We had a good time, no problems with the Jeep. It was ready when we got there. Drop off was easy peasy.

Loved every minute of our Jeep rental! This is our 3rd time renting , take the top all the way back and drive! Day 1 , drove to Metcalf Bottoms to walk in water and have a picnic lunch, from there we drove to clingmans dome and walked to the top! The jeep adds so much to the experience of driving thru the mountains for the whole family... view after view!! Day 2 , cades cove, took parsons branch road exit out of cades cove , fun road to drive, several water crossings! Parsons branch road will take you to mile 3 of the tail of the dragon on highway 129. Turn left and it will take you to 2 gift shops and gas station , we ate at deals gap ,great food ! Also drove Foothills Parkway seen a bear with wonderful mountain views ! Fabulous experience everytime , SMJR will also provide you with a map if you would like suggestions on where to drive your jeep but you can take your jeep anywhere that 200 miles a day will take you! Thank you SMJR , we will be back!!

We loved taking the top down and driving through the mountains!! We had the Jeep for a couple of days and did a number of different drives. The Jeep was clean, well maintained and the staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely be back and recommend!

We were camping in our Class A and don’t have a vehicle. We decided to rent a jeep, but on the morning of pick up, I had no way to get there to pick up the Jeep. Uber and Lyft are not abundant in the Pigeon Forge area. I called the office to tell them I’m trying to get there, and they were nice enough to come get me! I got to their cool Jeep shop, and they helped me with some information on attractions and even a trail through Cade’s Cove that was a good road for an easy, off the beaten path Jeep ride. Much better, and cheaper, than the side by sides we thought about renting. The Jeep was a 2021, with all the bells and whistles! Very nice ride! Will definitely do it again, as they even rent cabins with discounts if you rent a Jeep.

This was our second time renting from SMJR. The best customer service. The Jeep was great, clean and easy to use. We were also given a number to call after business hours if we had questions. SMJR took the time to provide recommendations along with a guided map of places to go. We only had the Jeep rented for 2 days but we were having so much fun we rented it for one more day because of SMJR reasonable rates.

Second year we have rented one of their jeeps. This time we did 2 days and it’s worth every penny for us. We had a great time again this year. Will definitely be back next year. We went on a trail that just reopened off at cades cove as suggested by the people working there when we picked it up, and weren’t disappointed great ride through some creeks and saw a part of the mountains I wouldn’t have been able to see with my car! Reasonably priced fun time for my family to do.

We had not planned to rent a jeep but we had car troubles and didn't want to ruin our vacation. We called SMJR first and had a nice conversation with them. Then visited their store and they continued with their great customer service. Everyone was excellent to work with, very friendly and very helpful! They got us thru the rental process quickly as we had tickets to other attractions for the first day. We actually rented the jeep for 3 days. The rental was a 2021 jeep, it was in great shape and very clean. They gave us a few ideas of places to visit with the jeep. They were excellent suggestions, we had a great time. Unfortunately the weather wasn't nice enough to put the top down (it rained one day and was cold the other days). But that did not take away from our great time. The return was quick and easy. We will rent a jeep from them again the next time we are visiting the area. If you are looking for a jeep to rent while in the Smoky Mountains we would highly recommend Smoky Mountain Jeep Rentals.

We rented the jeep online with no issues. When we arrived to pick it up, the staff was friendly and helpful. We have not rented/owned a Jeep before, so we needed a lot of instructions on the operation of the top, etc. The gentleman helping us with the instruction was very patient and informative. The employee at the counter gave us a map with highlighted routes that were GREAT! They were all awesome!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Jeep rental was as expected , read all of the rules before you rent!!! The company was good as we didn't call to verify our reservation but they got us a Jeep regardless. During our rental we had a rain storm and the wipers were shot! The AUX was also wonky in our Jeep and the kids were bummed they didn't have their tunes. Told dude that upon returning he just looked at me and asked to give them a high rating on the internet.

Awesome! We did the 1 day rental last year and liked it so much we did the 2 day rental this year. Everyone at Smoky Mountain Jeep Outfitters are so nice and helpful. They give you suggested routes to explore, or you can find your own. The Jeeps are in excellent condition and the rental and return process is quick and easy. We will do it again and highly recommend it to everyone. They also have a wide selection of Jeep merchandise available for sale.

Another awesome experience! Rented for two days and glad we did! Got to see Elk, bear and other wildlife and amazing views using their suggested routes. Staff is always been friendly and helpful each time. Jeep rental is the first thing we reserve when coming to Pigeon Forge! We also got “ducked “ while we were parked at the Track.
