Extremely friendly staff, from the operator to the driver. We had an incredible experience on safari - it was very close communication with animals and a tremendous variety of species. The cost of the safari fully corresponds to its contents. I would especially like to mention the delicious food along the entire route!

It was an amazing safari and very well organised! Our driver Andrew made sure we saw all the big 5 (and we actually did!) and Gidi our cook, prepared delicious food! Beautiful moments in the nature with beautiful people! Definitely recommended especially for low budgets! Thanks Humphrey 😊

We participated in a 3-day budget tour and a 1-day private tour. We were very satisfied with the private tour itinerary, the chef and tour guide were very punctual. The tour guide's arrangements were very good and he tried his best to help us find the best viewing position and find animals throughout the whole process. We saw almost everything we wanted to see.

They sure do know how to get you into the action. The wild life, the tribal expeditions, and the overall experience was well organized.

Amazing safari experience with family! Everything was well organized, our guide was very friendly and our chef was wonderful! The safari exceeded our expectations.

It was aa awesome experience to get to the safari with Cubs Expeditions! Many thanks to Humphrey, he was in touch every time when I was asking him for anything. Everything was well-coordinated: airport transfers, hotel check-in, safari itself. The food was varied every day :) Our guide was a real professional, i think that he knows everything about Africa nature and history. A lot of animals we saw really close, just in 2 meters of our car. Zebras and baboons are came to the Simba camp, and they almost didn't afraid of humans. The car was comfortable, it has a few binoculars and everyone can use it. We were surprised that there were no mosquitos. On the way to Serengeti park, Ngorongoro and Tarangire we met a lot of masai childrens and treated them with some sweets through the opened car window. Many thanks to Cubs Expeditions!

Went on a 3 nights/4 days safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro - I booked with Humphrey, and because Cubs are a smaller company they really do care so much about your experience and listen to exactly what you want from the trip. As a female solo traveler, the time leading up to the safari was so stress free for me because Humphrey handled everything from beginning to end, including all of the lodges during the safari (which were incredible) and included my accommodation for the night before and the night the safari ended in the price which is quite rare. Our guide Floridi was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable about the landscapes and the animals and we felt really safe with him the whole time (and we saw the BIG FIVE! Even the rhino which is really rare). If I travel to Tanzania for safari again (which I 100% will) I wouldn’t go with anybody but Cubs Expeditions and would love to have Floridi as my guide again. 1000% recommend!

It was amazing safari experience with a very experienced guide and driver and an excellent chef. Omani knew where to look for the animals and had extensive knowledge about all species. He stopped for us any time we asked. Emmanuel cooked delicious food, was happy to accommodate vegetarians. It was excellent communication with Humphrey who made sure we have all the information. I highly recommend Cubs Expeditions.

We just came back from probably my best travel experience ever. Cubs expedition stuff was like a family to us. Extra kind, flexible. They were really trying hard to make our experience the best possible. I recommend for everyone who would like to experience this beautiful country and its main gems, which are safaris. The definition of the experiencie is WOW They take care of us since we arrived in tanzania. They picked us from the airport and drove with the group. We saw the big 5 and more, the food coked by Tito was the best one we have had in a while. We did Tarangine, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We were lucky to do sunset Safari and sunrise Safari in Serengeti, and experience to keep for ever. Our driver Florid was amazing and always keeping us happy! Also Humprey and MrT for taking us care since we got there. Best experience ever, we even though that we needed more days in Safari to continue enjoying. ASANTE SANA!

I really enjoyed the 4 day safari tour by Cubs Expeditions. We first spent a day in Tarangire National park and slept in a lodge. The next day we drove to Serengeti and spent 24 hours in the park. Sleeping was in tents, right inside the park. Throughout the night you could hear animals around you. For the last night we drove to Ngorongoro, spent the night in tents and in the morning went to the crater. In all our accomodations there was a shower (sometimes only cold water) and wifi available. All our food was made by our cook. We didn't eat from paper boxes like most other safari groups did. We had proper plates and utensils and the food was wonderful. I was able to eat many different meals. Almost every time there were also fruits available. Throughout the trip our driver was very flexible and took care of our requests. To my surprise at the beginning of our safari we got hats and beer to drink every dinner. During the safari we saw more animals than I expected. Our driver spotted many animals which were almost impossible to see. He also spoke English extremely well. The staff cared a lot about our well-being. Overall I am satisfied with my safari trip and definitely recommend this safari tour!

My trip with Cubs was absolutely incredible! It started in Kilimanjaro airport where I and my husband arrived from Zanzibar. My husband celebrated his 50 birthday that day and Humphrey from Cubs waited for us in the airport with a very tasty birthday cake. We ate it next day with our group and sang happy birthday song in English and Swahili 😍 We started our safari from Serengeti. We got the best guide ever Simon and the best cook ever Issa. Simon knows everything! About animals, about plants, about culture of his country! His knowledge about nature of Tanzania, his passion for work and love to nature are the reasons why I will definitely choose the trip with him again. I’ve got to know a lot of new things thanks to him. Our group was always the first on the sites where animals came (especially lions and cheetah). We saw all Big 5, huge group of elephants with kids, flamingo and zebras, giraffes and wildebeests. Simon has a great sense of humour that’s why travelling with him was a big fun too! I still remember when I asked him why the elephant has black legs (comparing to all body) and he said “He just had a mud bath. It’s not socks”😁 Simon also managed our wedding anniversary in Masai village. My husband wanted to make a surprise for me and asked Cubs expeditions to organise a kind of wedding in Masai style. It was amazing and interesting experience, all our group was engaged in this celebration dancing and singing with locals. I have a lot of videos and photos made by Simon! Those memories are for all life! Issa, our talented cook, made our stomachs happy every day! His veggie pizza, pumpkin soup, peanut butter cocktail and stewed bananas with meat were great! After the trip I got recipes from Issa to cook them at home. Food was always very fresh, perfectly done, great served, it gave us a feeling that we ate home made food! Thank you, Simon, for opening Tanzania nature for us! Thank you, Issa, for opening Tanzania cuisine! Thank you, Humphrey, and Cubs expeditions for excellent organisation of our trip! The experience with Cubs expedition was amazing. They took care of us from the time we arrived till the time we left Arusha. Our guide Simon did a great job and he made sure that the Safari is enjoyable and showed us the big five . Issa our cook is the Michelin’s Star cook of safari. A unique experience, highly recommended! We spent four wonderful days discovering Tanzania and its beauties. Humphrey, Rocky, Ben and the rest of the team are super professional and friendly. They pick you up from the airport and, in addition to the safari, they goes with you around the city and help you in everthing. I would definitely do a safari with them again in the future!!
