable! We saw so many animals, stayed at incredible lodges, and have AMAZING food (people with other companies were jealous!). If you are considering doing your safari with Serengeti Wakanda, we absolutely recommend! Payment, communication, everything was easy and lovely!

I did a five days tented safari with this company (Allan was my focal from another company, Simon our guide and Doula our chief). I was a solo traveler so I joined a group from Wakanda, with various companies. It was greatly organized : Allan was my focal, easy to reach by whatsapp to plan ahead, he briefed me on the safari once I arrived in Arusha, facilited the meals so I can have vegetarian option every day. Tents are confy, Wakanda team takes care of setting up everithing, the car too (even equiped with electricity and wifi), the homemade meals every day are a real plus to this safari tour. Its sustainable (no disposable plate or anything) and really tasty! We feel very safe and manage to see great scenes with the animals (big five and many others), our guide Simon was really nice, friendly, fun and knowledgeable! I ended up with a very friendly group. I would highly recommend this experience, great value for money according to my research, even if I planned quite last minute.

Had an amazing experience on the Safari! We saw all kinds of animals every day. Our Guides Benji and Freddi were very Friendly and funny all the time, Machete cooked us very good Food everyday. Would definetly reccomend it to everyone. 4 Days were a good duration so you can also See the Serengeti!

We were 8 friends doing the Wakanda 4 days tour. We had absolutely the best time! Highly recommend Wakanda tours. We saw a lot of animals, including the big 5, learned a lot of the country and animals and had perfect stays in the camps. The food was very good! Me and my very recent husband, we decided to take a safari trip with Serengetiwakanda and we couldn’t be in better hands! Our wonderful guide Benji and our chef Idrissa definitely make our first safari trip more unique! We talked about Tanzania people and costumes so we could understand better this great country! We saw a lot of wild animals and we were able to see the big 5!! Yeah!! Even if leopards and rhinos are hard to spot it, Benji managed it very well so we could go home and proudly say: we saw the big 5!!! Also, we had the time to spot and appreciated these beautiful wild animals (and take a lot of pictures) The drive trip was awesome! We didn’t have any problems, everything went really well! Currently we are heading back to our hotel after seeing all the big 5 and I can’t describe how unbelievably happy I am right now, due to such amazing days on our safari! Before you book your safari, make sure to claim, that you want the driver Bashir and the chef Machette! This has several reasons: Bashir studied at college about wildlife and has been a guide for over 9 years. His knowledge is unbelievable, there was not a single question where he didn’t had an answer for it. He knows exactly where to find which animal and also knows a lot of the territory of different lion prides and other predators. We learned more, than we had ever expected! Now we know for example, why there are yellow trees close to the water, why the hyenas follow the cheetahs, lions and leopards, where we should look for to find leopards and what skill helps them to survive, why male lions kill other lion cubs, what kind of grass every animal eats, how the Masaii live and why they are hunting a lion after it killed one of their domesticated animals and why hippos mostly cuddle in the ponds of Serengeti but not so often in the N’GoroGoro Crater. Also he always makes sure, that literally everyone understands his explanations and that everyone had enough time, watching an animal. With his calm charisma and huge knowledge, he made the safari better than we could ever had imagined! Machette on the other hand is the best and coolest chef you can imagine. You will get 3 times a day a lot of food and for dinner, you will get 3 different courses. If there is a special occasion, like a birthday, he will make sure that you be surprised with a delicious cake and all the chefs and the entire team will sing for you. That was such a nice gesture! We have booked a 5 day safari with Serengeti, the N’GoroGoro Crater and Tarangire. The time moved so fast, so if you have the opportunity, I would suggest to book a 7 day trip! We saw a Rhino in the Crater, tons of lions and lion prides, in total it had been probably between 40-50 lions, 4 crocodiles in Serengeti, a lot of hyenas, giraffes and zebras, everyday some elephants and in Tarangire a group of 30 elephants drinking in a pond, two cheetahs and both had cubs, two leopards, and a lot of antelopes, hippos and so on… It was one of the best things we have had ever done, and after traveling last year to over 12 countries, that means a lot! Pack warm clothes for the night and light clothes for the day and enjoy your unforgettable trip with Machette and Bashir!
