This was an awesome experience. Everything was explained and we easily made our flight. Couldn’t be more perfect. It was our last day and it was the icing on the cake!

Views were AMAZING! We were worried, because it was very hazy in Kathmandu, due to forest fires. When we took off, visibility was nil. However, 15 minutes into the flight, the Himalaya appeared, and the rest of the flight was spectacular. We were picked up at our hotel by a driver and a guide, who got us through the airport with ease, and who were waiting for us when we returned. We were back to the hotel in time for breakfast! Highly recommended.

This trip was very well organized by Welcome Nepal Treks. They picked me up at my hotel and brought me back afterwards. About the flight itself: it's amazing, I would highly recommend it to everyone. I have seen the highest place on this planet.

Probably the next best thing if you do not plan to trek to base camp. An early morning start, picked up at 5.15am from our hotel. The driver was waiting for us in reception. The early start also means avoiding the worst of Kathmandu’s traffic getting to the airport. Boarding the Shree airlines flight was straightforward. We were in the air for approx 50 minutes. Everyone has a window seat allocated. The mountains are visible on the left hand side going out and the right hand side returning. Your ticket has the individual mountains marked on it and the crew will point out key features including Everest.

A most amazing experience, views were breathtaking, the world was so peaceful from here. The tour was well organised, everything went to plan. Would recommend this flight to anyone

You don't want to skip this experience while in Kathmandu! The views from the plane were unforgettable and everything went smoothly from hotel pick up before the sunrise to drop back to the hotel. The staff on the plane made sure everybody spotted all the major peaks. I have booked several trips through this Welcome Nepal Treks agency and also this experience was very well organized. They have made things happen even though I have decided to make a trip in a last minute.

Amazing Service, Great Company to Work With! Welcome Nepal Treks - Handled everything from booking the flight, free pick- up from our place of accomodation to airport & back after the flight. The flight - Everyone was guaranteed a window seat. Airline crew was very accomodating & helpful, explaining the different mountain ranges that we were seeing. They graciously took some of our pictures, too! Everest Sightseeing - It was a stunning sight to behold! I feel elated to fly towards Mt. Everest & appreciate it from above. She's a beauty! The landscape was an out of this world & once- in- a lifetime experienced. Yes, Its all worth it and a big thank you to Welcome Nepal Treks for providing an EXCELLENT SERVICE!

The organisation was good. The driver picked me up at my hostel. Due to the weather, we had to wait a bit, so several groups got together, but they were flexible. The view was beautiful! I heartily recommend everyone to go on this tour, it is worth it!

This was an incredible adventure. The tour company was perfect. They were on time, courteous and informative. At the airport our flight was delayed an hour then they (Airline) switched us to another airline. However my understanding is this happens quite often. We flew on YETI and they were great. The flight attendants pointed out all the mountains. My 4 children said this excursion was the highlight!!! Highly recommend.

Had the most amazing time in this panoramic flight over the Himalayas, with some of the best views of iconic Everest. Pick-up and dro-off from the hotel were also smooth. Outstanding experience!

What a fantastic group to do business with. The guys were lovely, helpful, and made me feel like a guest, not a customer. They went out their way to help, and gave me great advice with helpful tips. I came away with the impression that they want people to like Nepal, which to be fair is not that difficult, and Everest was stunning. I also utilised their help as a driver with car, don't just stick to their website, contact them, and ask. I will remember that welcome though. Guess who I will contact when I return. David

I’ve made a last minute booking, and everything was still well arranged by Nepal Treks. Clear communication, and the private pickup was on time. Good explanation in the car. However no added value during the experience, as you will be alone in the airport and airplane. And there is still quite some waiting time at he airport (ca 1 hour). The flight was eventually not too much delayed (15-30 minutes), though no communication about the exact departure time beforehand. I had a clear sky, so I was able to take some good pictures. You will also get a certificate from the airline, though they don’t write your name on it, which is a little bit silly. Though in general it’s quite a good experience.

It is not everyday that we can see the highest peak in the world. When we got a chance, we had no second thoughts, though the cost was quite steep at Rs 11000 per person. Yeti Airlines offers window seats for all passengers, so that all get an unhindered view of the Himalayan Range with Mount Everest being the highlight. The flight took off on time and after spending close to 45 minutes above the clouds and near the peaks, we landed back on terra firma.

A last minute decision to try this excursion, and very pleased with everything, from pick up to the whole journey. Great team from driver and guide greeting on time at the hotel to pick up and directions as to the whole process. Thanks for an unforgettable experience of viewing upclose the Mt. Everest.

I’m not a morning person but some things are worth the sacrifice! A wonderful hour flight for this 64 year old, retired architect. A beautiful experience. The guide and driver were both patient and made sure I was at the right place at the right time for my 5:20 AM pick up. Make sure the company has a copy of your passport to purchase the plane ticket and bring your real passport for boarding the flight! Very good experience! Mark B. - NC, USA

Was worth it. Pickup from hotel and dropoff to hotel was timely and pleasant. I got good advice telling me to ask for a seat on the right side of the plane (return trip is right side viewing and closer to mountains) and weather was great. Two pieces of advice: 1. Make sure you have an image of your passport you can send the tour company via WhatsApp so they can book the flight. 2. I tried to look up the weather forecast ahead of time. The day I had available looked like the worst weather all week, totally cloudy, just the day before. But it turned out to be perfect. So don’t get too scared by a forecast, it seems to be just luck.

This trip was one of my unforgettable experience. It's really worth the money. My pick up was on time if not earlier. Briefing was good. The view was amazing. The stewardess was so helpful in identifying the mountains we are looking. Highly recommended.
