DO NOT BOOK WITH BUSH 2 CITY! Going on an African Safari is a bucket list item and a trip of a lifetime! There is a lot of research, planning, and a lot of money is involved. Therefore, be very careful who you book your tour with! Our tour started in Kenya with our driver/guide Dixson who was with us for 5 days. On our first night of safari, we arrived at our scheduled lodge Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort which was an absolutely beautiful resort. Upon our arrival, we were told that we had no reservation at the property! We were shocked and very disappointed, and we were literally turned away! Not a good way to start out on our safari. This was not our driver’s fault, however the poor planning of our tour operator Bush 2 City. Our driver took us to another lodge quite some distance away arriving about 2 hours after dark around 8 p.m. This was a very nice small boutique lodge and all of the staff were wonderful. However, arriving late in the evening and in the dark was disappointing, especially since we were to have stayed at the beautiful resort that we were turned away from that was on our scheduled itinerary. We made the best of it and the following days in Kenya were amazing. The 2nd portion of our safari was Tanzania. This is when things went terribly wrong! On our 1st night, we had been turned away from TWO lodges due to not having a reservation! It took THREE attempts before we arrived at the lodge where our reservation was! On day 2 in Tanzania, our driver/guide Nickson flipped out and had a crazed lunatic meltdown! Nickson yelled and screamed at both of us on 2 occasions this day, unprovoked. We were nothing but polite and respectful to this man. When I politely and calmly told him that he should never raise his voice and yell at his customers he went into a lunatic rage! On this same day, Nickson did a couple of things that were appalling to us. Throwing water on a male lion that was sleeping to antagonize the lion was very disturbing! And driving the vehicle within inches of lions that were lying on the ground resting in what seemed like for the purpose of harassing the lions! Can you imagine how excited we were to be on this once-in-a-lifetime trip and to be screamed at by our guide? If you ever encounter a driver by the name of Nickson in Tanzania, DO NOT GET INTO THE VEHICLE! THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS! Tragically this absolutely damaged our trip and our memories. For this reason - ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK WITH BUSH 2 CITY TOURS! Jackson the owner is a very nice man and tried to make the best of the remainder of our tour by arranging for us another driver/guide by the name of Barick who was an employee of Karibu Sametu Camp that we stayed at the night of Nickson’s raging meltdown. After experiencing the HELL of Nickson, Barick was an Angel! He was a nice man and the remainder of our tour in Tanzania was wonderful. Wrapping up the 2 last days of our tour back in Kenya we acquired a new driver/guide Edison. Edison was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable about photography and had endless knowledge of all kinds of animals. We would have loved to have Edison for all 12 days! Unfortunately, one bad/lunatic driver has given us a bad memory experience for us. It is true, one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Bush to City changed some of our scheduled accommodations for lesser types of lodges after we were provided our day-by-day itinerary when we booked. Communication with this company was intermittent and sometimes poor prior to our arrival in Kenya. STAY AWAY FROM AND DO NOT BOOK WITH BUSH 2 CITY TOURS!

We got back from a 12 day tour in Kenya and Tanzania and it was absolutely fabulous. Jackson was so incredibly accommodating and helpful in planning our amazing safari. He responds super fast, gives great advice, and is extremely patient. We had a guide waiting for us at the airport when we got in at 4 am. Then the same guide took us to the Giraffe Center, Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, and lunch at Carnivore later at 9 am. The following day, another Jackson showed up to explain to us what we were doing and how long the drive was between parks to prepare us. He answered all of our questions and introduced us to our guide Q. Q was extremely knowledgeable and really tried to find us everything we were looking for. He answered so many questions about animals and really helped us maximize our game drives there. Q handed us off to Vincent in Tanzania and he was an absolute hoot. We laughed so much and Vincent really tried so hard to help us find the elusive leopard. We had a lot of boxed lunches and Vincent would always try to find places with amazing views to eat our food. One of the best memories was visiting a preschool. The kids were so friendly and it was such a nice way to start the day. I had an absolute blast and was so happy with the service that was provided by Bush 2 City.

We had an amazing experience using Bush 2 City Adventure as our tour operators. We arrived in Nairobi late due to flight issues and had to change our departure time, which was not an issue for our tour guide, Michael. Michael was very professional, friendly and did everything he could to make our experience memorable, to see a wide variety of animals, and to make us comfortable. We traveled around in Toyota Landcruisers from park to park which was at times very bumpy on the dirt roads, but gave us a unique experience to see the countryside and the way that the locals live each day. Michael was very kind and caring towards our adult special needs daughter which was much appreciated. We had no issues at the border between Kenya and Tanzania thanks to the information we were given ahead of time by Bush 2 City. Once in Tanzania we had a new tour guide, Aziz who was equally amazing. He was very knowledgable about the birds in particular and helped us to appreciate the Serengeti fully. We had great success viewing every animal we wished to see and we loved the camps and lodges everywhere we stayed. I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had. The only downside would be the age of the vehicles due to the wear and tear they experience, but I know Bush 2 City is replacing some of their fleet in the near future. Of all of the tour companies we could have chosen, I am grateful that we chose Bush 2 City. They were very reasonably priced compared to others that we reached out to.

Amazing 15 Day Kenya/Tanzania Safari with Bush 2 City!!! We had an incredible 15 day Kenya and Tanzania safari! Jackson has earned my full trust and respect - he set everything up, and then he came through in the clutch when our international flights into Kenya got completely fubared at the last minute and everything went sideways. With the trip on the line and us not knowing what was going to happen (arrival ended up being delayed by three full days, but we then extended the trip from 12 to 15 days), Jackson didn't even blink, he just said "don't worry about it, I'll take care of it." This had to entail a ***last minute*** rebooking of 5 different accommodations (lodges and tent camps throughout the Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Amboseli), airport meet and greet and transfers, a last minute schedule change for our guides in both Kenya and Tanzania, rescheduling a much-better-than-expected hot air balloon ride that we had on the books, and probably a whole lot of other stuff that I don't know anything about. I feared the worst, but he handled it all like it was nothing and once we arrived the entire trip absolutely went off without a hitch. Had the opportunity to meet Jackson in person over lunch in Arusha and have to say that I couldn't have been more impressed with him and his entire team. We're already planning our next trip, and it will ~definitely~ be with Bush 2 City! Highly recommend with zero hesitation. The vehicles - they couldn't have been better. Both vehicles we had were pop-top Toyota Landcruisers (the gold standard). Both were relatively new and were in great condition. The guides - they were incredible. I'm a wildlife photographer based in Montana, USA, living in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem just a few miles from the border of the Park itself. So I spend a significant amount of time in the field, tracking and photographing grizzly bears and all of our local wildlife. Basically, I do this all the time. And I was shocked by how good our guides were. I'm not easily impressed, but I was thoroughly impressed by them. They were the best in every way - incredibly knowledgeable, personable, passionate, and professional... and really just as cool as could be. They were a huge part of our experience and we really had so much fun with them. They were in the know, had the inside track with everyone and everything, and put us on the spot time after time after time throughout the entire trip. They were respectful of the wildlife and the park regulations, while continually putting us on the spot. Could not have been better. They both exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The wildlife - I couldn't even begin to list the wildlife or numbers involved. Saw the Big 5 several times over, far too many lions to count, lost count of the leopards (one incredible encounter right outside our tent one night), lost count of the the cheetahs (one on a fresh kill at sunset that I'll never forget), birdlife and raptors galore, 13 black rhinos(!), massive bull elephants, etc etc etc. The wildlife was truly nonstop. There's a lot of safari companies out there and I have to say that in the 15 days we were in the bush I didn't see a single one I would have rather been with. I will not hesitate to book with Bush 2 City again. The only thing I'll do differently is to give Jackson carte blanche to set it all up. The last minute tented camp he chose for us was better than all the accommodations that I picked myself and there was no discernable difference in price - just quality. #Respect

We just got back from our private 12-day safari to Kenya and Tanzania organized by the Bush 2 City Adventures . The trip was great and what we saw and experienced in East Africa exceeded all our expectations. Jackson spent a lot of time and effort to create a perfect itinerary for us. We kept changing our safari starting time and our lodges preferences and Jackson was quick to make all the needed changes. He provided a number of invaluable suggestions and helped us all along in our planning process. Our guides Gideon in Kenya and Said in Tanzania were excellent and we highly recommend them. I think that Bush 2 City Adventures is an exceptional company and deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend it to everybody who is planning trip to East Africa.

We absolutely loved working with Jackson. We extended our stay to 15 days, and he worked with us to custom our itinerary. We were incredibly happy with his service, attention to detail, his communication, the guides he provided were phenomenal. We got up close and personal with the animals. The local people we met were incredible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

After over 60 years having passed, during which time I spent watching nature shows and documentaries on television with my father, who loved nature and instilled the love of animals in me, my feet finally landed in Nairobi, Kenya on September 2, 20022. This trip was on my "bucket list" for many years and now it had became a reality. My good friend Jerry arranged and coordinated this 12 day African adventure with Jackson of Bush 2 City Adventures that made my dream come true. Jackson was always available to answer all of our travelling group of six, questions concerning every detail of our safari. We wanted to not only experience up close encounters with Africa's diverse wildlife, but also make connections with the people of Kenya and Tanzania and learn about their culture and how they lived their daily lives. We were guided by two excellent drivers/game-spotters. In Kenya, Simon, using his incredible eyesight, spotted animals while driving that we couldn't see looking through binoculars. The very first day of safari produced almost all of the animals I came to see; four of the five of Africa's Big Five. The only missing animal was a rhino. We saw many herds of Masai cattle along the roadside and were told by Simon how the nomadic Masai men moved from place to place looking for the best grazing locations to ensure that the wealth which is in their cattle was maintained. We visited a Masai village and interacted with the adults and the children that lived there. My lasting memory of this experience will be how friendly the people were; especially the children who ran toward our group to greet us. In Tanzania, NIckson became our guide and like Simon, had eagle eyes, spotting big and small animals and birds. Bush 2 City Adventures went above and beyond our expectations to make a "bucket list" safari an experience of a lifetime. Now when I watch a nature show on TV, I can say, "I was there." Unbelievable!

Me and my partner spent 13 days on a private safari tour of Kenya/Tanzania, organized through Bush2City Adventures and what an incredible experience it was. We dealt with Jackson during the planning process, who was so quick to respond to all of our questions and optimize the itinerary to ensure we had the best experience on safari. He also provided guidance on how to obtain our Visas to enter Tanzania and Kenya and frequently checked in with us to ensure all our needs were met. All of the guides we had were absolutely incredible. Nick took us around Nairobi on day one, then George took us to Lake Navaisha and Nakuru. Simon showed us the Masai Mara and Amboseli, and Nickson took us exploring around the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. They were all very experienced guides, each with over 10-15 years of experience running Safari tours. It was incredible how they would spot the animals from such far distances. I really appreciated how they would give additional context as to why the animals were behaving in certain ways or explain key facts about the animals. The game drives were all incredible and I appreciated how the guides really tailored the experience to what we wanted. Sometimes they would let us go for longer drives when we weren’t ready to go back, they always had a nice stock of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and often served us luxury hot lunches with wine or beer (which many other tour companies didn’t seem to do!). Every game drive delivered some sort of new, interesting experience. We saw so many cool things like lion hunts, leopard bringing it’s prey up a tree, multiple Wildebeest river crossings (which was such a life experience to see!) baby rhino’s, baby lions, baby cheetahs, cheetahs feasting on a kill and the list goes on! We also had a few add-on experiences to our package, all of which were just incredible. We visited the Giraffe Centre and Elephant Orphanage in Nairobi, as well as the Karen Blixen museum. We visited a Masaai tribe in the Mara, learning about how they live and their cultural traditions. We opted to do a hot air balloon ride in the Masai Mara and in the Serengeti, we had a beautiful dinner set-up in the middle of the wilderness (which was scary, but beautiful and felt safe since they had rangers patrolling and monitoring the area around us). Without these incredible and very knowledgeable guides, we definitely would not have had such an amazing experience. I’ll also say that Bush2City has very new, clean and well maintained safari jeeps. All the lodges and camps were so luxurious with incredible food and stunning views. The people at every lodge or luxury tented camp were so friendly and provided just the most incredible service. I truly felt like this Luxury Safari was the experience of a lifetime and I credit Bush2City Adventures for making that happen! I’ll definitely be booking future African tours with them again. Thanks!

I booked a solo trip with Bush2City for the 12 day Best of Kenya and Tanzania Safari. I had done a ton of research on various tour company options and selected Bush2City based on reviews from other travelers. This trip was stunning - I am a photographer and got so many amazing shots of the terrain and animals. It was truely a life changing experience. The Serengeti balloon ride gliding over the tree tops. Watching the elephants and the graceful giraffes. My guides, Jaime and Danforth, were kind, very well informed as I the one who asks tons of questions and both great people! They made this trip wonderful. Jackson was an amazing organizer! Highly recommend!!

I worked with Jackson and Ismail form Bush2City to put together a 12 day safari for my wife and I over a year ago. I indicated that there were some specific criteria that were important to me which was to see the migration and river crossings, see and photograph the big 5 and observe some animal hunts. They were very helpful in providing suggestions of parks to spend more time and where to spend less. So finally after all the emails and chats our plan came to fruition in mid September. Ismail met us at our Hotel in Nairobi to go over details of our Safari and introduces us to our driver and guide James. The first part of our journey took us through the Kenyan countryside along the great Rift valley to our first stop at Lake Nakuru NP (2 nights) and then to Maasai Mara triangle (3 nights) at the beautifully appointed Serena Lodge. Our guide James knowledgeable, attentive and was amazing at spotting animals. By the end of the 5 days we saw up close and personal the big 5 (elephant, the critically endangered black rhino, buffalo, lion and the elusive leopard) with the addition of a pack of 5 cheetahs and all the other wildlife and birds. To top it off we were front and center at the Mara river to watch the drama of the wildebeest crossing with massive Nile crocodiles, lions and hyenas showing the realities of nature. At this point, the team from Bush2City had put check marks in all my criteria boxes and fulfilled my expectations. Very good since this was only half way through our Safari was only half done The second part of our Safari was to cover the Serengeti in Tanzania. We had to make the long drive to Isibania to officially exit Kenya and enter Tanzania. Instructions from Ismail made this a simple process. Within 45 mins we were introduced to Danford, our new guide and driver on the Tanzanian side. James had done such a great job on the Kenyan side, Danford had huge shoes to fill. The Tanzanian side of our safari would bring us fromh the northern Serengeti to central Serengeti, then off to Ngorongoro NP before ending in Arusha. I would say that Danford did not disappoint us. We were able to spot the big 5 in a different environment, watch how lions hunt and also observe a larger river crossing of the wildebeest. The additional touch that made this such a memorable experience for my wife and I was the hot meal that Danford put together for a wonderful lunch with tables, chairs under an Acacia tree on the open Serengeti plains. Ngorongoro also brought other unique experiences with incredible views for the crater from the Sopa Lodge. The team at Bush2City, Ismail, Jackson, James and Danford were amazing and made my bucket list adventure an unforgettable and memorable experience. Thank you very much. PS I had booked a short stay in Zanzibar on my own. Even though Bush2City's obligation ended at the Arusha airport, Ismail was helpful to put me in touch with their Zanzibar counterparts to arrange transportation. This helped me tremendously with getting around Zanzibar. Ismail even followed up to see if everything was ok. These are the small touches that makes working with companies like Bush2City so pleasant and will keep us coming back. Other notes: I had 2 cameras. Sony a77ii with a 150-600mm lens (80% of my photos) and a Sony A7iii with a 24-240mm lens. A pair of binoculars and pillow cases to cover the gear from all the dust. Be prepared for dust. We used Icaridin repellent which was very effective against mosquitoes and flies. We saw mosquitoes only in Nairobi, Arusha and Zanzibar. Could be due to all the dust.

I booked a private tour of Tanzania and Kenya through Bush2City and had an absolutely amazing time with one of my friends. Bush2City stand out amongst other operators because they are a smaller locally owned company that provides an exceptionally personalised experience. From the beginning, in organising the tour the owner and all of his staff had fast and easy communication and were very helpful with arranging a trip to fit our schedule. The vehicles that Bush2City use are all neat and tidy Landcruisers and are very well set up with comfortable seating, pop-top roof, fridge and even power outlets to charge your camera mid-safari! The two drivers we had on our trip were extremely knowledgeable in answering any questions we had about the wildlife we encountered as well as having a good knowledge of the parks and roadways to ensure we could find the animals we were looking for and get where we needed to go efficiently without encountering closed roads. It was the low rainy season when we went but thanks to our expert drivers we were still able to see the big 5 in just two game drives (and many more times after that). Because of this we also were able to enjoy more laid back and less crowded parks and lodges. We chose to stay in lodges for the duration of our trip and the places that Bush2City booked for us were exceptionally beautiful with great food and entertainment. If you are planning any kind of tour in East Africa contact Bush2City and they can plan an amazing experience!

My experience with Bush 2 City Adventure was amazing. They were very accommodating in changing the program and dates based on our arrival to Tanzania. It was my first time in Africa. Ismael, the owner, picked us up at the airport and brought all the creature comforts needed to forget the long flight and jet lag. The wine and bananas were greatly appreciated. Ismael's friendly and jovial nature was very welcome. His driver, Peter was excellent. They brought us to a great lodge in Arusha (one of the ones that was suggested). Ismael even arranged to have Peter be an escort for us to explore Arusha's main market and find some food. The following day Ismael met us after breakfast to explain the safari program and introduce us to our guide/driver and our cook. Saidi and Ali were super friendly and fun. I found Saidi very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna found on our safari. Ali's cooking was excellent. They felt like family throughout the whole safari tour. They also accommodated our requests to visit a local small village and a Masai village for a cultural tour. They made the safari experience a most memorable one. Ismael was good on checking in with us and making sure everything was going well. He even greeted us at the lodge when we returned from the safari. His focus on providing a personalized service and going the extra mile made the entire experience a supreme one. One that I will cherish and remember for a long time. 5/5, would do it again.

My husband and I had the most incredible safari experience in northern Tanzania dec2017-jan2018 organised by Jackson from Bush2City. We visited Tarangire(amazing amount of elephants), Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater(to see black rhino), Ndutu(wilderbeest migration and lots of zebra babies) and the central serengeti(best place to see leopard). We saw so many animals up close -lions,giraffes,elephants, buffalo etc etc! A leopard walked right next to our car and we saw a cheetah chase in action! We also did a Coffee tour and some cultural visits which we loved. We visited a Maasai boma(a traditional,non-touristy one). I enquired with many safari companies(there are lots!) before booking, but we are extremely happy we chose Bush2city! Bush2City is a smaller Tanzanian owned safari company and the attention to detail, prompt responses and personal customer service was obvious from the start. No request was too large. I also found the quotes from Bush2city much more competitive than all other companies without compromising on quality. In fact I ended up booking our zanzibar portion of our trip(inc. flights etc) with Bush2city too as I found it cheaper(and much easier) than if I did it myself(as I usually do). Once we arrived in Arusha, we asked to go around and see extra things not on our itinerary and this was all done at no extra charge. I asked a million questions before booking and Jackson was very patient and detailed with responses. Jackson knows safaris inside out as he has been a guide for years and has a true passion for giving guests the time of their lives. All of his recommendations were spot on. Accommodation he chose for us was perfect! The staff, food and locations were great..... although if you have a particular place you want to stay this can easily be organised too. Bush2city sets itself apart by genuinely caring for its clients rather than just adding another number to the list of tourists that come through. For our packed safari lunches we had a huge picnic basket filled with an amazing array of local gourmet specialities rather than the simple ham sandwiches that everyone else around us was eating everyday. We felt like royalty! Our safari landcruiser was so comfortable with a pop up roof, charging station, fridge and cb radio. I requested to do some charity visits and this was added into our itinerary with no problem or extra charges that other companies seemed to have. Bush2city also organises other things like safaris in Kenya, gorilla trekking in Uganda and Rwanda, Kilimanjaro trekking etc etc. and I’m sure these trips are also amazing. In terms of paying for our safari, everything was completely safe, secure and straight forward. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Bush2city for the ultimate safari. Thank you Bush2city! FYI - OUR ITINERARY Day 1- walking safari Arusha NP and Coffee tour tengeru cultural programme(both awesome) 2-Tarangire NP(beautiful and so many elephants) 3-mto wa mbo walking tour, Maasai boma and Lake Manyara NP 4- PM game drive serengeti NP(amazing) 5-serengeti 6-AM Serengeti, PM ndutu(wildebeest migration) 7- ndutu(our fave game drive place) 8-ndutu 9-AM ndutu. PM walk on ngorongoro crater 10- AM game drive ngorongoro crater and back to Arusha

We enjoyed a Tanzania photographic safari for 9 days with our private guide and driver, Saidi. Saidi is a safe driver, knowledgeable, multilingual, patient and funny. He took us to Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater. We toured around in a Toyota Land Cruiser. Saidi made sure that we took lunch breaks, whether it was a cooked packed lunch, boxed lunches to go, or hot lunch at camp. He tried to find all of the animals we requested and we found everything but the elusive rhino. We saw lions, leopards, giraffes, cheetah, Buffalo, zebras, elephants, turtles, gazelles, antelope, hippos, crocodiles, eagles, birds, serval cat, mongoose, lizards, wildebeest, ostriches, etc. Saidi adjusted the tour depending on our needs and requests. When I became sick with flu, he took me to a doctor and a couple days later to the hospital upon request in the middle of the night without any complaints. He was very professional and made sure I was ok, even reassuring me. Saidi was a wonderful host f his country. The last day, Jackson, the company owner, took us to Arusha town to shop at the Cultural Heritage Center and Shanga, before gifting us some tee shirts for souvenirs. He picked us up at airport and again dropped us off at airport for our departure. The trip was excellent and we were treated wonderfully. Thank you to both Saidi and Jackson!

From our initial email contact, to our return home, Bush 2 City Adventure has provided outstanding service. Jackson planned the perfect safari/vacation for us, beginning with our arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport and ending in Zanzibar. Our trip was 11 days, so we were able to visit Tarangire Park, Lake Manyara, a local village and orphanage, Ngorongoro Crater, Oldupai Gorge, the Serengeti, and spend 1 night in Zanzibar. Jackson definitely met our expectations with lodgings, the whole "safari experience" and our awesome guide Said. We wanted to hear the lions roar as we slept in tents, watch elephants go by as we relaxed in the early evening, and see the big cats and wildebeest migration/river crossing in the Serengeti. We experienced all of that, and more! We even saw leopard cubs and 2 black rhino! The camps and lodges were great with comfortable accommodations and friendly, helpful staff and the food was much better than expected (how do they prepare gourmet meals in these tent camps?) The land cruiser was comfortable, and Said was very knowledgeable and skilled at locating and identifying the animals and plants. I am still in awe of his sighting abilities! ( And his mastery of several languages..... ) Said was the perfect guide for our group of two- patient, entertaining and accommodating. As Jackson said in one of his first emails, traveling is not just the sights you see,but the friends you make on your journey. We were fortunately able to see our "wish list," and make new friends. If I return to Tanzania, I will definitely use Bush 2 City again and I have already recommended them to friends.

Bush2City arranged a 17 day private safari/tour in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar. It included the major game parks and some R&R in Zanzibar. Jackson Solomon did an outstanding job organizing the tour. We had excellent accommodations and private land cruiser in both Kenya and Tanzania. Our tour guides in Kenya (Tonny) and Tanzania (Ally) were both outstanding and went out of their way to provide us with a total experience.

For a few years my wife and I and a couple with whom we have made several trips had talked of a Tanzania Great Migration Safari. Our overall planning concluded that we did not care for a "group" travel model, but wanted a specialized private trip for the four of us that would include classic safari vehicle travel (rather than air travel from lodge to lodge) and high-end "tent" camps with a couple of lodge stays. Research on sites such as tripadvisor led to a smaller company with excellent reviews called Bush2City Adventures. Solomon Jackson quickly responded to our initial inquiry with extensive information about his company and services, and a range of choices to help narrow our specific desires as to appropriate locations, level and offerings of lodging services, what animals were of most interest, travel times from one area to another, and pace of our game drives. He was patient and provided experienced advice to guide our selections, down to discussion of the attributes we sought in the guide with whom we would spend the ten days out in the "bush". He also provided specific pricing on each option. We travelled with Ally, whom we came to value both as a person and a professional with keen eyesight and deep knowledge of every type of animal and its habits in the wild. He cared for us in all ways to make us comfortable and our experience rich. The "route" had been charted by Jackson to cover the two areas where animals would be found in numbers, based on the variable of where feed was growing dependent on rains, which resulted in a perfect match with our desire for Great Migration herds and the animals' "birthing" season. Babies of all types abounded and gave us photo opportunities one could only hope for. The tent camps were outstanding, with furniture and indoor plumbing providing great comfort, and beautiful permanent lounge and dining facilities to enjoy views, drinks, and dinners. The staff we encountered were invariably personable and welcoming, with an obvious focus on putting smiles on our faces and attending to all of our needs. Ally, without prediction or pretension, delighted us with close encounters with scores of animals from the smallest birds and insects to the largest elephants and hungry Nile crocodiles. We scored multiple "checks" on encounters with "The Big Five". From watching a lioness stalk, wait still in the grass, and launch her lightening attack on a family of zebra walking by, to a huge bull elephant push down a tree.

We had a great time on our safari visiting several parks and wilderness areas in northwest Tanzania. Our driver did a great job taking finding animals and making our trip memorable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would love to do another trip with this company again.

Extremely pleased with the 5 day/4 night safari with Bush2City. Very easy to work with, incredibly responsive to questions and special requests in advance of the trip, and very flexible in accommodating our travel into and out of Tanzania. Also went above and beyond to facilitate delivery of lost luggage to our tent camp in the Serengeti. We were fortunate to have an exceptional driver who truly knew the area and was able to meet all of our requests. We allowed Busy2City to setup all of our accommodations while on safari and they were exceptional. Overall, tremendously pleased with the experience and would 100% utilize them again if I'm ever able to make the return trip.
