Viewing the World Trade centre site and the boat trip past the Statue of Liberty. Our tour guide Martin went out of his way to make our day safe, pleasant and informative. He attended to our individual needs as well. Great trip.

We only had one full day in New York so wanted something that would give us a chance to see most of what there is to see,not what we really wanted but that's life! Pick up was prompt,Mel was our driver who did a great job,adding his comments from time to time,Bryant was our tour guide who was outstanding! The value of having someone who knows the place was especially evident IMO on the Staten Island Ferry ride where Bryant took us somewhere few other passengers bothered with which meant we had an area at the stern pretty much to ourselves with great views. Only 11 people in the tour group which meant a very personal touch,Bryant was always open for questions & a good laugh. Overall a magic experience,top guys!

Martin and Guy are the best. They are both knowledgeable about the city and they have the timing down to an art .. every minute is well spent.

My daughter and I did this tour. It was her first visit to NYC and this was a great way for her to get to see many of the parts of the city and learn some of the NYC history. It was nice that it was a smaller group so you could hear the tour guide at all of the stops and on the bus. For this tour you start at Times Square and board a bus. Ours was a small charter bus. Plenty of seating available and bottled water was there. Martin was our tour guide and he had incredible energy, knowledge of the city, and fun facts. He was very patient with the group as we had several challenges to manage that day (Trump being in town, heavy traffic, a sick tour participant, and me having limited mobility). He was a trouper and made sure the group got the most out of the tour. I don't do stairs or lots of walking very well so it was hard for me to get on and off the bus and walk for longer stretches. So, I stayed on the bus some and that was ok. He was very accommodating. For planning, you do walk in some stretches for 3 - 4 blocks at a time. You get on and off the bus several times and when you are off the bus there are times you are walking up/down stairs and uphill/downhill. I would absolutely recommend this tour if you want to see a great deal of the area in a short time frame. It was a great way to spend the day learning about a new city. *Note: when I purchased my tickets they were running a special so it was $134.99 a person. It was certainly worth that price for what you get in the day. Lunch is your own expense and the food was outstanding! Plenty of choices for everyone to be satisfied.

Not so great experience for the amount spent. For the same experience we can choose hip hop service at much much lower prices. Experience is of seeing the city by sitting in the vehicle which we can experience same from open top business at 20% cost

A great way to see lots of NYT with a great driver and tour couple. Highly recommend! The van is comfortable and the driver was excellent.

Bryant our tour guide was awesome, made the experience memorable. His knowledge was incredible, he was very engaging and made the day incredibly enjoyable and fun. Our driver Guy also engaged with us as well as providing a safe travel experience.

Guy and especially Bryant were the perfect host to showcase New York. They were extremely knowledgeable about New York and personalized our experience especially sharing 911 and COVID interruptions in their lives. Serious and their humor helped us all to understand from a local point of view

Tour guide (Bryant ) and driver ( Guy) were supper nice and professional. Best experience. Took us to all the great tourist spots. They are great with family and supper friendly. Will definitely do it again.

Best guided tour ever! We only had one day for activities as we were in town for a short period before a cruise. This was a fantastic decision! We got to see everything we wanted, it was a small group, and we were driven and guided by our guide every step of the way! Our tour guide Guy was THE BEST! Bryant the tour guide was knowledgeable. The tour was perfect for those that don’t want to walk much. The Staten Island ferry was my highlight. Wilson the driver expertly navigated the city with ease.
