Zane was so helpful with my undecided kiddos at the prize station! He was so patient and helped them chose what they wanted ! Super customer service!

The prices were very reasonable and you got a lot for your buck from the prizes. The games were fun and lots were able to be played with others which makes the experience so much better. Zane was very helpful. When one of the games malfunctioned he was very nonchalant and fixed the issue.

I loved The basketball was the most fun part if I could, I would go again I’m trying to get a lot of credits so wish me luck …..

Had a great time in arcade, games gave fair tickets for prices! The machine we were playing had a function that stopped & we never knew it. Manager came by and fixed it and awarded us all of the tokens we would have missed. Really nice to see that.

Amazing atmosphere! We love this arcade. The Wizard of Oz & Willy Wonka games are family favorites.

My husband loves arcades we went to several in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg trying to find a good one. We finally found this one in the Island not only was it the best arcade but we found Copper in there! Copper has awesome customer service and is so friendly he made our experience at the arcade even better! Good job copper. We will be back to visit in a few months and we will deff be in looking for fun games and everyone’s great customer service. PLAY THE MARVEL GAME YOU WILL BE ADDICTED!!!

Games are expensive and selection is limited. I expected more considering the location. Got bored after 20 mins.

After an hour and a half of intense coin dropping gameplay, my little sister finally got a full set of hero cards from the DC Machines. Of course that wouldnt have been possible without Gabriela. We ended up running that machine out of cards and tokens. Luckily we had Gabriela there at every problem! She was the sweetest thing and helped us with all our issues!!! We were lucky enough to even have her cash out our tickets, and she was the absolute sweetest. The staff here is wonderful and I couldnt recommend it enough! Thanks Gabriela!

Very exciting atmosphere! Kids loved it! The arcade is very colorful and full of life! They played so many games.

This has been our fave arcade for years. Reasonably priced and you can earn a good amount of tickets per game. Prizes are decent for an arcade. We have to come here every time we are in PF. Definitely fun for the whole family

Wyatt was the best! He explained the best deals and helped when one of the machines malfunctioned. He was polite and friendly.

We had so much fun last weekend that we are going back next weekend with out the kids. The kids ages 2,5 and 6 love it also but we are going alone next weekend so we can play more games without sharing with the kiddos lol!
