We enjoyed an incredible honeymoon experience with Monkey Adventures. Booking our trip was super easy with fast email replies from Fauziah who provided us with lots of information. Our guide, Dickson, was very informative and helpful. He made us feel very welcome and made our trip enjoyable and comfortable. Dickson found us a pride of lions hunting, a leopard with its kill and the wildebeest migrating, just to name a few. From the beginning of our safari research, the team at Monkey Adventures was very responsive to all of our questions. The booking process was straight forward and the prices were comparable to other companies. We had a fantastic safari experience! Our driver Edwin helped us to find all of the Big Five and shared his extensive knowledge about the different animals. He was flexible about driving times and prioritized our goal of seeing the tough-to-spot animals. From the firt moment that we requested a quote everything was perfect, they sent us options for hotels (we chose Sentrim Mara Lodge 100% we loved it!) and everything was super professional. I have spoken to Fauziah couple of months back about the Safari and she was so patient in answering each of our questions. When you finish booking, they give you complete booking details and information as well as proper survey after the trip - written and online. The only thing I am shocked a bit is the van, the van did not have any monkey adventures branding on it so I am unsure if it was even part of the main agency and our driver was in the middle of flatterer and overbearing. Before our driver confirmed from us if he's getting a collated tip at the end of the trip, he was relaxed and a bit unaccommodating, but when my husband told him we will give all our tip at the end of the trip, then he changed his attitude towards us. On our first game drive, he was also insistent on skipping our half-day game drive since we're heading to Nairobi City in the afternoon. He was anyway kind to have it replaced it with Walking Safari which also worked good for us since we really got tired whole day game driving the previous day. Maybe next time, he should just suggest it once and let the client say it first. We were also surprised that the 2L of water per person per day did not exactly happen. We were not provided it and when we asked the camp, they said it was only that 500ML water given at check-in, so that's kind of disappointing. This experience is totally separate from what we experienced when we were talking to Monkey Adventures employees by email and on WhatsApp which led us to wonder if this van assigned to us was even directly connected with Monkey Adventures. The driver also tried his best in 1 day of game drive and we saw 3 of the big 5. We were safe and he is a good driver despite the road being very bumpy. I think overall, I will still recommend Monkey Adventures and I only give this constructive feedback so they can seamlessly align their experiences more for their clients. :) Thank you, we truly enjoyed Kenya, and we're for sure coming back in the future. Initially, I was hesitant to book with Monkey Adventures but the reviews on Tripadvisor and Trust Pilot convinced me and I took the plunge. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. Fauziah helped me with my numerous queries. She was quick to reply and to the point. Just the kind of service I appreciate. In fact, she was the one who encouraged me to book a lodge within the park instead of one (at the same price) located outside the park which made all the difference. When Kenya hiked its park fees, I was given the option to adjust my itinerary so that I did not have to pay extra. I would highly recommend Monkey Adventures. I want to go to Zambia and Namibia next, and was devastated to learn that Monkey Adv do not conduct tours there. I hope they start offering tours to other African countries as well - will be such a book for travellers.

We had an amazing safari experience in Masai Mara. I would absolutely recommend our guide, Dickson Miroro. He was a delight, so knowledgeable, experienced and friendly, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We stayed at the Sekanani camp and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the food was great and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Went with my family to visit the scenic Naivasha and Masai Mara in January 2023. The experience was simply put "Amazing & Exhilarating". Right from picking up at the airport right up to dropping us back at our hotel. It has been a thoroughly great experience. Our guide Bush Pilot was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about all the national parks. He knew exactly where to find certain animals. He accommodated us in every way, above and beyond. We highly recommend this service, especially our tour guide!

The balloon experience was the best. We got to see a full 360 degrees view of Masai Mara and also living in a luxury camp called Sand River.

A trip of a life time thanks to Joseph my guide and Monkey Adventures. Joseph was always right on in his experience and instincts to find the best observation of animals that you never thought you would see in their natural world. Pictures and words can't do justice to being in the middle of this unique African experience. I have no reservations in recomending this safari with this guide and company.

An unforgettable experience. Right from the organization with Fauziah, the assistance, communication and support was perfect. Especially our guide, the legendary Joseph, gave us a wonderful experience with his friendliness, experience and warmth in accompanying us and telling us every detail of our safari, and more. There is no road that Joseph's guide could not plow, and everything encountered along the way more than made up for the inconvenience of the road. We would not change a thing about our 3 days in the Masai Mara at the Elangata Olerai Camp which we highly recommend along with Joseph's guide. ASANTE SANA!

One of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. Joseph our guide was as brilliant as all the animals we saw. He had fantastic knowledge, brought us to all the right places and made sure we saw everything. We had load of fun song the way. If you do this trip (and you should) ask for Joseph as he will make 10 times better.

we were two (my daughter 7 yo and I) for a private safari in Masai Mara. The land cruiser was very spacious and confortable. Our guide (Kenda) was great, very friendly. We had a fantastic experience.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. We could not have asked for any more. David our driver was an absolute gent and found all the animals for us, including cheetahs and leopards. Monkey adventures were so pleasant and easy to deal with and flexible to suit our wishes. I would 100% strongly recommend you choose them.

The best was the way Joseph, the driver, took us on this amazing trip. He was always on time, knew every path in Masai Mari and did his very best to see every animal possible. Also he suprised us with amazing spors in the park. We saw cheetah, Lions, elephants and many more. Even a Leopard which is very hard to find. We had a great time with Monkey Safari and Joseph. From the Pick-Up at Nairobi Airport to the drop-off in Iten everything was set. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Monkey Adventures. I booked two separate trips (Uganda and Kenya) and tied through together; I will review each half separately. Booking: booking was easy. I worked with Peter and John via email and they were very responsive to all of my (many!) questions. He was able to change the itinerary based on my needs, and gave me a lot of choices to customize based on travel style and price. I especially liked that links and prices were provided for each accommodation so I could do my own research. Manager: Yvonne was my management contact and was very helpful and available whenever I needed her for anything, such as rescheduling a covid test. Guide: Julius was my guide and was great. He was an excellent driver, navigating us through the bumpy roads safely. He was very knowledgeable about the parks and animals and because of the radio system we were able to find everything very easily. Accommodations: All of accommodations recommended by Monkey were great, I will review each one individually, but wanted to note that that everywhere recommended was great. Vehicle: after having a land cruiser in Uganda I was a little nervous to switch to the van but it was fine!

I'm a seasoned, female, solo traveler who has no problem booking her own trip. I actually enjoy the planning and research behind my next vacation. For my trip to Kenya, however, I decided to simply purchase tickets and leave the planning to someone else. After some research, I can't across Monkey Adventures and I'm glad I did! From start to finish, my trip was impeccable. I asked countless questions of Pavan and Nyani (my online booking coordinators) and they were ALWAYS prompt in responding. The information received was thorough and easy to understand. My on-ground coordinator Yvonne was also amazing, conducting follow ups with me before, during, and after my trip, and coordinated a successful covid test for me in the middle of my safari. My Maasai guide Leftee has the BEST eyes EVER and I was able to see the Big 5 on my FIRST day. Airport transfers and pick ups ran smoothly, my camp was amazing, and everyone took great care of me. I would definitely book with Monkey Adventures again!!!
