Smart Turkey tours put together the perfect trip for us. Our travel arrangements, hotels, tour guides and experiences were exactly what we wanted. Everything came together very smoothly, and Yeliz was very attentive to make sure everything went well. Customised trip. Metin who organised the itinerary for me has great response time be it mail or text. Our guide Safak was very helpful from the time he picked up, until the very last day. The tour was really great! Turkiye is full of beautiful things and places. Despite the long journey from one place to another, we had enough time to rest. The guide (Selcuk) was very kind, helpful, caring and very knowledgeable. My 4 year old niece loves Selcuk very much 😊. The driver (Ersan) was also very nice and drove so well that we always slept in the car 🤣. We have learned a lot of history in Turkiye and have unforgettable memories. It was a well planned holiday around Anatolya. We were a group of 3 with a senior citizen that was not up to walking much and still could enjoy the private tour. the personal guide Safak was very informative and caring for our older friend and was very accomodating to any request. Our driver Erisan was an exceptional driver n sometimes followed is on our walks too. The vehicle was so spacious that we were very comfortable for our long journeys!! Definitely reccomend this company to anyone wanting a personal tour! Very trustworthy!

Had a wonderful trip with Smart turkey tours, everything was planned perfectly and was stress free. Yeliz was our tour operator and took special care of us given my girlfriend had fallen ill. Will use their services in the future.

I was on an 8-person private tour of several cities & sites in Turkey. SmartTours had everything well arranged, from airport pickup & drop-off emails that included driver pictures, to high quality, comfortable hotels with extravagant Turkish breakfasts, a new Mercedes tour van with a dedicated and very experienced driver and an excellent knowledgeable guide. We had lunches at a variety of restaurants, many small, local ones off the beaten path, and a minimum number of crowded tour-bus centric dining halls (avoid if possible). The small restaurants were excellent, with fresh local meals and individual service. Dinners were mostly on are own in the cities, with many choices nearby. We usually walked to dinner and felt safe everywhere. Our guide, Shavat, was extremely knowledgeable on the wide range of Turkish history, and also provided a lot of information on current Turkish customs and family life. He often talked on the bus about each site and its history while we traveled, which I liked more than staying in a tight group at the sites. I was able to walk a bit more and take hundreds of pictures at sites, though, and was wonderful. I highly recommend SmartTours for tours in Turkey. Yeliz did an excellent job on logistics and react well when there are inevitable guest snafus (left passports, limiting medical conditions in group). Finally, the exchange rate is very favorable to US visitors now, take dollars for tips, etc.! BTW, I tried & tried to upload some of the pics from this trip and Tripadvisor was totally unable to upload them. This was a spectacularly beautiful tour. I give up.

City of Bursa was my favourite city.. .Hotel choice given was great. We feel safe with the long ride bus...from diff city to another. Tour Guide Selcuk is good explaining all Turkey history!

I travelled with my husband and kid. Each and every step of the trip, pick up from the airport, accommodation and the guides...was perfectly arranged. The best part of the trip is the considerate and enthusiastic guides namely Mr Kubilay, Mr Selcuk and Mr Zeki. My kid's 6th birthday was celebrated in the trip and the team made it a memorable one. Our trip was completed on 17th September 2022 and it was an extraordinary experience. A group of 16, we went on a 10 days journey that increased our Faith and elevated our spirits. Safak was an excellent tour guide - he knew SO much about his country and took his job very seriously. He even made an audio explanation of something when his day with us was finished. He kept us well-informed about the itinerary and was very mindful of the needs in the group. Yeliz was great at lining up all the details. The van driver was amazing! Lunches were provided on our tour and Safak was great at finding restaurants with local foods for us to try. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour agency for Turkey. And the price was excellent considering all they provided.
