The picturesque dunes and beach area were spectacular. Seeing the natural habitat of the horses was wonderful.

Great tour, albeit very bumpy. Tour guide was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time!

Great experience, we have never driven on beach before. Edna our guide took us to all the best spots to see the wild horses. We even saw two stallions having a discussion. Got some great pics.

I could have stayed all day. Our guide, Carl (I think) was knowledgeable and entertaining. We saw more than 40 horses out on the beach. I would highly recommend - just be prepared for a bumpy ride on the beach.

The jeep ride to see the mustangs on the beach was just as fun. Amazing to see all the new development of new beach homes across the coast.

A well organized tour where finding the horses was priority 1. We did find about a dozen horses in five spots thanks to the know how of our guide, Sherry. As a former tour guide at an MLB stadium, it’s important to be able to ‘read the room’ (or the truck) and with 4 couples and a group of 5, trust me -it’s not easy to do. But she did it masterfully! A good mix of facts with humor along with an answer to every question. She did steal my bit though.” If you liked the tour, my name is Mitchell. If not, it’s Steve.”

We had the best experience! Our guide was amazing she knew so much about the horses and where to find them and made us very comfortable in n our bumpy ride! I would recommend this tour to everyone! Great time!

It was a great tour. We not only saw many wild horses but our guide gave us a good feeling for the area and the people who live there.

I am so grateful that I booked with this tour group. As one of the oldest established group, we had access to places barred from the others. Really awesome experience and great opportunities! Learned a lot in a fun enjoyable place. Got to see many wild horses so I got a check on my bucket list!

This tour was excellent. Even though we rented a house on the OBX we wanted to go on this tour to find out more about the area. There are several businesses that have similar tours but this company has access to areas that the other companies do not. These areas are were saw the most amazing horses. Craig was our your guide. He was very friendly and informative. So glad we took this tour. worth every penny.

My husband and I booked last minute. We had an amazing guide and loved the ride on the beach. We did indeed see horses and the guide stopped and spoke a lot with us about the environment. It was exceptionally cold for May, 59 degrees, but it was a great experience!

Seeing the horses was great but we also appreciated all the history and additional information our tour guide told us!

Our guide Kurt was excellent in his knowledge of the horses. We saw so many, including the new foal with the stallion and mare.

Fabulous! Love narration by driver! Loved seeing horses! Driver went beyond expectations. He retrieved my cane when it bounced off.

Jamie was an excellent guide… so knowledgeable about the local area, history, waterfowl and wildlife. The air boat was super fun too! All in all, a terrific 2 hour adventure!

This was a wonderful trip. We got to view 40 or more horses in groups on the beach on a perfect day. Our guide stopped to give us information many times, he was very informative. We had a great time and would not hesitate to do another tour with this company.

Our drive Craig made an extra effort to make sure we saw a number of different herds. We did see a squabble between two young stallions that was entertaining. Craig also had good knowledge of the local history. It was fun riding in the trucks though having forward facing seats would be more comfortable rather than facing inwards. A good bargain and worth the time.

We loved staying here. Our room was beautiful and clean. The porch with chairs overlooking the water was an added bonus. There were opportunities to rent water toys but we didn’t have time. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again
