The flight itself was awesome. The pilot was friendly and talked to us during the flight. What was such a let down, was that we arranged and paid for the long flight which included some time over the bush once the Falls had been done. On our arrival they informed us we had paid for just the flight over the Victoria Falls until we proved otherwise. But still wanted another $10.00. Then they told us we had under paid for Levies, which on their website are single sum amounts. It is clear! But they now wanted payment per person and told us that it clearly states per person. This was an extra $25.00. This is not the case and they said they would change the web page. But we still had to pay the extra $35. It was very unprofessional. This is the reason the review score is only 3/5! We felt scammed and would not recommend this Company. There are others you can use.

Very beautiful experience. It was really nice to not just see the Victoria Falls but to also see so many Elephants and other animals in the national park, great mix! Everyone was really nice. Pilot did a good job.

Fantastic views of Victoria Falls - shorter flight may be enough if you have done Safari before as the latter part is animal spotting from the sky which usually is limited to elephants and possibly Giraffes
