It was an incredible experience to have John as our guided tour and teach us in a very professional and comfortable matter how to use the Segway and our tour become the best tour I have ever done in a city

A fun way to see Atlanta. Jeremy was a fantastic tour guide! We toured the MLK memorial, Inman Park and Krog Market.

Jet was a great tour guide and fun to be with. He was very knowledgeable of the area and a great tutor when we were learning how to use the Segway. It was easier than we thought.🤗

Even with the weather being a cold drizzling rain to start our segway tour, we all would rate it a 10/10!! Jett, our very cool tour guide, helped an overly zealous wife, very reluctant husband, and super anxious teen feel confident during our pre-tour lesson. The tour itself didn’t have a ton of stops, but the few stops had interesting facts & stories! Most of all it was nice to cover so much ground of the city without putting more miles on our feet. We now want every tour in every city to be on segways!

Fun , immersive and interesting way to experience Atlanta. Shane was knowledgeable and friendly. Way more fun than a bus ride!

Just learning how to ride a Segway was just so fun. Then just riding around and seeing all the random sculptures and art was amazing

Our tour was amazing and our guide was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He gave us a lot of history that we did not know about Atlanta. He was great and made the tour more fun.

Shane was a great guide, we had a lot of fun once we learned how to balance on the Segway. We visited few spots in midtown in a day with nice weather!

The tour cancelled my tour the morning of my scheduled time because their guide was sick. They only provide a partial refund for 100% their issue. They still charged me 55.90 however. Reached out to the company a few times to find out why they still charged me and they are not returning my calls or emails. This has been the case for a few weeks.. Customer service training needed for sure. Where’s my full refund??

The tour was a good length covering 8 miles around the city. Jet the tour guide did a great job and I swear he pointed out every pothole, crack in the pavement and Segway obstacle to make sure we were all kept safe. With a permanent smile he was a perfect guide.

Fun learning experience. Learned so much about the history and culture of Atlanta. As a beginner, Mirror, our guide, trained us well and was an excellent guide.

Cousin was such a fantastic and hospital tour guide during our time together on the segweys. They were so personable not only with me but every person we met while showing me the city and neighborhoods of Atlanta. Great tour.

My daughter and I traveled to Atlanta from Dallas and were so excited to do the Segway tour but couldn’t get our rental car in time. Viator was so kind to refund our money within an hour of when I explained to them our situation. Now that is customer service!

The tour guide, Jet, was wonderful and patient with us. We really enjoyed our time. He was very informative about Midtown history.

Jett and Mira were the friendliest and welcoming people. Instantly made a some what nerve racking experience so much fun. I'd do it again and again.
