The Safari is amazing, the animals are gorgeous and everyday was a hole experience. To get to know a new culture is definitely worth it and to have Dickson as a guide was the best, he really wanted for us to get the best experience

Incredible does not describe it. Words cannot describe it but I will try... It was everything you could ask for and more! Saw 4 of the big 5 only because I was on the 3 day.. the 4 day one you should see rhinos. Saw everything in between Several lions.. giraffes, elephants, zebras, antelope.. saw a hunt and k*ll from hyenas. Saw a hunt start for lions and the cheetah hunt aftermath. Went to the great migration area and saw hippos and crocodiles. Experience the Maasai Village. Sat and had tea with the cheif's son! My tour guide Jeff was absolutely amazing!! He catered to my requests.. educated us on what was going on with the animals and provided information we weren't aware of. He kept us safe.. was so kind, calm, took some pictures for me and didn't bother me when I was a little tired. The budget camp was nice. Bed was comfortable, had a bathroom and shower in each tent. They fed us.. the Maasai people guarded us. There was hot water, a bar.. staff was awesome. Protip: Lights go out at 10pm for the Lenchada camp so bring a flash light if you don't want to use your phone and an extra battery pack for your phone. I can go on and on about the variety of animals we saw but it is hearty. The price is right.. for this priceless experience you will not regret it. Be sure to gift your driver. He won't ask or anything but believe me it will be well deserved. Wilson gave us a magnificent 3 day tour of the Maasai Mara. He was very enthusiastic and ready to help us spot animals in the wide Maasai Mara park. We were able to see multiple animals, and Wilson kept a professional outlook all through the safari. He was friendly and made very good conversations along the way.

All were so good organised, had a wonderful time . The driver was so professional we had a safe trip throughout. A must adventure to anyone who want to live the life of Masai Mara 😍😍

We went on a 3 day 2 night tour of Masai Mara in Feb 2024. Dixon, our driver was a fantastically skilled and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to navigate the park excellently as well a provide insights on all the wildlife we encountered.

This safari was one of the best experiences of my life. Our guide Solomon was wonderful - every day he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable and most importantly gave us amazing opportunities and time to observe the animals. He had a knack for finding great viewing spots and staying just that little bit longer to experience a special moment. (He says it’s all luck, but I’m sure experience plays a part). He is always happy to chat and answer questions about the animals and environment, Kenyan culture and language - we learned some useful Swahili words! The combo of a day 1 evening game drive plus the full day game drive on day 2 felt like a lot of time to fully experience the park - it’s definitely a lot of driving but there’s always something interesting to appreciate. After I left I wish I could have stayed much longer though. We saw lions and elephants amazingly close up, multiple times. We also spent time with buffaloes and giraffes, and saw so many more types of animals than I was expecting - many types of antelopes/gazelles, warthogs (pumba!), baboons, zebras, hyenas, jackals, identified about 20 types of birds including eagles, crested cranes, vultures, and many many more. Unfortunately we didn’t find any leopards, cheetahs or rhinos, and due to the high rainfall there weren’t many hippos around but we saw a few, on the guided walk with a ranger at the river. The landscape is so beautiful and expansive I could stare at it for days. Solomon handled the muddy ground with skill and we never got stuck even with plenty of off-roading. Solomon also helped me organise a nature walk with one of the local Maasai, where I learned about some local plants on a nice morning stroll, along with the Maasai village visit on day 3. The Lenchada Camp was simple and comfortable, with friendly staff and simple tasty food. Apart from the generator in the morning and evening it was peaceful and quiet. Note that if you’re in the tent furthest down the hill then the hot water won’t reach you very hot. Some of our group stayed in the much more luxury Emayian Camp also nearby. Right from the first enquiry I found the Lenchada Safaris staff very helpful - Alex was prompt to respond to my queries and handled a last-minute change very smoothly. The pickup, payment and drop off staff were very efficient and friendly. This whole experience was just amazing, thank you so much!

An amazing, once in a lifetime experience! Our guide, Ali, was a fantastic driver and extremely knowledgeable and able to find us all of the animals and guide us around the Masai Mara. Would highly recommend!

We did a 3 day safari experience with Ali as our driver. We had such a amazing time, Ali is an excellent driver, friendly host and speed demon! If you're looking for safari with added excitement I absolutely recommend Ali as your driver. We saw all the animals you can hope for, plenty of lion action, baby elephants, giraffes and many more. Sometimes we were the first car there as Ali is always on the radio getting the information!

The trip was good and great value for money! Our guide, Dickson, was a very nice guy that new a lot about all the animals in the parc. The accomodation and the food was also good. The visit to the masai village, on the third day, is only worth the extra pay if you like theatre, because there is not much ‘real’ about the dances and fire making they show. It’s clearly all about the money, which becomes clear at the end of the tour, when they show a rather aggressive selling technique for their souvenirs.

It was a fantastic tour at a very reasonable price! Our tour guide Steve was engaging, energetic and very attentive to us, making the 3-day budget tour an unforgettable experience. We saw more than we could have ever hoped for and can only recommend a tour with Steve to anyone!

I joined a group safari and I would like to suggest that tour companies should be permitted to leave reviews about guests! Dickson was our guide and he was patient beyond belief with two racist bullies. Their behaviour was beyond anything I’d ever seen and as a white Canadian who has been working in Africa, I thought I’d seen everything! Other guests finally had to step in because they were complaining about absolutely everything and blaming Dickson and their agent for every thing that didn’t come up to their expectations. They booked a budget safari and expected 5 stars. Please please everyone…Africa is not only animals but it’s amazing people. I urge you to talk to the staff and ask questions. Get to know their culture and traditions. They are amazingly kind and open and much more patient than we have earned. Also, spend the money and go to the Maasai village. The entrance fee is more of an educational entrance where they teach you their culture and the money goes to their school and supporting the community. At the end, you can buy handmade items from different families in the village. Definitely buy here as you are helping to preserve a rare culture. Anyway, this company and particularly Dickson handled the horrible people with grace and honestly if it was anywhere else, they would have been asked to leave but that is not the African way. Nor can they because they are at the mercy of reviews. If you see a bad review, always ask yourself if it is the reviewer or the company that is the problem😎. Have an amazing Safari…I saw this company tested and they were brilliant!!! Thank you Dickson for showing everyone how to gracefully handle a horrid situation. ❤️

Alex from Lenchada handled everything from beginning to end. He delivered everything he promised with no surprises. Would definitely book with him again. David our driver from Jocky Tours was amazing. He was punctual and flexible. He perfectly managed a car full of strangers with very different attitudes who didn't know each other for three days straight. Him and his colleagues were able to pin point exactly where the animals were so we can see them. I definitely recommend asking for David for your next safari! The good people at Mara Sopa made me feel at home and I loved the lodge. Good views and good food.

Me and my friends did me Masai Mara trip for 3 days, it started with a laugh and ended with a laugh. Really good guide onw you can have fun with and find all the animals

Lenchada Safaris & Geemon our guide did great in ensuring we had a good time visiting the Mara. The camp site is very comfortable and the food served 3 times a day was satisfactory. Do time yourselves for a great time in doing a Safari at the Maasai Mara.

After 5 hours driving from Nairobi we arrived at our camp, had lunch and went for the first game drive. On the second day we stayed from 7 am until 5 pm in the park and saw a lot of wildlife. The park is beautiful, big and have a lot to see. The Toyota Landcruiser was a great car. The food was always delicious. Peter our guide was very kind and he helped us with everything. Nice 3 days. Negative was only that you have to pay again to see the local Masai village, around 20 usd per person.
