Second time I used PeruHop - both times for the convenience except this time was not so convenient! Disorganized, found out last minute they do not pickup/dropoff at my hotel. Restaurant they use in Paracas not so great. Always had to check if my luggage got back on the bus, always changing meeting point, once pulled my back out trying to rush my back to the bus..

It was a well coordinated trip with good instructions given at each stop. Really enjoyed the Ballestas Island trip. Diego and Andrea took good care of us.

It was nice and well-organized, the tour guide (Renzo) was especially helpfull. Good way to see a lot in a small amount of time, especially the Ballestas Island and Golden Shadows tour was very nice. Keep in mind that it is a very busy programme. The Pisco Vineyard could have been skipped, felt like a tourist trap with no information about the vineyard, Pisco or how it's made, only a small tasting of two wines and a Pisco drinking game.

The tour was amazing. The sights and the activities were well worth the trip. The tour was very well organized. Danna our guide was extremely wonderful. She had a positive attitude throughout and made the tour more enjoyable. Overall a great experience and would recommend this tour for all.

We enjoyed our 2 day trip to hucachina from lima through peruhop. Somethings we like from using this service: 1. The trip was efficient. We know where to meet, what time we leave, what time we arrive, detailed itinerrary. Everything was included. We didn't have to look at different excursions/bus time/etc outselves. Just hop and relax. 2. The tour guides were nice and helpful. They make sure to wait for you and not leave you behind for a few minutes. Good thing everyone was somewhat on time so we didn't have to wait awhile for anyone. 3. They pick up/drop off at the hotel/hostel or centralized meeting point. It was nice to be dropped off right outside our hotel close to midnight when we're so tired. The things we didn't like: 1. The bathroom really stinks on the bus back. You can smell it from the outside. 2. The seats can recline all the way back (which sounds good). The issue with this was people are inconsiderate and put their seats all the way back when others just got on the bus. This made the seats behind them become "off-limits" or we have to tell them to put their seat up which could cause tension. There were two people infront of us and they reclined all the way back during the trip and it pushed against our knees. We told them to move their seat up a bit and they did but they kept pushing it back again later on and we had to tell them this 3 times. They want to be comfortable at the expense or someone else's comfort. Plus there were people putting the feet up behind someone else's head. I don't understand. I bet you if this happens to them they would not like it. How the experience could be improved by peruhop: 1. I think it'd be great if the seat can only recline a certain amount so that it doesn't dig into someone else's legs. 2. Announce to everyone the basic bus etiquette prior to the journey. 3.Clean the bathroom often or use air refreshener in the toilet and on the bus so we don't smell piss the whole ride.

The tour was absolutely amazing and well organized. Our Guides Franco and Sol were great! Franco explained everything perfectly clear and he was entertaining us during the ride. We can highly recommend taking this two-day-trip with Peru Hop!

The tour was very well organized with a lot of great stops (well known places and also „secret places“). Specifically our guides (Sandra, Arthur and Chris) did a very good job - they had a lot of great recommendations (what to do, what to eat and many more), were very helpful and always friendly! More like friends than like guides - they made our experience more than just a regular trip.

I traveled with another tour company to Peru which did not cover every location I wanted to visit. I was very anxious while booking with PeruHop after my friends left to go home. Sandra picked me up directly from my hotel door with a smile and my anxiety just disappeared because I knew I was in good hands. Sandra and Arthur did my tour, and the only regret I have is that I did not have more time to spend with them. They kept everyone on schedule, helped everyone book whatever they wanted 24/7, and showed enthusiasm for both their job and their country. I'm very proud to have visited Peru to meet such good individuals during my stay, and the PeruHop team made me feel very welcome and offered me the best photos from my entire trip and the most fun I've had in my life. Book the trip.

This tour was not worth the time, and it’s a lot of time on a bus to be rushed from site to site, just so they can stop at contracted restaurants for their kickbacks. In all fairness, if one is doing the complete circuit, maybe the Peru Hop could be an option, but definitely not for this tour from Lima. On the positive side, the organization of picking us up at our hotel and their always ensuring everyone is present and where they should be is flawless. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. The visit to the slave tunnels was superficial at best. This was one of two stops that should be eliminated. Especially as it meant we needed to rush to Paracas because they have a contracted restaurant they’d like you to order lunch from. No thanks. Speaking of Paracas. Meh. The Ballestas Islands (rocks) is a very long stretch to describe as a mini Galápagos Islands. A few sea lions, penguins and sea birds on a rock, are, well, a few sea lions, penguins and sea birds on a rock. Not really breathtaking from a tour boat. The National Park in Paracas was slightly more interesting but as we needed to go to the Pisco wine tasting we were rushed through. Great, all onto a new minibus whereby the driver maybe should’ve gotten directions on how to get there. Following the route on google maps making a huge circle to get there. Pisco testing, forget it. Rush through the kickback lunch as we’re again late and need to rush to Huacachina. This tour is simply poorly plotted for the allotted time- unless of course you enjoy sitting on the bus. And just to highlight how ludicrous this was. The ride back to Lima at night where everybody was trying to sleep was interrupted from the bus driver who thought it would be a good idea to play music on the ride home. Sorry, but of our 18 day trip to Peru, these two days were our least favorite bordering on torture. Do yourself a favor and hop right past booking this tour

Tour was amazing. Well worth the price. Was very organized and seemless from activity to activity. Diego made sure the group remained together at all stops and took our food orders for restaurants before we arrived. Favorite part of the trip was Huacachina where we had about 3 hours. I would definitely recommended spending more time here if you can! But the tour was fantastic, the bus was comfortable and came equipped with usb outlets in the seat for charging. Glad we went with this one.

The sand dunes were spectacular and the buggy ride was so much fun! Huacachina is truly a gem!! Also we saw penguins and sea lions at the islands!! The guides were remarkable, my guide was Paolo and he was truly the best!!

Diego, our guide, was fabulous. He went above and beyond for all of our requests. We had an easy bus ride to Paracas to take a boat cruise out to the Ballestas Islands. We stopped to see the Candelabra, one of the Nasca Lines, on the way out and saw a lot of wildlife. Humboldt penguins and a lot of sea lions. We enjoyed lunch and Pisco Sours in Paracas before reboarding the bus. Next stop was Huacachina, an oasis in the Peruvian desert. After a stroll around the lake we hiked up a sand dune to catch a dune buggy ride. The drivers really know how to make it fun. After a few wild and crazy rides we stopped to sand board on the dunes, so much fun, absolutely loved it! Last stop was at the top of the dunes to enjoy a gorgeous sunset! Headed back Lima now. Diego made the day flow seamlessly.

The trip was great due to having Andrea as our guide. She explained the tours well, and she made sure our needs were met. I also received excellent customer service from Leonardo. Thank you Andrea and Leonardo! The buses are really well maintained, clean and comfortable. It’s a safe way to visit Peru.

Dana was such an amazing tour guide! Only thing i regret was not taking more time - which was due to my own time constraint. I recommend doing more than 2 days (1 night) though if you have the time. It’s a lot of ground to cover.
