Highly recommend this tour. Most do the sunrise tour, but we experienced no tourists and a beautiful day and even got to see Semaru volcano blow ash. Our guide was awesome and helped us have a truly awesome tour of Mt Bromo and the surrounding area—great knowledge and very accommodating.

Our trip to Bromo was spectacular. Our tour guide Rule was extremely knowledgeable about EVERYTHING! He explained so much of the surrounding Area, culture and the volcano we visited, BROMO. It was thrilling to reach the top to see & hear the active volcano’s caldera. Walking across the sea of sand that leads to the lower approach though lava fields and then the steps to the top. Breathtaking! Once in a lifetime experience and I will never forget it!

The Bromo tour greatly exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Nita was wonderful to spend the day with. Being on the crater rim of an active volcano was an amazing experience. We learned so much about the volcano and mythology surrounding it. We would highly recommend this tour.

The bests of the tour must include the hose ride to foot of the volcano and climbing to top of crater. The 4WD to the caldera is interesting and the surrounding views are beautiful. The significant religious perspectives also provide more interesting historical background apart form the natural geological formation.

This is a perfect family trip, especially for the non-serious hiker. There is a lot of walking and some climbing but nothing earth shattering. The waterfall was absolutely beautiful and the drive to and from especially when we drove up the mountain towards the volcano was unique in every aspect. Endless farms dotting the slopes, very narrow convoluted roads, clouds that at a certain point were way below etc… Nita was superb, extremely knowledgeable and patient, she explained a lot about Indonesia and the areas we visited, she was a phenomenal photographer and was very kind to everyone even the most deprived shop owner in the areas we visited. I strongly recommend the trip and Nita for sure! Thank you for such an unforgettable day!

An amazing day with our fantastic guide Kawid and wonderful driver Iwan. The waterfall was spectacular. Good footwear was recommended. An old pair of sneakers to wear was perfect. The walk down to the waterfall was an easy one but it can get slippery. The waterfall was spectacular. A rain poncho is provided and needed. Next was Mount Bromo. Equally as beautiful. The day was wonderful and thoroughly recommended. We were so well looked after and loved our day.

An excellent tour, even when in port on a tight time-line. We had the fantastic Nita as our guide and she was able to transport us from Probolinggo to Mount Bromo volcano within our 6 hour time frame. We knew up front that we would have to skip the waterfall, but we had a comfortable car ride, jeep transport, and pony ride across the sea of sands then walk up the very steep staircase to view the crater of the active volcano Mount Bromo. Highly recommend!

The whole day was wonderful and our guide was exceptional. The day was well balanced and worked out so we would have quieter experiences with fewer other tourists.

We visited two sights: Mt. Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall. Both sights were amazing and the experience of visiting them was great. Some of the activities were a surprise to us (e.g., getting rides on motorbikes to get to the start of the walk/hike into the waterfall) - the online description does not contain enough detail. Our guide was wonderful, with excellent English!

The experience was absolutely amazing! The waterfall was one of the most beautiful land features I’ve ever been to and was so very peaceful. Mt. Bromo was a unique experience complete with optional horseback riding and a stunning view of the active crater. However, the real reason I would recommend this tour was because of our amazing tour guide Nita. She was very charismatic and a very fun spirited person who spoke amazing english and had a vast knowledge of every aspect of the tour to include the region, landscape formation, and local beliefs. Her knowledge and personality truly made the trip a must do if you are wishing to see either of these sights.

The tour was perfectly planned. We were picked up at Surabaya Gubeng station as agreed. Our guide Faizal was waiting for us at our arrival and we were directly driven to Bromo hotel. In our case we selected Jiwa Jawa, a great four star hotel. The next morning at 3am we were driven by a 4x4 to the sunrise point and later our guide showed us a couple of isolated photo spot. Thank to that we have amazing pictures of the volcano. Later, you go to the sea of sand to have a walk and climb up to the volcano crater. Finally, we got back to the hotel for a shower and the breakfast and depart to Madakaipura waterfall, which I recommend 100%. The heigh and the final part of the path where you get wet really worth it. After that, we were finally driven back to our hotel in Surabaya. By the way, our guide Faizal was very fluent in English and had a deep knowledge of the area. Undoubtedly, he improved our experience. Ps: it is really cold while waiting for the sunrise, so we couldn’t resist rent a blanket from the local people🤣

Our guide, Faizal, was very knowledgeable not only about Mount Bromo but also about Indonesian culture and life. He was very nice, spoke perfect English and made the tour amazing. The tour itself was very enjoyable and organised. Everything happened on time and all costs were covered. Doing the tour in the day meant when we visited the waterfall and Mount Bromo there weren’t many other tourists around so we got the places to ourselves. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Mount Bromo from Surabaya.

We spent an amazing day out with Nita and Azil. It was a private tour, they first took us to Madakarepura waterfall, entering the chamber's with a small lake was beautiful and exciting. We bought some local honey and ate fried bananas. Then we went to Bromo mountain, the weather was great and we were presented with amazing views of Mouth Bromo, Batok and Semeru. Nita was very charismatic and flexible at here role as a guide which made the whole experience very memorable. Highly recommend.

This trip was fantastic. Taufiq was knowledgeable and open to changing the trip to suit. I cannot vouch for the sunrise alternative but if you can't get up at silly o' clock I would fully recommend this trip. Starts at 8 and is warmer, less busy and Bromo still looks amazing.

We absolutely loved this day trip. We were looking to visit Mount Bromo but weren’t keen to do the sunrise tours that get you up in the middle of the night. We are so glad we choose this one because we got picked up at 8am and got to visit Mount Bromo when there were barely any tourists, and also have Madakaripura waterfall to ourselves. Both were beautiful! Our guide Nita was amazing - full of knowledge, lots of fun and very helpful. We learned so much (thank you Nita!). Highly recommend you choosing this!!

The trip to Mt Bromo was quite the adventure! Van for the first leg, then Jeep to the volcano. We ran out of time for the waterfall.

We had a great adventure with Nita! Beautiful waterfall. We actually had to walk thru the river to get to the waterfall. After lunch we went to Mt. Bromo. Got some great pictures, she knew the best spots to take us to.

This Bali day trip was absolutely delightful with several different activities and places experienced throughout the day including a fabulous lunch outdoors in plush surroundings. The single most important thing that made this experience so enjoyable was our wonderful tour guide, Suli. His friendly personality and attention to all the details of this multi faceted experience were exceptional and made this a most delightful and memorable day.
