Our driver Oday was great from start to finish, and picked us up on time in a comfortable sedan car with great AC. Our first day was great with amazing stops on route to Petra that really made it for us. When we required help with some medical issues, Oday was invaluable in helping us - it would have been much more difficult without his help. The rest of the trip was fantastic - Petra, Wadi Rum (the luxury tents are unreal - so comfy and the atmosphere must be experienced to be believed) and the jeep tour were incredible. The ride from there to the dead sea resort was great too, with our driver stopping whenever needed and then helping us with the process at the resort. Great hotels and stays throughout, amazing sights - I cannot recommend this more. Ask for Oday!

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Petra, Madaba, Mt. Nebo, Wadi Rum, Shobak Castle, Aqaba, and the Dead Sea with our driver, Ahmad Al-Zboon. Ahmad spoke English, gave us helpful tips about sightseeing, and gave me Arabic lessons on the road. The camp at Wadi Rum was especially nice and the food was wonderful.

We highly recommend this three day tour as a way to see Petra, Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea, and other high-priority sights in Jordan. Our driver, Ahmad Al Zboon, was excellent and an interesting and helpful travel companion. The accommodations in Petra and Wadi Rum exceeded our expectations. (We paid for the Deluxe Tent upgrade at Wadi Rum and can recommend that.) We had been concerned about the weather in February (especially at Wadi Rum) but the weather was fine.

Mr Q was our driver and worked hard to make sure we were informed and happy. He arranged for some delicious meals and even told us some riddles to solve. He was a great host.

A trip to Jordan for three days was very successful. I had a professional, courteous driver who gave me a lot of information, and I felt with him in front of Khaled Jan. My family recently completed a four-day tour of Jordan booked through Jordan Tour Group. We have nothing but good things to say about the tour or our driver, Saad. He was only hired to drive us to previously agreed-upon locations, but he quickly turned into our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable of various places of interest along our route, but not on our itinerary. With our consent, he took us to important historical sites we would have otherwise missed, including the ruins of churches, forts, and even an old cistern outside of Petra. He took us into the hills to visit the former home of a shepherd, in which we saw a mosaic floor left behind by the Byzantines. He made suggestions regarding our itinerary that allowed us to get the most out of our trip. I could go on and on. Saad was very punctual, and, without going into the boring details, very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend him!

We spent two nights and three days on a JPTT tour, at the end of our youth group trip to Jordan. We were 2 adults and 3 17 year-olds and had the best experience with JPTT. We looked forward to getting back in our private van! From the outset, our booking, communication was good and our driver texted us in the morning to confirm he’d arrived. Our 7-seater van was luxurious - camel coloured leather seats, spacious leg room, wifi, air conditioning and USB links for charging our phones. Our driver, Mehj, went out of his way to provide us with an interesting tour to the south, giving us general information, some handy tips and some interesting facts. We spent our first day at Petra, and just needed to call Mehj to tell him we were ready. He then took us to the desert, leaving us for the day - camel rising, jeep tours, and an overnight at a Bedouin camp which was amazing. He then collected us the following morning to take us to Aqaba before heading back north to Amman, via a stop at a Dead Sea resort, where we enjoyed lunch and a floating experience. Mehj was friendly, polite, patient and knowledgable. JPTT were very flexible with our timetable and itinerary, which we changed from the advertised programme. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

I’m still at bit overwhelmed by all I saw and experienced on this tour. The people, the country, the outstanding beauty of the desert, all the sites and sights, the whole experience, with the best guide, Nidal. Petra is awesome, Wadi Rum peaceful and beautiful. The Red Sea, the Dead Sea and the journey between was an altogether different experience. The hotel was spot on, Al Sultana Wadi Rum camp was amazing (the rooms, the food, the people and the welcome, even the swimming pool. The sunset and the night sky in the desert were something I’ll never forget. As was the 4x4 ride with Abdullah. Much fun and a taster of the desert geography and geology. Wifi in the car was a surprise and a treat, as data is expensive. Essential for sharing all your photos with the folks back home. 😀 I want to do it all again!!

The tour was amazing and Khader, our guide/driver, made it even better. He had our backs, making sure we were comfortable and getting the most out of the trip. As a woman, sometimes travel can feel a bit iffy, but Khader made us feel super safe and was always there with a tip or trick about the place. He went out of his way multiple times to get us anything we needed. If you’re hitting up Jordan, definitely try to snag Khader as your driver. The trip won’t be the same without him.

The tour we chose was amazing and our driver Hasan made it even better! He was very accommodating,kind and willing to help us any way he could, the tour was perfectly timed- no rush, you have the chance to see all the wonder of Jordan and take your time. This is a very good option to visit the most important places in Jordan. We really enjoy it from the begging to the end. The private tour included a specialized driver. On our case Hasan Alkhateeb and he made our travel pleasant, enjoyable and easy going. He deserve a clear 5 stars for the service, he always offered us water and some snacks (that are not mandatory) for the explanation during the trip and he give us internet access during all the trip in the car (for us that was just amazing). All the details of the trip are mentioned in the publication, the information is clear and appropriate. In case that you have any doubt, our driver was able to answer all our questions. Regarding the trip is just amazing experience all the three days. The first day; we went to several stops with magical, historical and ancient places, including Mont Nebo (I’m so fans of prophet Moses). Petra is magic, I can not explains with words the meaning of this place, is just unbelieved. Wadi Rum is another magical place, the food, the tour, rooms and amenities are very good. For the last day, we didn’t include Aqaba in the itinerary but our driver give us an option to include Aqaba and we accepted it. We paid additionally 45 Jor for each person and we made some adjustments about the rest of our trip. I strongly recommend Aqaba if you like snorkeling and see coral reefs in the Red Sea and you can see the borders with Israel and Egypt. This is the sea that the Prophet Moses and his people cross from Egypt to Jordan. The Dead Sea is a very interesting experience, floating in the very salty water. The people in Jordan is very nice and they are very focused in the tourism but is not a cheap country (1 USD is 1.4 Jor), all the stuffs, food, water, you need to give tips, etc, impact your budget and you need to calculate very well.

It was absolutely a brilliant adventure. Our driver Ahmed was a really kind and helpful man! We travelled a lot but this was at the top 3!

Zakareya my driver was great, helpful and took care of everything. He always showed up on time, was easy going and communicated well. The car was always spotless. Everything was well organized and professionally run. It was exactly what I needed ! Location of the hotel in Petra was great and within in very short walking distance from the main gate. I opted for the room upgrade in Wadi rum and I think it was well worth it!

Sam was a great driver with a comfortable car and got me safety to each amazing location. Some more information on the tour details for what is included (food etc) would have been great.

Zakareya was our driver. He was very professional and an excellent driver. He was always on time and ensured all the planned activities went smoothly. He took us to non tourist shops and convenience stores to avoid tourist prices. He pointed out all the important sites along the road. The hotel in Petra was very good and we loved the Wadi Rum experience and camp. We highly recommend this private tour and ask for Zakareya!!!

The hotels scheduled by the tour is good. Drive Khader always care about customer feeling, and patient in waiting even sometimes we are late per his scheduled time. We were expecting a sunset jeep tour in Wadi Rum but somehow it can not be arranged by normal process through we have given the request early. The tour organizer please make it more flexible with your hotel booking. We found all reservation was done on the day itself which given the driver a lot of pressure.

Petra is amazing! Great walks, , wadi rum also very beautiful,,absolute best was our guide Mejhd (Glory). He was so accommodating , friendly, informative,, ask for him!

The trip was perfectly planned but also options to flexible adjust certain stops. Khaled, the driver was very engaged and helpful and also helped us with our ongoing vacation. He drove us very safely and convenient. Tipp: request all detailed program of the trip☺️
