Nasser was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the tour itinerary. He explained a lot of cultural details behind the history of Jinja and was a great driver on the road trip as well. We had a great time and he even took me to a great local restaurant. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Uganda and Nasser thank you for being an awesome guide!

Nasser was a great guide from the beginning to the end! We had a little money glitch and he worked with us and made it work out! He is a true gentleman and had a lot of information to share with us about bother the falls and the boat ride. We saw beautiful birds and also a lizard! We went to the meeting place of Lake Victoria and the Nile River and met some pretty amazing men on their water hut and got amazing pictures! What a great experience being able to see the community first hand and eat at a community restaurant! Great food! Would definitely recommend this trip!

I recommend this trip to get to see the source of the Nile. Along the way, you’ll er to visit a sacred waterfall and the tour works with local fishers for the boat portion. Nasser Was very friendly and helpful. Be prepared for a huge lunch buffet of local food. I had a few Jinga tours cancel on me as a solo traveler, so I especially recommend this one to my fellow solo travelers, as they confirmed and carried out my booking with no problems.

A fantastic one-day trip. Nasser is a very entertaining guide and knows plenty of details about the history and traditions of Uganda. We visited the waterfall, the forest and the Nile springs, ending with a delicious lunch of local specialities. I highly recommend this experience and this guide. A word of caution: allow plenty of time to go back to Kampala. Traffic jams in rush hour are unbelievable.

Excellent day trip from Kampala! The time spent at each spot was well-timed and the place where we stopped to eat was great as well. Nasser was very accommodating and patient, and clearly loves his job! I definitely recommend the trip.

This was a WONDERFUL experience. Nassar was full of both knowledge and personality. He was accommodating to the group and we sincerely appreciate him for that. All of the stops were great and timed perfectly. This is a definite MUST DO in Kampala.

It was a fun day and the driver was nice and knowledgeable. I do think it’s quite overpriced for what it is. The boat ride on the Nile was very short and most of the time was spent driving around. It was still nice to see Jinja and the driver made sure we were comfortable.

This was a trip organized last minute and was really enjoyable! Nasser was an incredible guide and went out of his way to make the day worthwhile. The side trips to Ssezibwa falls and the route back via Namugongo were appreciated. Nasser has good cultural knowledge about the two kingdoms i.e. Buganda and Busoga, and his interactions with the locals in both languages made for interesting conversations. Would recommend the trip for solo travelers or groups.

I wanted a mix of culture and nature and I got it with this tour. I met my guide, Nassar, a passionate Jinjian, who provided great care and storytelling in this very robust overview of the area and its offerings. The tour company was easy to work with as well and answered all of my questions, they even allowed me to begin the tour in Entebbe and return to Kampala which was extremely helpful with my travel plans. The car used was comfortable but the blackened windows limited some viewing unless windows were down.

I was traveling solo with two other tourists in the group. Our guide was Nasser. He was an excellent guide and driver. He picked us up in Kampala and brought us back there after the tour. Before reaching Jinja, we had a food stop where they were selling grilled meat, fried Bananas and Rolex, which was like an omelette wrapped in chapati. I really liked that we stopped there since I was curious about the food interestingly called Rolex and wanted to try it. Then we proceeded to Jinja, making a stop by the new bridge before proceeding with the boat ride that brought us from Lake Victoria and into the River Nile. Overall, a great experience and a must-do when visiting Uganda.

The first thing I noticed when I met Nassar was his enthusiasm and genuine pleasant all around attitude. After spending 2 days with him I could see he loves what he is doing. His knowledge of the history and of Kampala and Uganda was highlighted by his presentation which was first class. I highly recommend his services
