Guide DEAN Morgan “occupied” the year 1919 with his encyclopedic knowledge of the facts and his down-to-earth presentation of the players & gamblers involved in that World Series. We loved DEAN and lived his tour.

Eric was great, nice and loud so everybody could here. He was also very accurate on his description of the entire White Sox team, and Cincinnati Reds team.

Our guide, Martin, is a great story-teller. We walked through the downtown area near the ballpark while he explained the details of the Black Sox/Cleveland world series and pointed out locations involved in planning the fix. The tour was very informative and entertaining. Had a great time.

The guide was great he knew the history of baseball in Cincinnati, however it just felt like a walk around the block. Was disappointed.

Such a fun walking tour. Very timely as well as we did it on the very weekend where the Sox were playing the Reds. We even ran into one of the White Sox players on the street by the Hilton where they must have been staying.

Dean was extremely knowledgeable about the baseball scandal and presented the information in an interesting manner. I also liked him pointing out some of the great architectural buildings on our tour as well. We live in Cincinnati, but have learned so much about our city on all of the American Legacy Tours that we have taken.

This was my favorite tour. Our tour guide Eric was a great story teller and had information to share I had never known and I think I’m a pretty big baseball fan! His presentation painted a perfect picture and brought the story to life for me. Highly recommend.

Eric was an awesome tour guide. We had one baseball fanatic and one moderate fan. It was interesting and educational for both. Highly recommend for something different to do before the game!

We enjoyed our tour with Craig! My boyfriend is a baseball fan and why I surprised him with the tour. However I enjoyed it just as much, the stories and details were interesting. We also enjoyed getting some of the history of the buildings and sites.

George was our tour guide. His knowledge of baseball history in Cincinnati was amazing! He did not use one note, which I thought was amazing. I appreciated that we walked to the sites where the chicanery happened! That made it real, to imagine the betting scandal that took place. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour!

An amazing experience of so much baseball history. The guide was very knowledgable about baseball facts and the interesting history baseball has in Cincinnati. We got to see a few different key places in the establishment of baseball history and the rule change of 1919 that still holds true today. Would highly recommend for any baseball fan.

Meets downtown at Fountain Square on Saturday mornings at 10:30. Our tour guide, George dressed up in his 1919 Reds' uniform did an excellent job citing not only the details of the 1919 World Series but much of the early history of major league baseball. While a walking tour, you generally stay in a 4-5 block radius of the square. Was very surprised how instrumental the city of Cincinnati was during the early days of professional baseball. If you want to truly paint the town Red on your trip, do the baseball tour in conjunction with the Hall of Fame/Reds' game that night.

No show by tour guide. Waited 1/2hr, called and left voice and email message with no response. There was another father/son that were there with the same experience.
