This to our in Albania was the best day of our holidays there. Gjirokaster city was a highlight of all places and the I loved the Albanian food. Our guide was very professional, careful and friendly too. When you go to Albania I suggest you to try this tour as you save a lot of time and but you visit the best of south Albania.

My friend and I went to Tirana for the weekend, and we’re glad that we booked this full day tour with Ari. HE IS LITERALLY THE BEST GUIDE EVER!! He picked us up at the airport and started the tour right away. While on our way to Gjirokastër, he started telling us about the history of Albania and its people, which made the tour more interesting. He made sure that we were comfortable and our tummies full during the trip. He bought us snacks, water, and provided our lunch at a local restaurant and, I swear, it was one of the BEST MEALS I ever had! I can’t recommend Ari enough. He is nice, funny, and easy to get along with.

We are amazed of how beautiful Albania is. After doing a paddle tour with Ari in Ksamil, we suggested us to visit Gjirokaster city and The Blue Eye natural Park. We were so happy with the paddle tour so we decided to do another tour with him. Gjirokaster is absolutely a MUST DO. Also, The Blue Eye is really a highlight of South of Albania. The traditional food is lovely. Ari tought us a lot about albanian history and culture. He is very knowledgeable guy and so friendly. We had a wonderful time in Albania and all of this, thanks to Ari. Thank you my friend!

This was literally the best way to experience the sites in Albania! Ari and Valentina are the best tour guides and truly felt like friends by the end of the day. They surprised us with a cake a lunch for our anniversary which was just so sweet! Every stop was beautiful and if I could I would give it 20 out of 10 stars. The tour was fantastic! Ari is a very kind person and a very professional guide. He adjusted everything to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the whole day, showing the best of southern Albania! Definitely recommended! The tour ends in Ksamil. You can also purchase an extra paddle-boarding tour with Ari and enjoy a relaxing activity during the sunset at Ksamil. The paddle-boarding is sold separately, but it's worth every minute!

Ari was an excellent driver and guide. He was in contact before our tour to ensure everything went smoothly. He went over the plan at the start to make sure we were on the same page. He shared history and information with me but also respected my wishes not to be overloaded with information as my previous tour guide did. He brought water and snacks and made plenty stops every time I had to go to the bathroom. He suggested some additional stops before our tour but then helped decide what to cut out when I got tired and was falling asleep during the drive. He paid for all the food and drinks at our stops and took lots of pictures for me. He allowed me to set the sightseeing pace which I loved! I highly recommend Ari, I will be using him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour of Albania or other parts of the Balkans.

Absolutely great trip, our guide Ari was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We went to some great spots and the sights were amazing. Ari answered all our questions and gave us great detail about the history and culture of Albania and surrounding parts, all was very interesting. The lunch Ari provided for us was one of the best lunches I have ever eaten, truly delicious. I would highly recommend Ari and his trips. His local knowledge is vast and he also told us about some places near our hotel to visit which were brill.

This was one of the most interesting tours that any one could get in Albania, I visited three beautiful cities , an old castle and several breathtaking lakes and small villages in just one day , my guide Ari was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful . If you want to discover the most beautiful place in Albania in one day, this is your tour. We learnt about history of the country, saw the amazing nature that they have and enjoyed the typical food. The guide was very nice and explained everything very well.

Even that it was rainy day wet roads and main museum was closed , Ari tried to make the trip worth it , he is such great guide devoted to show the beauty of his country I definitely recommend this tour with the wonderful guide Ari .

I went on this tour solo with Ari, and he was so extremely knowledgeable and passionate about anything and everything he showed me and more. I felt more like I was with an old friend, showing me places that meant a lot to him than it did a tour. We talked about nature, and conservation, and history and life! I had the time of my life, and I was sad for my day to come to an end. I would have regretted not spending the day with Ari, and I would give my full recommendation to anyone looking to have a perfect day getting to know a few places within Albania with an amazing, genuine, and friendly guide.

The tour with Ari was just exceptional and the highlight of our vacation in Corfu, Greece. Ari is a young, smart and enthusiastic guy who knows his facts, is perfectly well organized and can read his guests minds when it comes to special wishes or questions. As two girls we weren't sure about a whole vacation driving around in Albania on our own, that's why we decided to go to Corfu and visit Albania from there. From Corfu you can go easily to Sarande, Albania, by ferry. The ferry goes 5 times a day. Ari picked us up at Saranda port and we started our tour with a breakfast stop at blue eye springs, an amazing reservoir, over 50 meters deep with groundwater, crystal clear and freezing cold. From there we took the road to Gjirocastra, an ancient Ottoman town and UNESCO world heritage and visited a castle and an Albanian history museum. After this visit we had a great lunch at a traditional Albanian restaurant, it was just delicious and the people so overwhelming friendly. After lunch we stopped at a spot with the greatest view over Albanias coast. Our last stop, and this one wasn't included originally in the tour, was an hour at the beach in Ksamil, a lovely small city near Saranda for swimming and sunbathing. After a whole day in Albania we know for sure we will come back for a longer trip to visit the beautiful nature and the lovely people again. Thanks a lot to Ari who allowed us this amazing insight in his homecountry.
