Don’t take me wrong from my two-star rating, it is an entertaining and relaxing tour, and we enjoyed it. Our guide Emma was amazing, communicated well before and after the tour, tried very hard to point all the animals to us during the tour and took a lot of great pictures for us. The reason of the two-star? The only reason we purchased the tour, the only, not one of, is to see the manatees. The tour company knows it and that it why they use three pictures with manatees on it out of five pictures they use for the tour webpage. However, there is basically zero possibility you will see manatees in late April and throughout the summer and early fall. I consider this is a false advertisement, we paid $255 for three people and drove an hour to get there, which is totally a waste.

Very well organised and the guides we had were very friendly and made the experience really enjoyable for us and even took some amazing photos for us and sent them to us at the end which we are grateful for as they are amazing and better than we would ever have taken! Was truly an amazing experience and so relaxing. At some points we just sat back and enjoyed the tranquil surroundings and took in the beautiful scenery. The girls made sure we saw as much wildlife as we could and were always on the lookout at what they could point out to us. They were disappointed they couldn’t show us monkeys or manatees but that couldn’t be helped and seeing the alligators and turtles within inches of us made up for that! They were lovely, sorry ladies we don’t remember your names but our guide was just completing her training, you did an amazing job and it was truly the highlight of our trip. Tania was wonderful thankyou for making this experience so memorable. Tania gave my friend and I history of the area showed us birds , fishes and where movie were made. It was wonderful

We had an excellent time! Our guide Tania was very accommodating and had a vast amount of knowledge. We saw a wide array of animals including manatees which was exciting as we arrived off season. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone!

We had a beautiful trip through the springs on a 9am tour (definitely recommend the first tour to beat the crowds, especially on a weekend). Our guide, Aly, did a wonderful job, giving clear instructions, setting an easy pace, and pointing out lots of wildlife, all in a friendly, professional manner. We saw wood ducks, anhinga, cormorants, pileated woodpeckers, alligators, garfish, water snakes, turtles, and manatees! She also explained some of the natural history of the spring and pointed out structures on the banks that were historical replicas or used in old films. A great tour all around - highly recommended!!

So glad we decided to book a spring tour since we don’t do these things as locals. It was a beautiful spring Saturday and despite the traffic getting there from Orlando it was a wonderfully spent day. Our tour guide, Tania, was so incredibly knowledgeable and guided the group so well. There is so much to know about Silver Springs that we had no clue about and she did a wonderful job! The weather was clear and the sun was out in ful force even at only 74 degrees. Don’t forget your sunscreen and sun hat because you’ll need it. It’s a great experience to do and would 100% recommend this tour. Pictures don’t do the justice of the nature scene you’ll see. We even got to see a mom manatee and her new baby, Dot!

This was a wonderful, highly memorable experience and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative.

Aly was our guide, and she was wonderful. She texted us the night before with clear instructions and was very kind and knowledgeable. Our group only had 2 families/3 kayaks. This company’s tour group is smaller, which makes the experience more intimate. We saw lots of monkeys (which apparently was unusual), manatees (including a baby), lots of birds and gators. Aly took great pictures of us and even wonderful under water videos of the manatees! Morning was a great time to go, and all the animals did not disappoint.

Amazing experience! I booked this tour for myself and my two sons and it surpassed my expectations! Aly was friendly, knowledgeable and so fun to tour with! Very kid and beginner friendly. She even got some amazing shots for us!

We had a fantastic time. Our guide Tania was great. She went above and beyond to show us the local wildlife, including a mother Manatee and her calf, various birds and 2 alligators, turtles and fish. She also took photos of our group. She was very knowledgeable giving us plenty of information and ensuring we did not disturb the wildlife. It was the best day of our holiday. Would recommend highly. Extremely professional and accommodating. Tour guide Tania communicated meat-up procedures by text the night before. Coordinator Josh contacted us that night and early the morning of the event regarding weather, and remained flexible and in contact until meet time. Tania was knowledgeable and congenial, and worked hard to find us interesting wildlife encounters. We were able to have close encounters with monkeys, alligators, and manatees. This tour was better than advertised.

We booked the tandem clear kayak at the park. While the river was very enjoyable and fun to do, the kayaks were the most uncomfortable kayaks I have ever been on. Little to no padding, so you are actually sitting on the hard surface and since you are sitting lower than normal paddling was hard on your arms. I would recommend a regular kayak.

Outstanding kayak tour with Josh! He is super knowledgeable about Silver Springs & the wildlife. Very easy paddling the double clear kayaks. Saw manatee, turtles, alligators, monkeys & birds! We enjoyed every minute on this tour & would highly recommend it!

Great experience from beginning to end--just enough contact and info from Ecoventures beforehand and the experience was as advertised---made even better by our guide Tania's expert guidance and providing info tidbits while paddling. We got lucky--as it was late in the season--to spot and hang briefly with one adult manatee while paddling in Silver Springs State Park.

We were really empresses with the amount of help getting in and out of the kyacks. Tania was very knowledgeable and gave some great stories. We did get to see the last manatee at silver springs March 16.
