I travelled to Uganda for business and took the opportunity to include a gorilla tracking experience. After considering the recommendations, I chose Ngoni Safaris. They were fantastic! When I requested an additional day, they accommodated an extra day at QE National Park. I was lucky to have James as my driver and guide for four days. The activities and accommodations they selected were perfect for me.

Katto has been the best guide to explore Uganda! We booked with him our gorilla safari, he picked us up from Bunyonyi and drove us all the way to the gorillas . 🦍 He has an impressive knowledge on every topic in Uganda and even neighbouring countries. He made us a very rich briefing on the countries geography and culture and was always there to answer our questions and to give us some interesting facts. 🌎Also he is a very kind and sunny person, with him only good vibes. We also had the pleasure to meet his son who was very kind and we could exchange some views on lifestyle and music. We thank your company for warmly introducing us to Uganda 🙏

The tour was exceptional. We started our trip in Kabale to reach the impenetrable forest. Katto our guide was very knowledgeable, we had so many questions and he could answered them brilliantly (in a developed way). For the gorilla tracking, it was impeccable, we had a 2 hours trek before seeing a family of 10 gorillas. Every thing was great. I really appreciated the company of Katto.

What I would like to say: it has been one of the most exciting trip in my life. This is a best mix of nature and wild animals life. Such experience is unique, have no words how describe my feelings, it’s only possible to see and feel by yourself. You 100% must visit

So cool to see them. The big guy charged us!!! But ranger held her ground and he backed off. Charles my guide/driver was pleasant to be with for the drives and any minor requests no problem. Lodging was good as well. The only thing is the office needs to be a bit more responsive for questions.

I took the 3 day gorilla trekking tour from Kampala and it was beyond amazing. The tour was the most reasonably priced out of the options I researched so I thought I would get a budget experience but it was far from it! The stops for food were excellent high class places and the lodge was just about luxury. Nicest room I've stayed in in Africa by far and the venue was incredible! Jamal took great care of me and was a great guy. He gets a 10/10 in my book and so does the tour. The gorillas were epic and the experience was unforgettable. Got some amazing photos and memories to last a life time. If you are thinking about doing this tour I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!

Seeing gorillas in nature is one of the most amazing things I've done in my life. And Ngoni Safari made this adventure a very good one! Our driver, Arthur, was very polite and responsible. Even though it was a very long trip from Kampala, he did the best of it. We stopped for pictures, to stretch our legs, to buy local fruit (jackfruit and avocados), even to the ATM! Then, when we arrived in the accommodation the night before seeing the gorillas, we were actually impressed by the beauty of the place, the calm (perfection) of our lodge and delighted with the delicious food. We also had a beer and the chance to meet some locals! Ngoni: highly recommended! I wont' change a thing!

I did 3 day gorilla trekking experience. James was my guide, and I had such an amazing time with him. I am also a female solo traveller and felt comfortable 100% of the time. Our stay, food, 9 hour car rides, gorilla trekking experience was all worth a 5 star rating. I have no complaints. Sedrick is great with communication. I will book again for 2023. Thank you Ngoni!

I am giving this 3 Day Gorilla Trekking Batwa adventure a 5 Star rating because the company and my guide Elly made this adventure and of a lifetime. I originally arrived in Uganda from Tanzania, after summering Mount Kilimanjaro fully expecting to start my already paid for months in advance 9 day Safari adventure with another Safari Company in Uganda only to discover when I landed my tour had been canceled and I was told there was nothing they could do, I was both shocked, disappointed, and very angry to say the least. So as I waited in my hotel attempting to try diplomatic ally het what I paid for a few days went by and finally after speaking with the hotel manager she suggest that I might want to a least try to book the gorilla trekking experience since I had come all this way from the US so at their suggestion I was able to book a last minute adventure with Ngoni Safaris Uganda, and this is the company that saved the day. It was by far one of the most amazing. experiences I have ever I ever had. My guide was named Elly and he is was an outstanding tour guide.I stayed at the Rashaga Gorilla camp and it was spectacular. I also booked a tour to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary the day before I left the the next leg of my trip in Africa. Although I did not get to see all that I had originally planned for with a different unscrupulous company. I will always be grateful for Ngoni Safaris Uganda for “saving the day” and giving me the such memorable experiences of a lifetime. I will definitely be back to finish my African Adventure with them. Sedrick went above and beyond to accomodate our request for an itinerary alteration due to our compressed time in Uganda. He also compeltely took care of scheduling our covid 19 testing and drove us to the site on arrival. Our driver/guide Ben was also outstanding! **We highly recommend using a porter during gorilla trekking as their are some complex parts to the trail/terrain. This also benefits the local people by providing them work.**

I had a wonderful time in Uganda with Sedrick from Ngoni Safaris. As a young solo female traveler, one of my biggest priority is safety and Sedrick earned my trust even before I had booked and I am glad to say that I started the tour as a tourist and ended as a good friend! Although my trip was cut short due to messy flight SOPs related to COVID that had a huge impact on my itinerary, Sedrick still managed to include all the highlights that he possibly could and made sure I ENJOYED Uganda. There wasn't a single time that I felt uncomfortable or out of place. Sedrick and one of his assistant guide Newton were not only great care-takers but also a fantastic company and friends to be with! It was truly a breathtaking experience. I mean, just wonderful. To be one with nature like that, leaving the day to day hassles of the big city and just basking in the splendour of nature. The gorillas were a beautiful sight to behold.
