We (me and my adult son) were so excited about this part of our Egypt journey and it turned into a nightmare! Keep in mind that there are many different price points for similar cruises. I like many, assumed that choosing the most expensive would equal the best boat and experience. I was wrong! It began when we pulled up to a boat that looked very very worn. When checking in they said they had a reservation in my name but it was for a single room and there were no rooms with 2 beds left on the boat. We waited many hours. I began communicating with Viator and they in turn had the 3rd party representative that they used contact me. So then we spent hours hopping from boat to boat each worse than the previous. We were not offered any of the nicer newer boats and although I thought I had purchased a room with a balcony there were none with that option. There were no available cabins that could host my son and I. The original boat was our only option. They moved an employee out of his cabin for us. The room was directly over the engine and had not been updated like the others. When we woke in the morning we were both suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning (my son is an MD). They were able to move us to a different room (maybe someone else got off?). Then we were told that our itinerary would NOT be what we had purchased and planned on. It was an entirely different cruise only beginning and ending in the same places. All of the staff on board were wonderful. The food was good. We did not get to see places that we had looked forward to. Throughout this time I was communicating with Viator. They did not resolve this in any way. They were not supportive and did not compensate me in any way either. I truly do not recommend this to anyone! P.S. The balloon ride was cancelled. We only received a $25 credit back for that.

The cruise ship was so lovely and my favourite part was coming into port at Luxor where you can the luxor temple from the boat.

I enjoyed this experience so much! Three Nights Cruise From Aswan To Luxor & Hot Air Balloon tour was so much fun! Very professional team with great service. We also went to Abu Simbel which was so beautiful. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Hello travellers, I was on vacation in Egypt this month. It is absolutely amazing, wonderful,and 5 starts service trip. From the arrival to the departure, it is safe, secure, and professional plan. The hotels were so clean, the staff were very very professional. The trip leader was very supportive, kind, and super knowledgeable with the Egyptian history there. I felt sooo much welcome there❤️. A good time was spent on the Nile cruise, and all the visits were of the utmost splendor and beauty. The organization was excellent, and Ahmed was in charge of the trip, following us moment by moment. Indeed, it was a very wonderful and beautiful trip. Thank you for caring about us. We had a the best memorable experience in Egypt. We had a short trip planned and Ahmed took care of planning and made out your easy. Excellent tour guides and new vehicles and ample time to visit all the sites. I would recommend this team for any trip in Egypt.

We had a really amazing time on this cruise trip. Everything was well organized, we learned a lot from our tour guides while visiting the historic sites. There's a lot to see, because of this we found it better to visit the sights in Luxor in two days, instead of just one, this way we also had the time to discover the city itself. At on point of our travel something went off the plan but thanks to the people working at the organizer company in Luxor everything was solved, they truly tried their best to ensure that we have unforgettable experience in Egypt. I can highly recommend this trip to anyone!

The Nile Cruise was amazing. The agent Ahmed was all the time available and helpful. The tour guides were in time and accompanied us as well. They have good English knowledge and explained the Egypt history with skills. We were picked up from airport in time and were brought back also in time. Ahmed took all the time care of us.The temples were amazing. The cruise ship Magic II was also good.

A great way to experience Egypt. We had knowledgeable tour guides at every temple, the cruise was nice, rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and respectful. Ammar was very quick to answer any questions we had. He was kind and honest and did what he could to make us feel comfortable. Overall, It was a well put together temple tour experience.

El crucero ha estado genial, merece la pena 100%. Las instalaciones eran modernas, muy bien cuidadas y limpias. La comida del buffet era muy variada y estaba muy rica. Lo mejor de todo el crucero fue el personal, atento en todo momento y muy simpáticos. Además, el barco tenía varias zonas comunes: piscina, lounge bar, billar,etc. En cuanto a las excursiones fueron todas geniales pero destacar especialmente a nuestro guía Mahmud en el templo de Edfu, nos encantaron sus explicaciones y su amabilidad. La comunicación con la compañía que organizó todo fue también buena, contestaban vía whatsapp a cualquier duda de forma rápida.

Mit einer Reise auf dem Nil, ist es eine der schönsten Arten dieses großartige Land kennen zu lernen. Es war alles perfekt organisiert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Dank unserem sachkundigen und verantwortungsvollem Reiseleiter Ahmed sowie dem liebenswerten Fahrer Mohamed hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Von Abu Simpel in Assuan bis zum Tal der Könige in Luxor kann man die beeindruckend Geschichte der Pharaonen kennen lernen. Meine Freunde und ich waren sehr beeindruckt. Ich kann diese Reise nur weiterempfehlen.

J’ai fait la croisière depuis Aswan jusqu’à Luxor. Là croisière à été une vrais merveilles, le personnel et adorable et très attentionné, les repas sont bon, les sorties proposées sont très bien choisit. Je recommande.
