Prague, also known as the city with a hundred spires, is regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. My husband and I loved this tour! First of all, Prague at night is gorgeous, but we also had an engaging and knowledgeable tour guide, Kristian, who took us to areas we had not been to and did a great job of engaging people from various countries with various language backgrounds (we all had English in common though) and levels of knowledge about Prague’s history.

We really enjoyed the night tour. Christian is a very motivated guide and the atmosphere was great! Visiting the beautiful sites at night give you a different feel and perspective of the city. The tour definitely added to our Prague experience and we highly recommend this tour.

There are many tours in Prague but something about this company caught my eye. I sent them an email and Kristian was quick to respond on recommendation and which tour we should do. We decided to do Prague by night and also Kutna Hora tour. We really liked spending time with him, he is very knowledgeable on the history of Prague and can answer any question. Our tour guide, Kristian, knew the ins and outs of the City, and not just the main tourist spots. It was a tour tailor-made for our group of 9 adults and one kid, and our tour guide made sure that our stops were relevant and would make us appreciate Prague more. Transportation was also provided for and part of the tour package. By the time the tour was over, we knew a lot more about Prague, enough for us to not get lost when we were on our own in the succeeding days. We'd definitely recommend Kristian and Prague Local Friends.

We did several tours with Kristian and they were both fantastic. The walking tour took us to parts of the city we wouldn’t have ventured to and we felt by the end we had a basic knowledge of local architecture and history. We also took a car tour to Kutna Hora with Kristian and Driver Peter and we had a great time. We felt like we were visiting our friends in Prague. Lots of laughs and interesting conversation. Four of us hired Prague Local Friends for a 3 hour private tour. Kristian sat with us before we started to plan what we would like to see. We were on a Viking Cruise & had already toured the city with their guides. We wanted to see something different. And, we were not disappointed. Kristian is very knowledgeable of his country’s history relative to all of Europe. I learned so much! He was friendly, yet professional & I would not hesitate to refer his company to anyone. Plus we all had great laughs!

We had 4 tours with different companies during our week in Prague. That one was the best out of four. Christian is a great story teller with the deep knowledge and understanding of the country's history. Similar tours tend to resemble a history lesson, NOT THIS ONE.Very entertaining, lot's of interesting stories about the city art and culture. Overall A++ experience.

We couldn't have had a better tour of Prague. We have the tour organized by a Cruise Company. Kristian, was knowledgeable of anything and everything Prague and was able to point out the best sites and provide a complete overview of the history and it was done with fun and taste. We got to see the most memorable places in Prague so easily and found a few local hangouts along the way as a delicious pastry shop, that my wife enjoyed a few times, the 3 hour morning tour that started in the Castle and finished in our hotel, was enjoyable and my wife fully support it. Later we had a tour of breweries with Kristian too, it showed his true and affable personality, he even had my wife enjoy a Dark Pilsner beer(she does not like beer) in the way he would stop at each interesting point and explain the significance, as the one with the red shorts in a flag pole, and many others. I often travel independently when I have time to research and plan, but I always look for small group tours in order to get more cultural/historical insight, and also the opportunity to really engage with a local person when I travel. This time I did not have any time to research and plan, so I bought a small group/individual tour package though Acanela Adventures for Prague and Vienna, and Kristian, the owner of Prague Local Friends, was our local contact for our 3 days in Prague. He and his colleagues will give you a fun and informative tour experience, and if you let them know what you want, they will do their best to deliver it. If you're like me, and open to just letting your "local friend" show you the best of Prague, and share insight as your interests emerge, Kristian and Prague Local Friends is perfect for that too! I mentioned that I love theater when he showed us the National Theater building, and Kristian was able to get us in to watch one of the black box theater productions since he knows some of the folks there... truly, I felt like I had a local friend to help me make the most of the few days I had in Prague. What a great night tour of Prague ! We loved positive energy and passion our tour guide shared with a small group. Impressive knowledge in history, architecture and art! I would definitely recommend this tour.

We met with Katerine for our night tour and we were late because we went to the wrong place. After a few calls, she helped guide us to the right meeting place. Prague is great to see at night, and very safe. There is also alot less crowds and no lines. It ended up just being us 2 which was great because we got personalized tour and she even helped recommend a place for late dinner. We learned alot from her and her pictures and she gave us some great tips for getting around. It was an enjoyable evening and a must do when visiting Prague.

We hired Prague Local Friends to take us from Prague on a day trip to Gbely, Slovakia. We also stopped at two UNESCO World Heritage sites at Valtice and Lednice. Our guide was Petr and he also drove us on this adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Petr was an incredible host with a great sense of humor that helped make the 3-hour drive more enjoyable. He also did research for the locations we visited, learning what he could and sharing with us details about each location. I felt like Petr invested in our adventure, both professionally and personally, and that made it more special for us. We highly recommend Prague Local Friends and Petr!!

After finding Prague Local Friends on Trip Advisor and reading the reviews, I decided to book a 4 hour tour as part of our birthday weekend away for my step dad. Booking was very easy with great communication from Kristian. We had Katrin as our guide and she was so lovely. She even turned up with the best birthday cake for my step dad 😍 Katrin gave us a brilliant insight to Prague and gauged the speed we wanted to go and what we were interested in very well. We recommend the potato cakes/pancakes and honey wine at the castle!!! Would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you again!
