My dive master Baptiste and captain Jaime made my adventure great! May is off season so the groups are small and the water is a little chilly, about 72 at the surface. My 5mm suit was great and the shop has 7mm suits available. A lot of diverse types of marine life and stunning underwater cliff views. I will definitely do another dive with Manta the next time I’m back in Cabo.

What an amazing three days. I am a MSD PADI Instructor with over 1000 dives. By far this was one of the best operations I have ever been diving with. Equipment is impeccable, clean and top notch working order. The boat offers small ratio per instructor and most days there was 2 boat captains taking care of your every need. Although all of my instructors were very good, Julio by far was the best. I saw him working with beginner or non experienced divers for the past two days and his calming presence gave this customers an amazing experience. Julio got stuck with me and he was the most attentive guide I have ever seen. Also he is very funny. I can’t say enough about this operation and Julio.

The dive staff were very professional and safety conscious. The small group size of 4 divers to a dive master was appreciated. Thanks for being efficient in gearing us up and ensuring our safety.

The dive was great and the visibility very good. The Captain and Brandon provided me with a five star experience. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I do not dive regularly but do find great locations and this was one. Highly recommend!

Angela was our dive master and was an excellent. She cared that we had a good experience and far exceeded expectations. She was the best we ever had. “Flash” was our captain and also was very helpful in getting us prepared to dive. The moment we walked into their shop, we could tell the team all got along well and enjoyed what they do, making it that much better for the customer.

Incredible dive with fun and top notch PADI pro Max and boat captain Russo. Took great care to make sure I and fellow dive mates were safe and had an awesome experience. Sea lion, white tip shark, eels, tons of puffer fish, and sounds of migrating whales. Highly recommend.

It was a last minute decision to go. Glad I did because it has been 10 years since I had been scuba diving. We saw turtles, schools of rays, eels, scorpion fish, and tons of other fish. Awesome trip. Valenteen was very knowledgeable and a great help.

Fantastic service, well organized, great diving. Guides were phenomenal, Angella and Baptiste really took care of us as did the boat captains, driver and staff. Fresh restaurant quality sashimi on the beach was a welcome surprise! Thoroughly enjoyed all the dives and they did a great job making sure we got what we came for seeing the whale sharks. Highly recommend.

Great from start to finish! Water visibility was decent am I used a 7mm wet suit. Easy to get to dive shop. Boats had plenty of room and the ladders good.

Manta Dives 25 November 2023 I've been diving in the Cabo San Lucas area for many years, and dive companies come and go. For many years, I dove with Amigos del Mar since it was close to my resort and they were safe divers. Since their closure, I've used several others and have found what I think is a good company with safe dive leaders. They're convenient for my resort and have a nice facility. The gear isn't new but is in good shape. I've very tall so I never have a perfect wet suit, but it wasn't bad and it was in excellent shape. Fins were modern and the BC, regulator, and tank all in very good shape. Kudos for maintenance. The office staff is quite small but extremely efficient. Take your dive credentials to make a reservation since you can complete it on-site. They photograph your credentials and you complete a form on a tablet: quite up to date. My spouse and I saw divers congregate in front of the shop so I looked in. The shop was very clean and ordered, not like a hurricane had just swept through. Orderliness is important when dealing with a potentially hazardous activity. I always dive with Enhanced Air (Nitrox), and the tanks both measured 31% oxygen, as they should have. I appreciate someone's taking the time to do it correctly. Upstairs in the shop is a small dive tank for learning, I suppose. Again, I'd cream my head on the low ceiling, but it's usable. The upstairs restrooms, women's and men's, are very clean and everything worked. I've seen that not to be the case often enough. There's a small dressing room for disrobing and getting into a suit. The dive boat was new and very well appointed. There was bottled water and snacks always available. The forward compartment was lockable and had a working head! Again, not always the situation. Caesar was my dive leader. He's a low-key guy, great English, and a conscientious dive leader. On our second dive, there was a lot of wave action so he simply changed our dive to get us out of it: he wasn't stuck on doing that one location regardless of his clients' best interests. When you dive during a vacation that's not a specific dive vacation, you get the conditions as they are. Our dive was like that: not the gentlest sea conditions or visibility, but well within usefulness. Caesar knows the area and worked to get us a good dive on both of the dives. He carefully watched us and noted when any of us was dealing with buoyancy or air issues. He's a good dive leader. I understand that there are many good dive companies in Cabo, but I put this one up there. They'll be my company for a while.

I did a 2 tank dive, and a night dive with Manta Diving. The staff from check in, dive masters, and boat captain were all very courteous, friendly, and professional. Being a more mature diver I required some assistance with the gear, and getting off and on the boat. The dive masters were very understanding, and helpful, which made for a fantastic dive experience. I would highly recommend Manta Scuba if you ever have a chance to dive in Cabo San Lucas. I would definitely use them again if I return.

We did a two tank dive at Cabo Marine Park in July. The shop is super close to the dive site making the boat ride short and sweet. We saw some really cool wildlife and enjoyed the experience thoroughly. We highly recommend.

Great shop and great crew and guides. Nice dive boat. Had two spectacular dives. I will definitely dive with them when I come back.

Solo visit from Carnival cruise ship. Divemaster was Brandon and captain was Jonathon. We were there right after the hurricane came through but visibility was still very good and the local wreck at Lands End had been greatly revealed by the shifting of the sands. Very fun dive, great rental gear and boat too. If you do this from a cruise ship, you will probably need to catch the first tender. The tender dock is a 5-minute walk to Manta's shop and the dive boat is very close as well. We were done around 11AM so no problem with the ship departure time. Note that I booked this dive directly with Manta rather than through Carnival.

Employees were great and the dives were fun. There was lots of wildlife. It was a fantastic experience

I was a female solo diver with 2 years experience but over 50 dives. I was nervous to be diving for the first time without friends or family. Manta guides were very helpful. Group of 2 plus guide. Other groups on our boat were similarly small. Storm earlier in week so visibility was not great but still made for a pleasant dive. They handle all the gear to and from the boat and even rinsed my personal gear when we got back. Thanks for a fun experience!

Manta was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. My 17 year old son wanted to dive while we stopped in Cabo on a cruise ship. They made the entire process easy and they did everything they said they would. Our guide, Baptist, was amazing. I stayed on the boat with Capt Flash. Flash did a great job of keeping the divers safe while they were under. Next we will be going to Cabo for a week so he can get many dives in with Manta
