Amazing and entertaining experience with a devoted tour guide. Two days seemed very little for covering such a big distance. However, the trip is very well organised and the guide is ready to tell you all the details about each town

The Sibiu citadel Sighișoara, are situated in Transilvania region, ancient city areas with medieval towers and a building sorounded by Defense walls, nice hotels area and restaurants serving Romanian food, but not only, oriental cuisine, occidental!. Also a lot of boutique, selling various products and brands, handmade!!

Sadly we did not made it to the tour because is been cancelled by the tour operator without permission. After I asked some normal questions such as rooms arrangements and pick up point I literally being insulted aggressively by the incredibly unprofessional 'customer service' person. They cancelled the tour after I specifically said NOT TO and that they simply dont care. I never in my life being treated in a such rude manner, I felt upset and outraged, so much so that One excellence tour company continued to insulting me via my private email and this is not being reported to the police as harassment. Avoid those criminals at all cost!

We had a small group of 4 and had Ovi as our driver/guide. He was excellent, very knowledgeable about the history and politics of Transylvania and Romania. There was a lot of driving involved, but the places we went to were worth it.

Our guide Sergiu was great. He was professional and knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and was a great driver. All of the stops on the tour were interesting sights and we were very happy with the hotel we stayed in during the overnight. We felt like we had plenty of time to explore each location. We would definitely recommend this trip!

We had the best tour guide, Marius. We felt safe and had fun. We learned soo much about the history of Romania. If you are traveling to Romania we rate this trip a must do! The people are nice, the food is great, all with amazing driving skills. Marius went above and beyond! Thank my friend.

Viator never lets you down. Our guide Emanuel was excellent, the trip and the hotel was more than we expected. We saw castles and churches, learned so much of history. Transylvanian countryside, mountains and villages were both magnificent and beautiful. At the Carpathian mountains we were lucky to see even some bears!

We loved this tour so much. Emanuel was a terrific, top-rate guide and we'd HIGHLY recommend taking this tour with him. He provided a ton of interesting information and captivated us the entire trip. He also ensured that even the littlest things were taken care of—he brought us umbrellas a few times while we were exploring on our own and there were downpours; he ensured our rooms were clean and met his expectations. I could go on and on. As far as the locations, they all were amazing. Bran Castle has become a bit too touristy, but it was worth it for seeing the architecture of the castle, its surrounding park, and learning the history. Peles Castle was something not to miss. And all of the towns we visited were so interesting. We would love to spend more time in the main places, but this tour exposed us to them and gave us a taste of what to expect during a longer stay. Our tour detoured slightly and we skipped the monastery in favor of a trip on Transfăgărășan Highway, which was jaw droopingly beautiful. It could have been a long car day, but it didn't feel that way at all because the scenic views took our breath away and we were able to stop for pictures. There was an adorable little area for tourists to try local foods and then near the bottom of the mountain, we hit brown bear country and were able to see FOUR brown bears just outside our vehicle along the route. This was the highlight of our trip to Romania and we cannot recommend this tour enough. Take this trip and thank us later.

An outstanding ,cultural indepth view of historic Romania. Emanual our driver was a pure delight with his knowledge and love of his country. He exceeded all our expectations of this tour and I will say this was one of the best tour guides I've done. I highly recommend this tour as it goes above and beyond anything I've been on before.

Excellent guide, Emanuel. Not only was he a savvy driver (knowing how to detour around many traffic jams) but he was knowledgeable in spoken English, in Romanian history, and was very sympathetic to the mobility difficulties experienced by one of the couples on our 4-person tour. On the second day he provided alternative options because the Biertan Church would be too much of a challenge. We all liked Peles Castle the best! The one-hour long wait to enter Bram Castle was unfortunate because it delayed our progress on the first day and led to a very late lunch in Brasov. It was late enough that we skipped dinner! If Viator could provide for a timed entry into Bram or a back door entry, that would be better. Overnight in Sighisoara was at a charming hotel. Was glad we had chosen to overnight there rather than in Brasov (a much larger town) or Sibiu (which we visited on the second day). We were all happy we had selected this tour.

Our Guide, Emanuel, was wonderful. Loads of interesting facts and scenic views. Visited Pele's castle and Bran castle, Sibiu and Brasov. Everything during the tour was great! He made sure we had suggested restaurants that were appropriate, but valued whatever decisions we made. Very caring for the guests and superb service. Can't say enough good things about our tour and guide.

The cities we visited definitely worth to be seen, Sibiu and Sighsoara are super charming. Its a easy way to go to this area of the country if you dont want to rent a car, and you can enjoy the landscapes of the road. The hotel we stayed was really good with great breakfast. The guide was good and attentive. Great tour!

This was a amazing trip .. two days and we were able to see fortress churches ,, medieval cities and castles all with a semi private group and the great tour guide ( Paul ) was very fluent in English and had an excellent grasp of the history and background of every single place we visited . The van was comfortable , the tour operator on time , and the sights and scenery were phenomenal . The hotel we stayed at ( Hotel Bulevard) was lovely and right next to the Sighisoara Old Town entrance. All in all I highly recommend this tour .

Our tour guide Alex made our trip extraordinary. He was very knowledgeable, personable and always willing to help. The itinerary was superb. We highly recommend the trip. It enabled us to see many Romanian highlights in a short period of time.

Brilliant guide! Very knowledgeable and keen to share information. Wonderful scenery and Pepe’s Castle was a highlight. Fantastic hotel for overnight stay in Sighisoara. Would thoroughly recommend this tour, a perfect introduction to Romania.

Very nice tour! Alex, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned tons of interesting facts and he took care to always take the best options for us. The van was comfortable and the hotel for the night out was great too. The tour is a bit packed but definetely a very efficient way to see the best highlights in Romania in a short time.

It was an amazing experience. Alex, our tour guide, did an amazing tour of all the sights. He was detailed and added amazing information about all the sites and more about Romanian history and culture. He answered all our questions with such great details. This tour is a must! Really the best part of our trip!
