A great tour, a day trip from Chiang Mai. It is a long day with a decent amount of driving, but you are going off the beaten track to temples literally less seen by tourists. My guide, M, was excellent and knowledgeable and was open to my requests for staying longer in places or shorter in others. The trip up to the floating pagodas is a bit different! Into a songthaew then after that ride up a lot of steps but the view from the top is worth it. We had clear skies and the timing of the tour was great for having the sun in the right place for pictures. This tour was a good decision.

My 20 year old daughter and I went on a tour with Puma (our guide). She was very kind and considerate, and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the day. The tour was excellent as well, the unseen temple is so worth of the drive! The views from the top of the mountain are truly spectacular. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip to Lampang and the Sky Pagoda! Great views from the top of the mountain. Our guide, Tong, was very informative on Buddhist traditions, local food, and history. We were able to try many local snacks and a wonderful local lunch. I highly recommend this trip.

Our guide was Tong for this trip and it was excellent. He picked us up promptly with locally made snacks and plenty of drinks and things to make our trip very comfortable (it’s a lot of road time) he’s also very personable and delightful to spend time with. Tong was a novice Monk for a while so he was extremely informative as we toured the temples - very helpful if you’re not as familiar with Buddhism. He made us more aware and more comfortable visiting the temples (wish we had done this sooner when we were in Chiang Mai). As for the temples - these were incredible. Both are different from the ones we saw everywhere else (we visited several). It’s hard to describe them here but the second one (the sky pagoda) is unbelievable. It sits on top of a mountain and it’s the most peaceful place I’ve visited here. I would definitely recommend this trip and you’ll be lucky to have Tong as your guide - he made this all worthwhile!

We really enjoyed our trip to Wat Chaloem Phrakiat and Wat Phra That Lumpang Luang. It was a really educational, but also a very enjoyable trip thanks to our lovely guide, Oak. We never expected to learn this much about Buddhism and history of many many things, but we enjoyed every single bit of it! Would definitely be recommending them to my friends because their customer service was phenomenal and the whole vibe of the trip was just chef’s kiss 👩‍🍳 💋.

We couldn't believe there were such beautiful temples in northern Thailand. I would like to confess that I have never heard of Lampang Province before. But when I really came to try and experience it, I learned about the beauty and unforgettable history of Buddhism. Our tour guide, Puma, made it the day even better. She took us to take lots of pictures in beautiful spots. She was informative, helpful, and fun. I would give this trip 11 points out of 10. I highly recommend this tour!!!

Mr.M, our tour guide, was fantastic. He did everything that made us feel comfortable. Our trip was filled with interesting stories to learn and attractive scenery. It took us a few hours from Chiang Mai to Lampang , but it was worth it. I really get into the Buddhist culture and traditions. I love how beautiful of both Wat Phra That Lampang Luang and Wat Chalerm Phakiat are. Taking a tour with Pagoda makes a remarkable memory on our hearts. Highly recommend!!!

My friend and I are interested in history and religions. That’s why we took this tour with Pagoda. We had incredibly fun time together walking around the temples and listening to our guide, Mr Austin. He explains things very well and has much knowledge about the temples. I had the best day with the lovely Puma going to Lampang! The unseen temples are truly spectacular and I’m SO happy I decided to book this tour last minute. Puma was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and we had great banter 😄 The weather was perfect, the views were stunning and the walk up the stairs wasn’t too bad! The stairs are sturdy but can be a bit slippery when wet so just be careful and you’ll be fine. There’s plenty of places to rest and take photos along the way. Right at the top was one of the best views I have ever seen in my life 🤩 The temple staff there offered to take us to the holy well to tip blessed water over our heads and encouraged us to strike the gongs around the summit (do it 3 times). It’s a truly magical place! - Make sure you wear modest clothes as it is a temple - This tour will have you covered with drinking water so no need to worry about that! - The lunch at the restaurant at the base of the mountain was yummy and Puma was able to accommodate for vegan easily Puma was the best tour guide I’ve ever had ❤️ she was polite, funny and generous. She offered to take lots of photos of me, covered all the food and drinks and even bought me a bag of edamame beans from the market to eat during the drive back as she noticed it was approaching my usual dinner time. A special shout out to the tour operator who organised my booking with me very last minute, they were prompt and professional. I highly recommend this tour! It was a highlight of my Thailand adventure

I knew I wanted to see Wat Chalemprakiat during our time in Thailand, but there weren't many options in terms of companies that would take us there. Have no fear-this was absolutely perfect! Our amazing guide, Austin, and our friendly driver, Art, promptly picked us up at 8am and we headed to Lampang-about 2.5 hours away. Be prepared to walk many steps, but it's worth it. Words can't explain the beauty on top of the mountain. While sitting peacefully, Austin explained all about Buddhism to us which made the experience very meaningful. It started pouring while we were up there, but Austin had rain ponchos for us. I didn't know much about the other wat or market, but they turned out to be awesome. Austin walked us through the stunning Wat Phra That Lampang Luang and shared so much information. The market was a great way for us to see authentic Thai life. Tips: Bring a rain jacket. Ladies-you'll need to cover up at Wat Phra That Lampang Luang. Wear good shoes! Austin and Art took such amazing care of us and we truly enjoyed spending the day with them.

The hotel pick-up was prompt, and the drive to the mountain was filled with scenic beauty. Exploring the stunning temples in the mountains was a highlight, with our guide providing informative insights. The stop at the temple and local market were also very interesting. Overall, it was an unforgettable journey filled with beautiful sights and friendly guidance.

This was one of my favorite things I did in Thailand. The area is beautiful, and my guide was very informative. The hike up to the pagodas is a bit intense but very worth it. I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide May was incredibly knowledgeable but it was her many kindnesses that made this tour the favourite of our trip. For instance, May stopped at a local market on the way to Lampang and bought us several market stall treats as a morning snack, explaining a little about each one as she made the purchases. And when we saw some characteristic Lampang rooster-painted ceramics at the unseen temple, she later surprised us with a small bowl she purchased at the temple in Lampang. What a lovely thought and a nice momento to remind us of our visit. Yes the Unseen Temple is amazing, but it was the knowledge shared by our guide (not only about the temple, but also about herself and her upbringing, Buddhism and Thai life/customs) that made this an experience not to be missed.

Tour guide puma was very friendly and accomodating ! Have a great trip with her where she shares her knowledge of the places that we went. The scenery was excellent and beautiful. Overall an excellent experience!
