Booked a Cenote 3 dive experience with Julio Salas as my dive guide. He was very experienced on both the dive itself and the history surrounding the local areas. All 3 dives were conducted in a safe matter without accident or incident. The help in the dove shop was also to a high standard. I would highly recommend booking with Agua Clara diving

My husband, daughter (18yo)and myself did 3 days of two tank cenote diving with Agua Clara Tulum. We had Hairo for all three days and he was EXCELLENT! The communication from the get go with Agua was great, they emailed back within a day to set the dives up and get them booked. They were very professional and clear with any questions I had before our arrival and how their dives work. Their shop was easy to get to. The diving is amazing and Hairo was so knowledgable about his craft and the area. He put us right at ease. I wouldn't change a thing about our dives and I would definitely book with these guys again. We loved it!

The dive instructor was very clear with directions and kind. We went on two caves dives and they were beautiful—first was to get warmed up we did the “Barbie” route, after which was another dive where we saw a bat cave and other structures. The dive guide showed me interesting things in the cave too throughout the dive like how the stalactites light up when you put your torch to them.

What a experience. The staff is really helpful and professional. Hiero was our guide. Couldn’t ask for a more colourful and full of knowledge person. Learn a lot during my day. If you want to dive in cenote in Tulúm book there.

Best Scuba company in Tulum... Been there a few times now. Dove advanced dives for 2 days with Hairo and he is AMAZING, he knows diving and gave detailed history on the cenotes, the area and he knows everyone in town. Would highly recommend Agua Clara.

We dove The Pit and Dos Ojos and they were both uniquely beautiful in their own ways. The pit was my personal favorite and would be best to do on a sunny day. Our dive master, Hairo, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and funny. Very professional, great sense of humor and numerous tips and tricks to become a better diver. I would give 6/5 stars if I could!

Had a wonderful dive with Agua Clara at El Pit and Dos Ojos (Bat Cave). Julio was a fantastic dive instructor/master. Helpful, informative, (completely fluent in English), and an all-round great dive buddy. Would recommend both Agua Clara and Julio if you are interested in diving the Cenotes!!!

The 2 cenote dives were so much fun!! So beautiful and a must while in Tulum. Hairo, our dive instructor made the whole experience so much better too. He was so funny, so positive and so knowledgeable about all kinds of diving. We had the best day with him and when we come back to Tulum, we hope to dive with Hairo again!!

I’ve been wanting to get open water certified for a long time, and a friend recommended I do it with Julio Salas at Agua Clara. Julio was amazing and the shop was great. I did my open water certification without having to get into a pool because we were able to use the Cenotes instead, which is like a million times cooler. We also got to do two dives on the reef with amazing sea life (biggest turtle I’ve ever seen and tons of fish), so was the best of both worlds. I’m already planning my next trip with a couple of friends who are nervous to get certified because the cenotes are so chill and Julio really knows his stuff. After the class I did a 2 tank certified dive in different cenotes, which was super cool. I highly recommend booking a certified dive with the same instructor after the class to really lock in the knowledge and check out some more of the awesome dive sites. If you are on the fence about getting certified, just do it!

Instructor Julio guaranteed a safe and fun day of diving! He knows so much about the cenotes history and information and he does it with so much passion! they were the best dives of my life, diving in cenotes is something really special. if you are looking for a serious company to do this is your best choice! equipment in great condition, and an amazing team

It was the best experience of our Mexico trip so far. Our great guide Hairo, took us to two centos: Casa and Naval. We opted for a total beginner experience with no overhanging rocks. Casa and Naval were very different with Casa having more diversity of fish and the mangroves. Naval on the other hand had lush green growth and beautiful underwater gardens. It was an unforgettable experience.

Agua Clara came highly recommended by another dive friend and the service did not disappoint! I did 6 cenotes over 3 days with Betto and had a great time. All of his dive briefings were clear and he provided a lot of information about the sites and Tulum in general.

I am certified diver but had no experience in caves/caverns or freshwater. Communication in the lead up to the trip was very good. They recommended Dos Ojos as it is shallow and has a guideline. On the day, everything ran smoothly from the shop to gear to the site. The safety briefing from Marcelo was clear and thorough. The dives were amazing and it was such a different experience to any dive I have ever done. It was really calm, which I wasn’t expecting. The formations make you feel like you are in a cathedral underwater. I would highly recommend diving the cenotes if you are a diver visiting this area and I could not fault Agua Clara.

The Team of Agua Clara Divers were nice, booking the dive was easy and the comunication smooth. The Dive with our Guide Beto was good and he was nice and funny, we felt safe and well guided all the time. Would recommend to book your diving with them.

i did 2 dives with agua clara, everything was amazing, hairo the dive guide was super, professinal, with great knowlege and very friendy. i dove in casa grande and dos ojos and both dives were speachless. 200% i recommande, anyway i'm here for few more days and i will just go back diving with agua clara.. thank you hairo all the best julien

Alberto LaTorre Taylor was our excellent guide and the dive was amazing! It was my first time diving in a cenote and he made me feel safe and comfortable. They took care of everything including looking up my PADI certification as I forgot mine at home. Definitely recommend Agua Clara!

Got Alan as a dive instructor and he was the greatest! Very good at speaking english, so kind, friendly, gave good advice and funny! We had 2 days with him at Cenotes and loved both of them! 10/5 stars to him! Thank you so much!

I went on the 2 dives in cenote Dos Ojos tour and had an AMAZING time. It was my first time diving in a cenote and my guide Hairo was great at giving safety instructions as well as sharing plenty of information about the formation of cenotes, the region of Quintana Roo and the Tulum area. Also, I was fortunate enough to be the only one on the tour, so I had it all to myself. Very professional service offered by Agua Clara, I highly recommend it.
