I’d highly recommend this tour and using this company. Every detail was taken care of and communicated well. Ramiro, the tour guide and Augustine the driver were exceptional and made the day even better. Ramiro was passionate and gave us lots of information about history of the mayans, as well as clear instructions for the day. His ability to deliver this in both English and Spanish was fantastic. He went effortlessly between both languages so no one missed out on any information. For anyone thinking of taking the tour, get it booked! We saw Valladolid, the cenote, lunch and most importantly Chichén Itza. All details were taken care of and the team were well organised and professional.

The tour was amazing. Ramiro, our tour guide, gave us a very detailed overview of Chichén Itzá Ceremonial City history and how it was engineered. Agustin, our driver, was able to move us safely and timely. The food at the cenote was awesome. Very recommended!!

Luna - best driver. Frank - best guide. We first stopped at Chichikan, had some food and tequila, you can swim in cenote there but it’s extra money. Food buffet was alright, nothing special. Then you will stop quickly at Valladolid (I wish we stayed there longer or had some kind of story behind the city and more details about history). After Valladolid we stopped at Chichen Itzá and strolled there for 2 hours which was enough time. I really enjoyed the history and details about Mayans shared by Frank during the ride.

Omar was really friendly, provided right information and very jovial. Best guide! He also conveyed about what to expect well before.

Lots of knowledge and history shared by the guides, would recommend to anyone interested in Mayan culture. It was a good day excursion perfect to fit into the Cancun trip

Pastor and George were great! Pastor was engaging and made sure we were all on the right track and timing. We left early in the morning (like 6am) and were happy we did since we made it back to the hotel around 6pm. The best part was the Cenote - it was the most beautiful one I saw during my whole time in Mexico. Bring lots and lots of sunscreen and be willing to rent a $5 umbrella for the sun at Chichen Itza. The food for lunch wasn't great but we were so hungry that it didn't matter to us.

I was very impressed with our guide, Omar Aguas. You could tell he is incredible passionate about sharing Mayan history with the public! You can also tell he’s a generally good person, as I got heat exhaustion something terrible. His response was prompt and kind. We ended up missing out on the ruins and he was kind enough to reach out to the company about refunding some of the money due to something that was not their fault. The only thing I wish I’d known before was that the cenote trip has a lot to do with little time. We were there for about 2 hours and had to squeeze in the cenote (can’t wear sunscreen so don’t waste your time doing it lol), lunch, and the tequila tasting. I wish we had another hour there. It is also a much longer day than what you’re expecting. Granted, my hotel is almost to Tulum so we were the farthest from the meet up point, but we left at 8 and got home around 9:30. I’d advise bringing lots of water and snacks!

Frank, Pastor, and Luna did an amazing job!! This is the best tour bus I ever been. Franks was funny and everyone sticked to the schedule. The cenote we went to visit was beautiful, and they gave us a real Mayan experience. I would 100% recommend!

To start with, our guide, Juam was so funny. I really enjoyed it, he would make me laugh and made me have a good time. He would also do everything so interesting and he always had that spark! Then, the driver, Alexis, drives really good, he always made me feel safe. The views were spectacular, something that I have never seen before! Also, Juam gave me knowledge background about the Maya history, really interesting by the way, and that made me understand a lot of stuff that I didn’t understand before. Overall, a really good experience and I would love to do it again because of them.

Well worth it! Great day trip to Chichenitza with scenic stops and fun tourguide (Carmen). We had a really good time and the trip was duper comfortable.

Awesome experience!! The bus was almost full which was a sign that this tour was going to be pretty good. Our tour guide was great, have us a lot of information and kept everyone in good spirits. The bus returned a little late but this was not the fault of the driver or the guide. The lunch buffet was awesome!! Recommend going to the cenote before going for the lunch - it allows your swimwear to dry before you jump to back in to the bus. If you plan to shop for anything in Chichen itza, remember to negotiate and always check with your guide about what may be a good price for some of the beautiful art sold there by local vendors

One of the best tour, it was so nice, very informative, our tour guys were wonderful, our guides juam and Ramiro and our driver Jose keep us safe and have a very good actitud very friendly also they safe you from scam vendors very good people and professional, overall it was a nice tour.
