Fredy, Sandro and Benjamin are fantastic people and guides! Sandro is such a knowledgeable guide and beautifully explains the history and culture of the region. Fredy organized our trip and is super responsive and easy to work with. Benjamin went out of his way to drive us to photo ops and always had water and snacks available. They are simply the best!!!

Freddy and his team did a great job in organizing a very personalized tour for our family. As soon as we arrived in Peru we were greeted by Domingo and Benjamin - our tour guide and driver, respectively. Domingo did an amazing teaching us about the Incan structures, Peruvian culture and history. He was also an excellent guide on the Inca trial itself and helped all of us get through the trail even though we were not all experienced hikers. The hotels that were included in the trip were high quality and ideally located. The restaurants were also great — we are vegetarian, and Domingo went out of his way to find vegetarian options for us for all the included meals (and to point us toward for meals that we had on our own). Overall I cannot speak highly enough of this trip. We will be recommending to all of our family and friends. Special thanks to Domingo, Benjamin, Freddy, and all the people who put so much work into creating our trip.

The views were amazing and our guides Sandro and Benjie were knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. They were on time, showed us all the sites, had interesting and relevant information about local areas, and helped us have an amazing experience. We were able to bypass the crowds, given clear directions on how to get where we needed to go, and we were taken from location to location safely and efficiently. I would use this service again.

Our recent 2-day tour to Manchu Picchu and the Sacred Valley was an extraordinary experience, thanks largely to our tour guide, Belizario. From the onset, our guide displayed an impressive blend of knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to ensure every aspect of our journey was unforgettable. Not only was he communicative leading up to our trip over WhatsApp, Belizario met us the night before our trip to walk us through the entire 2-day itinerary to ensure all of our questions were answered and to put our mind at ease. The entire journey was impeccably and thoughtfully planned all the way through - we felt like we were in great hands the entire trip. Additionally, everything that was within control was on time and reliable (the train broke down a few times on our way back from Machu Picchu, but Belizario’s expertly navigated us to get back on track to ensure we saw everything we wanted to see without feeling rushed). Belizario’s knowledge and passion provided insightful perspectives in addition to important historical contexts that brought the history of Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley to life in a way that was both engaging, educational, and very memorable. This tour was nothing short of exceptional. Belizario’s profound expertise, passion for Peru’s rich heritage, his sense of humor and his professionalism made this a truly unforgettable experience. We had timely pickup on first day. Maras - Moray and Salt Mines tour is good. Cars and trains were coordinated so no waiting. Guides were great. Very professional guides and very well organized. Didn't like the hotel so much at Aguas Calientes. But the trip to Inca citadel of Machu Picchu was amazing. We were lucky to have good weather condition to get some great pictures as memories.

Incredible trip! Exceeded all of our expectations. We had a small group. The 2 day Sacred Valley Trip was really well done. We learned so much from Domingo about the history and culture of the Incan history. He had personal experience as he grew up in the areas that we toured. Had I known about this company prior to the Machu Picchu leg of the trip we would have engaged them in Cusco. The itinerary and timing of the logistics was seamless. Well done Domingo! I have a friend in Peru.

Overall, this trip was AMAZING!!!! My boyfriend and I had a few days in Peru and we thought the 2-day Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour was perfect. At first, we didn't fully know what to expect but it could not have gone any better! The package was all inclusive from the attractions to our hotel stay to our transportation between locations. This was a huge plus as it eliminated the headache of ensuring you have everything ready ahead of time. The only additional cost was for lunch and dinner, which was nice as you get to explore Aguas Calientes and have more optionality on what you want to do. We were the only people in the tour group as this company specializes in private tours, which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience with the help of our guide, Juan Carlos! Juan Carlos was extremely nice and patient with our needs. He spoke English well, has strong communication skills, and is very passionate about his culture and history. Not only is he a great educator, he's also a great photographer! He knew all the spots and always made time to take photos of us, which was greatly appreciated. We would recommend him to anyone interested in this package! The first day had various stops and activities, first visiting the Chinchero textile shop to learn about how alpaca products are produced. We continued our journey, exploring the town of Chinchero, historical Incan farmlands, Moray, Salt Mines and Ollantaytambo Ruins. The tour included tons of historical knowledge that really put things into perspective! For lunch, we had the option to eat at two different places but we chose the buffet option. This restaurant was very big, clean, and food was great for ~75 soles. They even had entertainment for us to enjoy. Afterwards, we took the panoramic Incarail train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, which had amazing views along the river that leads to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted us at the train station, holding up a sign with our name to take us to the hotel. The hotel was great and the staff was extremely nice. One of the hotel employees even took our clothes to a laundromat down the block and brought our luggage bags to the train station when we headed back to the train after Machu Picchu. The second day we we went to Machu Picchu early in the morning to beat the crowds. Our guide took his time to explain the culture and history and we spent a good 3.5-4 hours at Machu Picchu! We learned so much about what makes Machu Picchu one of the wonders of the world and it was a surreal experience. Overall very happy with our experience with Machu Picchu Viajes Peru. We would recommend for everyone and we would work with this company again!

We are two couples ages 60-73 spent unforgettable five days in Peru with driver Benjamin and guide Sandro. Benjamin met us in Cusco airport and transfer to our hotel in Sacret Valley so we get used to high elevation. Benjamin is an excellent driver, driving at night on mountain road, we fell very safe. During five days in Peru, Benjamin was with us. He was very helpful, arrive always on time, help us to get in and out of the car. Sandro very knowledgeable guide with good communication skills (English) He has an ability to understand what we were interested in. We visited Sacret Valley, Mucho Pichu and Cusco. The trip was very pleasant I would highly recommend Sandro and Benjamin for Peru vist.

We had an incredible trip led by Sandro. He is a fountain of knowledge, so friendly, and made sure we were always comfortable. The tour was well set up and flexible to what we wanted to do (time spent at each place, restaurant recommendations). The Sacred Valley was beautiful, so gorgeous and so much history. We went early to Machu Picchu (highly recommended) and missed the lines and heat. Sandro clearly loves what he does - he’s a fabulous guide. It was a very special two days! We’ll definitely be calling Sandro and this company for the next Peru trip!

Great experience and time and at our own pace . 5 stars is deserved. They did a great job and went the extra mile. We had back surgery and ankle surgery a year ago in two members of our group, and were able to do the whole tour without problems with the help and advise of our guide. Thank you

It was such an awesome experience with the company. We did the 2day 1night Machu Picchu + sacred valley tour from Cusco. I initially wanted to book the tour on TripAdvisor but then saw one of the comments, and instead booked directly at the company website. Not only was it cheaper but also there are other options for add-on (for example, a better hotel in Aguas Calientes). Ramiro was our tour guide and he was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions, and offered useful tips. I couldn’t find a better company to do this tour with. We also ended up booking the taxi services between the hotel and the airport. Shout out to Machu Picchu Viajes and the amazing team. Thank you very much!

Overall , superb. We are very satisfied with this tour. Especially our tour guide (Sandro) is very communicativen and flexible with our conditions. Since I was travelling with my mom & dad , who is very old, we need to do a lot of stops during our trips. Sandro is able to foresee that and adapt our trip route to our group’s ability to do so. Special note to our driver Benji 😄 , he has been driving very good!! (the fact that the route is verry narrow and dangerous)

Fredy and his team were absolutely amazing at coordinating our trip to Peru. Domingo our guide understood that my elderly father had special needs and took extremely good care of him throughout the entire trip. We had to cancel our trip once earlier in the year due to a death in the family and the team was happy to help reschedule to later in the year. Over all we had an amazing time and I recommend this tour company to anyone out there looking for an amazing trip to Peru.
