The speedboat ride was the best. Driver was patient and friendly during long traffic jams. Great views of Mt Fuji from different vantage points.

Our one day trip to kawagichiko and hakone was immaculately executed by Mian. The agency was flexible for our needs with respect to timings and the driver was very knowledgeable of the area and traffic patterns. His quick thinking saved us a lot of time in traffic jams during the golden week rush.

Clean, safe ride. Friendly driver. Super convenient to get to see everything in a day - think very worth it! They were even able to accommodate pickup from a closer station since I was coming from Kyoto. Good communication.

Khasan was a fantastic driver; he was very flexible in his approach even as we requested changes in the stops we made and helped ensure we had the best trip possible. He made excellent recommendations on where we should go based on his experience as a driver, tailoring our trip to ensure we got the best views of Mt. Fuji possible. Would absolutely work with this company and driver again as he was a pleasure to be around for the 10 hour trip.

We wanted to see Mt. Fuji without a giant group and this tour totally met our goal. Zeeshan was a great guide and driver, picking us up on time, getting us to our various destinations safely, playing photographer so we had great pics along the way, and making recommendations for things to do (including the fab speed boat ride). If you don't want to be stuck with crowds and want to do things on your own schedule, this is a perfect tour.

The trip to Fuji was excellent. Khasan was a wonderful driver and guide. I would highly recommend asking for him.

These guys are flakey. Booked the tour several weeks in advance and they cancelled a few days beforehand because it seemed their vehicles were due for maintenance on that day.

The whole experience was very professional. We had a full day of activities and didn’t feel rushed. We felt very comfortable with Mian the driver, he was informative, helpful and friendly. Even taking the time to explain the areas we were in and walk us through some areas to ensure we didn’t miss anything. We would highly recommend both Mian and the tour.

A great and knowledgeable driver, who took us to the ideal spots for photos and was also very flexible. An extremely luxurious vehicle as well. We enjoyed our day very much!

Unprofessional. Guide was more like a driver, as there was no interest in really guiding us around or teaching us about where we were going. Guide was passive aggressive towards us, making it seem as we were a burden for him throughout the whole day. At times there was agitation towards us, just for doing what we paid good money to do- go see mt.Fuji. Driver was most busy with speaking to his friends on the phone. Also while driving. Completely unacceptable to use your phone while you have patrons in the back seat! During the start of the drive back, the guide was constantly in his phone, sending voice messages, calling friends etc (he had been on/off phone calls all day). We found this extremely uncomfortable, unusual and unsafe. Towards the end of the trip, the guide starts talking with us about a few depressing stories, and how long/bad his drive back is going to be. He then asks us if we can leave a kind review. We just sat in the back and nodded, as we did not want to anger the person driving us back into Tokyo. We all at some point felt bad for him, because we just seemed like a huge inconvenience and burden to the guide. Once we were finally dropped off at the hotel, not 20 minutes after we got back, the guide texted me asking “for a kind review…”. I did not answer this as I am on holiday, and I don’t desire to write lengthy reviews, good or bad, during my time off. Throughout the evening, and the following days, I have become more and more annoyed the more I think about how much money I used on this tour, and how the tour was conducted by the guide, and how parts of it was very unprofessional. Three days later I received more text messages asking if I had written a review yet. Contacting a customer in this way is inappropriate and unprofessional. Save your money! I have been feeling disappointed after the tour, with how much money this cost me, compared to the product received. The only thing this was, was convenience. We got to see some nice places, thanks to the driver. But I could have saved my money, done some research and it would have been better (and cheaper!)

I really enjoyed experiencing the Japan countryside on this tour. Views of Mt Fuji were incredible, and the scenery was beautiful. My guide was very friendly and made the tour comfortable and fun. Highly recommend.

Our driver/guide was great. Very flexible and personable. He was knowledgeable and knew all the areas we visited very well. The vehicle was roomy and clean. All the stops on the tour were great. This was a nice way to see the Mt Fuji area.

Great tour guide! He was able to make miracles happen and fit many Tokyo “must see” places into one day! Clean, nice van to boot. Would definitely recommend!

We were fortunate to go on a sunny day with clear sky to find good view of the mt Fuji. Our trip organiser were very professional and help planned around our requirement from start to finish. Krizzia was very friendly and helpful with the admins and Jun was a fantastic travel host. He arrived 10 mins prior to the start time and his driving skills were nice and his knowledge about the region was extremely helpful with the right trips. He was flexible to make prompt stops for us whenever we wanted to click pictures. And Jun also helped us with the planning on the trip so we could cover most of our itinerary and also return back in time. Strongly recommend this team for your travels.
