It was a great trip as advertised. Got to speed around in open water, cruise through a mangrove, and walk around a “party” sand bar with with a bunch of locals. (You will have to do a boater safety course online before you go so make sure you get there early.)

Had an absolutely fantastic time was definitely an experience of a life time. We had so much fun. Josh was so good to us and a massive thank you to him for giving us the best experience.

Great first jet ski and Keys (Islamorada) experience. Josh was our guide through the mangroves and out to the sandbar. He kept us safe with the open water and weather. He even dissuaded us from upgrading (which is more $) because he knew the previous nights storm would not allow a great snorkeling view. We were fortunate enough to see a hammerhead shark! Emilio was our initial safety and operator instructor and at the end provided us with the best lunch dining options in the area. Honest group with equipment that is safe and in good order. I would highly recommend and would repeat if we return to Islamorada.

Emy was a great tour guide! He was friendly and helpful. We had a great day on the water!! We added the half hour snorkeling, but it was hard to see much in the cloudy waters, so we just got some extra time on the jet-ski. I would have liked to stay at the sandbar a little longer; so awesome there! Overall, we would highly recommend this company.

I came with my boyfriend and friends and Diego and Emilio were THE BOMB. There service is fantastic, if you ever want to ride a jetski or do tours come here, they will take really good care of you. 🩵🩵

Tour guide was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. Danny and Isaac were very helpful and Danny even took lots of pictures that he gave us!

We booked a jet skis for the mangrove tunnel tour and snorkeling package. Our guide was Luciana. As soon as we started out I noticed that my jet ski wasn't working correctly and experienced problems - slow, loud (turns out it was clogged with seaweed). The guide didn't check that we were behind her kept going leaving myself and my two kids (on the second jet skit) sitting in the ocean as she drove out of sight under a bridge. It was a good 10 minutes before she realized and I was getting out my phone to call the rental company to have them come get us. She came back and was mute.... we switched jet skis, went under the bridge and then she pulled over and fixed the broken jet ski and told us we had to wait because the jet ski that the kids were on was taking on water. So..... we are in the ocean with two out of 3 jet skis not working right. The second guide arrived with a new jet ski and took over. Janelle was shocked at what was going on and tried her best to make the trip enjoyable. It turns out that the first guide had skipped the mangrove tunnel and other sights.... It was a disaster and we just wanted to go back. Moral of the story.... it all depends on whether you get a working jet ski and a tour guide that knows what is going on!!!!!

Lucia was so friendly and made sure everyone was safe and having fun. Although we got started a little late due to other guests, we were able to make up the time at the end of our trip. This is the second time we have used this watersports company and we've had a great experience both times.

Well organized. Epic trip. Loved zooming on the waverunner in the bays. Hit 45mph! Mangrove canals & sanbar were fun

Travel guide was very nice. Enjoyed getting to know her. Great way to see the water! Didn’t see a manatee though
